Wir blieben in einer 1-Bett-Unterkunft. Das Eigentum hatte alles, was Sie brauchen, und die Waschmaschine/ Tumble war ein großer Zuschlag und wir wurden auch ein paar Waschblätter- Bonus gegeben.Es war auch voll ausgestattet mit den kleinen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt angenehmer/ komfortabler machen wie Küchenroll / Teehandtücher/ Flüssigkeit/ Kaffee/ Tee/ Milchbeutel und Duschegel/ Shampoo. Der Wärmeheizer im Badezimmer war auch groß, um nasse Handtücher aus dem Pool zu entladen. Das Haus selbst war gut. Das einzige, was es ein bisschen besser hätte machen können, war ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Reinigkeit Details. Ich bin jedoch sicher, dass wir das Personal darauf hingewiesen hätte, dass dies korrigiert worden wäre, wie sie mit einem Antrag auf eine Änderung des Bettes. Auf der Flip-Seite, wenn es zu spotless gewesen wäre, würde ich wahrscheinlich nicht mit unseren 2 Kindern entspannt. Insgesamt können wir nicht über den Preis beschweren, den wir gezahlt haben. Die Veranstaltungen waren eine wundervolle Überraschung, da wir das nicht erwartet hatten. Das reichte von Bingo, Bounky-Castle und einer magischen Show. Die verschiedenen Lebensmittelwagen waren jeden Abend ein schöner Touch. Wir versuchten nur den Hühnerkurrigen am Montag Abend und, ehrlich gesagt, wir dachten, es fehlte an Geschmack. Die Peakkocken waren super erstaunlich und die drei kleinen Ducken. Schöne Lage, um zu gehen und zu erkunden gingen wir nach Bucks Mill ( schön) Bute ( schön) und Westwood Ho! Auch schön für ein wenig mehr Umgebung. Auch, wenn Sie Kinder haben, ist der Milchweg-Abenteuerpark eine wunderschöne Ergänzung und dauert ca. 25 Minuten.

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

A simply Devine hotel with such historical charm  The charismatic entrance foyer draws you into this wonderful exquisite reception area We had the upmost pleasure in staying on New Years Eve  & were greeted with a lovely glass of free champagne in letting the New year in  They also had a really good modern band playing the finest of music in one of their opulent rooms  We would grant this very fine hotel a definite 5 Stars experience  Many thanks

Previously emailed to ask if car parking available and was told yes, car parking on site, arrived to find no car parking and you have to park in a public car park (and pay) up the hill from the hotel. The manager did apologise and waived the £20 early check in fee . Was then advised the England match would be shown in the bar and drinks would be 3 for 2. Got back to the hotel to watch and take advantage to be told by the bar member that the tills were not working and because she couldn’t work out 30% off the drinks they were not offering any 3 for 2 and what did we want her to do about it. Unfortunately poor customer service which isn’t what I would expect and I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The hotel is lovely, great atmosphere and brilliant location. I got the sea view room and it's literally in front view of the beach and all the action. The room was large, spacious, clean, massive super-king bed, and the facilities were good as I discovered a basement gym which is really neat. However, as frequent traveller who loves functionality, in comparison to what I've seen in other like-for-like hotels, for a premium room with sea view, one of the window panes were smudged and dirty so I couldn't fully appreciate the ”sea view”. Secondly, for a premium room you would expect biscuits, water bottle, fridge as minimum, and optional extras for premium rooms I see bath robes and slippers. But the hotel didn't have them at all. All on top of that they didn't serve dinner as a whole (and hence no room service) and then charging £15 for parking, which is ridiculous to be totally honest. I parked on street 2 min walk away £6 by 12pm next day.

Enttäuscht, dass es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gab Aber die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut Schöner Bademantel Toilette roch nach abgestandenem Urin Betten waren hart, ebenso die Kissen. Ich hatte zwei Nächte lang keinen erholsamen Schlaf Essen im Restaurant (3 Gänge) war reichlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut Insgesamt eine angenehme Unterkunft, weshalb ich auf die Rückkehr meines Mannes von seiner Operation gewartet habe Der Lebensmittelladen war eine gute Ablenkung, ebenso wie KFC Ms um die Ecke und Aldi Auch erlesene Weine Würde aber wieder hier übernachten

Overall a great stay, receptionists were welcoming, although a little bit more effort could have gone into directing me to the room as the grounds are so big I got a little lost. On entering the building where my room was located the carpet definitely needs to be upgraded, my room was nice and clean. It had a sink, and an ironing board and iron which I was very impressed with, it also had two wardrobes one with a kettle on top and one with hangers inside. The grounds are lovely, the garden is spectacular, it would be a perfect setting for a wedding. The staff in White Hart are lovely and the customer service provided by them was great. (Two males) thank you. On the Friday they had a live band (male / female) singing the old classics for VE Day that was great. The food was also nice. I would defo stay here again.

We stayed for just one night. A much better experience than we had expected, given some of the recent reviews. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and had a lovely,spacious walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Our only negative was that the car park was absolutely full when we arrived at 3:30pm … and the staff checking us in couldn’t have cared less!

Zwei Zimmer für einen Familienaufenthalt reserviert. Im heißesten Wochenende im Mai jemals verblieben! Ein Zimmer frischen das andere Kochen. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht so zuverlässig! Zimmer waren wieder verschieden. Obwohl ich die gleiche gewählte war geräumig und luftig die andere ein wenig mehr krammet Ich wurde gemeldet, dass es FROM 3pm war und wir nicht erlaubt wurden, bis 4.30 was unsere Pläne kompliziert. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber super besetzt. Nicht genug Personal, um die Nachfrage zu bewältigen. Es war schlecht für das Personal, das umgelaufen ist! Gut im Allgemeinen! Sehr guter Standort!

For a 4 star hotel this was very disappointing. Only 1 person on reception and a queue of people waiting to be checked in. A very tired hotel that has been not been well maintained. Our room was disappointing, a balcony we couldn't use, a double bed that felt like I was sliding out of it all night as the mattress was worn and had gone soft on my side of the bed, an uncomfortable toilet as the seat was too small for the toilet. Many other small things as well, we expected better.
