Schöne Lage. Hatte ein wunderbares Zimmer auf der Ecke mit fantastischen Blicken. Das einzige Problem, das wir erwähnt, war, dass es kein Toilettenpapier und nur eine Beutel heißer Schokolade und ein Paket von Kuchen gab, so dass wir nicht jeden Abend einen schrecklichen Schokolade und ein Paket von Kuchen haben konnten. Wir würden wieder bleiben und Spa-Anlagen nutzen. Der Pool und Dampfraum und die Sauna waren perfekt. Essen war 5*

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Leeds. Unser Zimmer wurde modernisiert und hatte schöne Einrichtungen. Gute Lage, um überall ins Zentrum zu laufen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

The room is a normal-sized one, equipped with 2 British twin bed (Width: 130~140cm), and it was prepared in an acceptable condition. Air-conditioner is available, but you may find that it need to be turned on for 2~3 times a day, as the system had been set in an economic mode by the hotel. The breakfast is a typically British one, whilst baked mushroom is not provided. Nevertheless, the breakfast tastes good, and you could serve yourself with chocolate croissants, cheese, hot tomato mush, vegetarian-friendly sausages, honey, tinned peaches and coconut yoghurt. Toothpastes and toothbrushes could be ordered with a fee (￡2), thereby you'd better rake your own's. The location is reasonable, since the hotel adjoins the John Lewis shopping mall, and there's only 10-min walk way between the hotel and Leeds coach station. Meanwhile, you may walk to the Victoria and Trinity shopping centres in 15~20 minutes from the hotel, though it might be a bit inconvenient to travel to the nearby downtown by bus, given the lack of bus stops next to the gate of this hotel. Overall, it's a foolproof option for someone who anticipate a lodging experience surpassing the average level there.

Ich habe die Buchung bei 12-07 bei etwa 3-15 - 3-30 gemacht und hatte eine zusätzliche Benutzung beantragt, aber es wurde gesagt, dass dies nicht möglich war, weil ich die Buchung spät gemacht hatte und die Rezeption hatte keine!! Das sind Waldkabinen, und ich hätte gedacht, dass dies eine gemeinsame Anfrage und zusätzliche Schleusen einfach verfügbar wären. Die Kabine wurde von einem beweglichen elektrischen Heizgerät erhitzt, das Stunden dauerte, um die Kabine zu erhitzen. Die Türen wurden möglicherweise wegen wiederholter Malerei geschlossen und es gab Gemälde über die Metallhandschuhe. Die Außentür war nicht von der Innenseite geschlossen. Es gab keinen Platz im Kabinen und keine freie Oberfläche, um Dinge als die einzige geeignete Oberfläche, ein Desk, hatte ein freies Stand-TV auf sie. Es gab ein Kleiderschrank, aber es schmelzt schmutzig. Das Essen war gut, aber der Service war langsam, weil das Restaurant mit dem Teebarman als Wächter unterbesetzt war. Die Unterkunft ist schön und das Personal ist sehr angenehm. Es gibt viel Tee und Kaffee im Teezimmer und eine Kettle.

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen und bietet kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Diese sind jedoch recht klein, was insbesondere für Fahranfänger oder Fahrer mit wenig Parkerfahrung problematisch sein kann. Das Frühstücksangebot ist relativ einfach, aber Geschmack und Qualität sind gut. Insgesamt ist die Lage günstig, die Parkplatzsituation erfordert jedoch etwas Fahrpraxis.

We arrived by train so it was crucial that it was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station and it was in the city centre which was ideal for us. Gino D'Acampo restaurant was good quality at reasonable price. Room was spacious and quiet. It had a safe, large TV, tea/coffee, refrigerator, walk in shower (no climbing over a bath) Minimal contact with staff but where we did interact they were pleasant, polite and helpful.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, und ein Co-op-Supermarkt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel wirkt recht neu, und die Einrichtungen sind in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und komfortabel. Die Zimmerreinigung war zwar nicht besonders gründlich, aber insgesamt akzeptabel. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn Sie einen Aufenthalt in Leeds planen.

Booked this hotel to stay at after spending the day at Leeds Fest on Sunday. We came earlier than check in but were able to store our bags there. I was worried about checking in so late after getting back from the festival but it was fine.
