GGastnutzerEs ist ein lohnendes Übernachtungserlebnis und sehr kostengünstig! Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, sauber und hygienisch, und das Kundendienstpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Wenn Sie abends zurückkommen, können Sie in die heiße Quelle im Freien gehen, um Ihre Müdigkeit zu lindern, was sehr nährend ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ebenfalls sehr umfangreich und die gekochten Nudeln sind rechtzeitig fertig, um zum Changbai Mountain zu fahren. Es ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt Ganz in der Nähe und sehr praktisch zum Wohnen. Man kann in nahegelegenen Städten essen und ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr praktisch.

GGastnutzerWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Das Einchecken verlief schnell, und unsere Haushälterin Xinxin war herzlich und aufmerksam und erklärte uns ausführlich die Dienstleistungen des Hotels. Die heißen Quellen des Hotels waren ein echtes Highlight! Das Wasser aus den natürlichen heißen Quellen des Changbai-Bergs ist erstklassig, und der Rosenpool, der Rotweinpool und das Fischtherapiebecken bieten jeweils einen einzigartigen Charme. Das Hotel bietet außerdem hervorragende Annehmlichkeiten, darunter einen Shuttleservice zum Bahnhof des Hochgeschwindigkeitszugs.

This old dog finally flopped down in Jilin City, relieved to rest my paws at the grandly named Song Jiang Bonanza Winning Hotel. “Winning,” I thought—until my non-smoking room greeted me with a stale tobacco haze. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot.
Room Rescue
Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next.
Comfort Food = Home
Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed.
Care Beyond the Call
Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking.
Menu Meltdown & A Win
At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned.
City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church
Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace.
Logistics That Worked
Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring.
Breakfast & The Fine Print
Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in.
Verdict
Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. It really does take one good sheep—thank you, Mr Hong—to dim the rest of the flaws.

MM383151****牆壁很薄，非常吵。住的雙人間，第一晚聽了一宿隔壁幾個親戚聚在一起討論某家人兩口子吵架的事到接近凌晨一點，第二天從下午開始三點多開始，就有年輕人在隔壁***——説這個並不是評判客人的行為，但因酒店原因放大了客人的行為，一方客人因噪音不適而把另一方客人自由行為變成了不恰當的，且提出問題一方由於多次反饋，問題得不到妥善解決，給自身也帶來了不舒適感。這種矛盾轉移很微妙。前台工作人員處理事情較為迅速，衹不過酒店的房間要麼被迫聽隔壁，要麼被迫聽馬路。如果未來再帶家人出行，應該會住價格更高一些的，評價裏顯示相對安靜的酒店。總結:便宜沒好貨。但該酒店的價格在長春並不在低價酒店的等級裏，可體驗感並不好，不會再住。

XXingxing⭐️This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service!
We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much!
When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations.
Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding.
The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly.
I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!

SStevey_FlIch habe vor einigen Monaten dieses Hotel reserviert, umfangreiche Bewertungen gelesen, und meine Erfahrung mit 3 Nächten hier zu bleiben unterstützte diese hervorragenden Bewertungen.
Die Dienstleistungen waren super und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das kostenlose Frühstück war gut und mit genügend Proteine und Nährstoffe verpackt, um für einen halben Tag Skivorbereitung vorzubereiten. Sie können Skiausrüstung (auch Kleidung) direkt am Grundstück günstig nach dem Essen vermieten. Skipasse und Skiklassen können direkt dort gekauft werden, mit den Kanal Rabattpreise, so dass Sie die Mühe, diese Dinge im Ski Service Center zu tun vermeiden.
Es gibt ein Tesla Model Y immer bereit, Sie von der Hotelgrundlage bis zu den Skipisten zu nehmen (der Ski-in-und Ski-out-Zugang wurde während meines Aufenthalts dort geschlossen, aber in den meisten Fällen konnten Sie es tun) Das Hotel selbst befindet sich in einem Spaziergang zum Skilift, so dass es auch ohne Transporthilfe durch Skiboots aufzulegen und einfach mit Ihrem Ski umhergehen kann.
Das Zimmer, das ich reservierte, verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und Essenstisch und eine Küchenzeile und ein Backofen (aber es gibt noch keine Werkzeuge, so dass Sie nicht erwarten, dort zu kochen). Flaschenwasser und Snacks wurden täglich kostenlos gefüllt.
Neben seinen eigenen Speisen und einem kleinen Gemüsegeschäft auf der Basis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, auf der Main Street gerade auf der Straße vom Hotel zu essen und zu kaufen. Insgesamt ist die Neue Geschichte eine glückliche Geschichte und ich freue mich auf eine Rückkehr in einem Jahr oder zwei.
(Meine Empfehlung für diejenigen, die flexible Zeitpläne zu bekommen, versuchen, hier in langsamer Saison wie jetzt außerhalb der Xmas und chinesischen Neujahrsfenster kommen, der Schnee ist immer noch ziemlich gut, aber die Mengen sind nicht vorhanden und Sie können wirklich gute Geschäfte in dem Aufenthalt, Obwohl der Fahrschein noch nicht billig ist, 430 RMB pro oder einige $60-65 pro Tag. Viel mehr in der arbeitsbedingten Saison).

Auf unserer ersten Nacht konnte meine Karte nicht arbeiten, so ging mein Mann zum Gegenstand, um die Kartenfrage zu lösen, während ich außerhalb meines Zimmers. Während ich wartete, sah ich jemanden, der sich schlau versuchen, ein Foto von mir zu machen, aber als ich die Person durch die Feuerausgang Treppe entkam, entkam ich. Wenn es ein Personal versucht zu prüfen, warum ich außerhalb des Zimmers wandte, hätte er oder sie mit mir kommen können, um zu klären, nicht schneehaft ein Foto oder Video von mir an der Ecke ohne das Gesicht zu zeigen. Aber wenn es nicht ein Personal ist, das das tut, dann ist etwas falsch mit der Hotelsicherheit
