Ich kam spät an und es regnete leicht. Es war angenehm, im Trockenen zum Hotel zu laufen, das gut ausgeschildert war, und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Frühstück war fantastisch mit einer riesigen Auswahl! Ich bin im Pool geschwommen und hätte mir gewünscht, mehr Zeit für eine Massage zu haben. Dank des späten Check-outs und des kurzen Spaziergangs zurück zum Flughafen war dies ein sehr angenehmer Zwischenstopp.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Mitte der Stadt, das Personal bei der Eincheckung und das Frühstück ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sauber und sauber. Fernseher funktionierte nicht mehr als 15 Stunden und sie mussten eine Box ändern. Bucht für das Kricket-Spiel zu sehen, aber nicht passiert. Frühstücksverteilung ist gut. Geschmack ist auch gut. Leicht zu bekommen Transport, Taxi von Hotel zu jedem Ort. Sicherheit ist gut und freundlich. Check-in und Check-out war reibungslos. Toilette ist sauber. Die Gäste aus anderen Zimmern waren scharf und erwachten mich um 8 Uhr wegen lauten Lärm. Ich konnte sie nicht stoppen, da sie Gast sind, aber das Hotel sollte die Sicherheit überwachen und ihnen sagen, nicht so viel Lärm zu machen.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

GGastnutzerWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

A special mention to Sameera Shiek, who went above and beyond to ensure every requirement of mine was taken care of with genuine care and efficiency. Her dedication and attention to detail made a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across such exceptional service, and she truly stood out.
Overall, a luxurious and comfortable experience. I highly recommend ITC Windsor to anyone looking for a refined and welcoming stay in the city.

GGastnutzerI have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore.
Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers.
Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

GGastnutzerDie Einrichtungen sind zufriedenstellend . Lage ist durchschnittlich. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zufriedenstellend . Spa-Service ist zufriedenstellend. Empfangsservice ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Unbehaglicher Kundenservice beim Auschecken auf 8/11/25 um 9 Uhr. Ich stand in der Warteschlange, aber das Personal ( kann nicht wirklich seinen Namen denken, es ist Sairik ) hat mich einfach ignoriert und an einem anderen Gast teilgenommen, der später kam.

GGastnutzerThe view from the lobby and the indoor pool are what makes this property special. Nothing like it have I ever seen. This is enough to make u fall in love at first sight when u arrive. The rooms are nice but a bit outdated but generally everything was great and lots to do and explore on site as it is large. The service and staff are impeccable and very friendly and kind. Breakfast could be improved and given that most goods needs to be ordered this could be better communicated to guests. Some more activities should be complimentary as cost of room is quite high so by including activities this will make guests more involved and entertained. The outdoor pool could not use as it was cold. But the indoor one is one of a kind worldwide. Awesome fireplace in the room too. We upgraded to the premium villa which was way better than the cottage we originally booked. Space wise all rooms can accommodate 3 easily. They have electric cars to take u around which are unique too. Very environment friendly property
