Ich habe für eine Geschäftsreise ein Executive-Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war groß und die Ausstattung neu. Auch Lee von der Executive-Lounge rief vorab an, um sich vor dem Einchecken nach meinen Bedürfnissen zu erkundigen. Das ist etwas, was viele Fünf-Sterne-Hotels nicht tun Das habe ich nicht. Es ist so lobenswert! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen ist recht reichhaltig. Die Lage ist auch von der Nanjing Nanliangzhan Road aus sehr gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden! PS: Ich habe vergessen, die Handy-Ladebuchse wegzuräumen. Nach dem Auschecken habe ich Lee kontaktiert, um bei der Suche nach der Housekeeping-Abteilung für eine Bestätigung und beim Zurückschicken zu helfen. Es war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen!

Floral hotel Nanjing review Hotel has unique character. Located in a private complex so it is quieter with no public car / scooter allowed to get in. Kids are happy playing and running outside the complex. Very clean, quiet and charming area. Location: fantastic location at laomendong old town (3 mins walk to the main old town - all the main actions), 10 mins walk to the city wall. We arrived at night and it was late (11pm) so it was a bit hard to find the accomm. 3 luggages and 2 kids made it hard-but I imagine using taxi outside the airport would make it easier and more convenience. The taxi will drop you off just outside the complex. It was 2 mins walk to the hotel. The hotel is easily found inside the complex. Check in process is super easy. To travel around, there are 2 metro stations you can use. We usually use the wumending stations - around 15-25 mins walk depending on the kids mood. However we never have problem commutting. The walk to the station is dotted with shops (food, snacks, convenience stores). Room: Clean, spacious and modern A family of four. We have plenty of space. Amenities are very modern. Plenty of storage space inside the toilet for your toileteries. Bed is massive (king size) and comfortable. We booked 2 beds to accommodate our family. Daily housekeeping and water bottles replacement. Communication: The owner will add you on wechat on check in day. All communication can be done via wechat. The translation app in wechat is a god sent. The staff has minimal english - but we dont have any problem communicating through wechat conversation. You can ask them for information etc through wechat. They will reply straight away. Services: Impeccable, above and beyond. The owner and all of the staffs are super helpful. Always keen to help. The owner took and showed us the restaurants around laomendong which are worth going - as there are plenty of restaurants around the areas. Because it is a boutique hotel, the service is very personalised. Breakfast: Set meal for breakfast every morning. Serve at 8am. It is not buffee with hundreds of selections but they give you healthy and nourishing breakfast. We stay there for 4 days and everyday is different menu. We absolutely enjoy our breakfast. Bits and pieces: There is a friendly and well behaved corgi dog inside the residence. My kids are generally scared of dog but they could not help themselves petting and playing with the dog. They missed the dog when we left Nanjing. I ve seen other hotels in major areas when we walked around. But the street is very busy and wont suit us. Also hotels in cbd areas - no character surrounding the cbd. It would be perfect for business people but I think this hotel is very suited for leisure and family. The hotel provide laundry service too. You just need to drop it off to front desk. They will wash, dry and fold them for you!!! My daughter vomitted on our second night. The sheets would be stained from the vomit but they did not charge us for the damage. The hotel can order you taxi if you dont have didi apps for taxi. My didi apps did not work as i did not set it up properly back home. You dont even need to pay the taxi driver either-they will sort it out and the hotel will charge you later. The price might be a bit higher than the surrounding hotels, however its definately worth every penny. In conclusion: Your accommodation choice can really impact your trip. Floral hotel has been amazing and I believe this hotel was an excellent choice for family / leisure trip. We really enjoy our Nanjing trip because of Floral Hotel. Ein besonders gutes Hotel 🏨 Zumindest für Leute, die mit Kindern reisen, ist es definitiv die unkomplizierteste Wahl. Es ist kostengünstig und der Hauptgrund ist, dass die Lage sehr praktisch ist. Es liegt sehr nahe an der Guanqian Street und der Pingjiang Road Es liegt auch in der Nähe der U-Bahn. 🚇 Überall, wo ich hingehe, ist das Hotelpersonal sehr gut. Tatsächlich sind viele Hotels möglicherweise nicht sauber, egal wie teuer sie sind, aber es kommt auch darauf an Die Qualität der Leute, die dort übernachten, entfernt auch die Stromkarte, aber dieses Hotel hat immer die Stromkarte, und als wir ins Hotel zurückkehrten, war es übrigens extrem heiß Trotzdem denke ich, dass dieses Hotel aufgrund seines Preises und seiner Erfahrung empfehlenswert ist. Das Hotel ist auch nicht laut. Sonnencreme 🧴, Masken 😷, Desinfektionstücher usw. sind an der Rezeption erhältlich. Ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund der Bewertungen auf Trip.com ausgewählt, und ich wurde wirklich nicht enttäuscht! Es ist ein wahrhaft königliches Gartenhotel, und das Beste daran ist, dass es sehr erschwinglich ist. Für nur ein paar hundert Yuan pro Nacht kann man so luxuriös wohnen. Die angrenzende Panmen Scenic Area ist frei zugänglich, und die Nachtansicht ist so wunderschön, dass man kaum glauben kann, dass es nicht der Himmel auf Erden ist. Wir hatten auch das Glück, eine „Dahuahuo“-Performance zu sehen, was einfach fantastisch war! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls hervorragend und sehr reichhaltig, für nur 68 RMB pro Person – ein echtes Schnäppchen!

Die Reise ist vorübergehend, die Lage ist hervorragend, der Verkehr in der Nähe des Geschäftes ist bequem und nahe an allen Universitäten ist sehr nah. Der Rezeption-Blau-Bowling Apple Service ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, die Behandlung des Aufenthalts ist sehr effizient und die Erfahrung ist zufrieden! Alle Beratungen können klar beantwortet werden, die Reisebüros sind sehr bequem und insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Ich könnte Ihnen auch vom Salzwasserpool, dem hochmodernen Fitnessstudio und allen anderen Annehmlichkeiten vorschwärmen; und sogar von der Anzahl der Zimmer und der Tatsache, dass hier gerade ein internationaler Gipfel stattfindet. All das würde aber nicht meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel beschreiben. Das Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town bietet all das, aber was ich an diesem Hotel besonders schätze, ist das Personal. Ich liebe es, dass sie scheinbar immer da sind. Ich habe fast den Eindruck, sie würden hier wohnen, weil sie ständig präsent sind. Morgens, noch bevor ich den Salon betrete, höre ich vom Frühstücksservice ein „Nǐ hǎo Marsha“ hören, gefolgt von der netten Dame im Salon, die mich anlächelt, mich zur Kaffeemaschine führt und mir meine zwei Päckchen braunen Zucker reicht. Sie kennt meine Morgengewohnheiten so schnell. Nicht nur das, weil sie wussten, dass Peter ein paar Morgen lang nicht bei meinem Frühstückstisch war, geben sie mir jetzt mit Take-away-Behältern ein Zeichen, damit Peter sein Frühstück auf dem Zimmer einnehmen kann. Wenn wir irgendwohin müssen, fragen uns die jungen Damen an der Rezeption (egal welche Schicht) immer, wohin wir wollen, damit sie uns ein Taxi rufen können. Eine von ihnen begleitete mich sogar einmal zum Geldautomaten der Bank of China und wartete im Taxi, während ich meine Angelegenheiten erledigte. Sie begleitete mich auch zum Campus, um Jon-Marc zu besuchen. Gestern nutzte eine von ihnen sogar ihr eigenes Didi-Konto, um uns den Transport zurück zum Hotel zu bezahlen, und wir erstatteten ihr das Geld (und gingen weg, als sie uns das Wechselgeld zurückgeben wollte, weil wir wussten, dass sie das Trinkgeld nicht annehmen würde, wie es dort üblich ist). Wie hätten wir ihr sonst unsere Dankbarkeit für ihre freundliche Geste zeigen können? Und dann ist da noch Simon Jiang, der Hoteldirektor, der perfekt Englisch spricht und immer hilfsbereit ist und Tipps für Unternehmungen und Ausflugsziele gibt. Simon war es, der mir erklärte, dass man nicht einfach in eine Apotheke gehen und ohne Rezept irgendetwas bekommen kann. Ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass er, obwohl er der Hoteldirektor ist, immer zur Stelle ist und die Mitarbeiter bei ihrer Arbeit unterstützt. Obwohl hier eine klare Hierarchie herrscht, zieht er seine Jacke aus und hilft in der Küche. Manchmal sieht man ihn auch älteren Damen helfen, schwere Geräte (falls nötig) zum Putzen, Abräumen usw. herauszutragen. Oder Alex Ju, der stellvertretende Hoteldirektor, der Peter und mich ins Krankenhaus begleitete und dort in unserem Namen (auf Mandarin) mit dem Arzt und der internationalen Versicherungsabteilung sprach, um uns alles etwas zu erleichtern. Diese Menschen haben meinen Aufenthalt hier unvergesslich gemacht, und ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass ich ihnen die Elements by Westin in Suzhou jedem wärmstens empfehlen würde, der eine unkomplizierte Unterkunft mit hilfsbereitem, zuvorkommendem und freundlichem Personal sucht. Es war mir eine Freude, so herzliche, freundliche und liebenswerte Menschen kennenzulernen.

Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

Location is convenient as there is a mall, night food street and a nearby tram station. The front office is located on the 5th level; not on the ground floor. But there is an entrance on the ground level for hotel guests. The front office lady who did the room check-in for us is helpful. However, the rest are less than friendly. There is an in-room safe which is rare for hotels in this category. When we attempted to use it, we realized that it couldn’t be locked. Front office sent a maintenance staff who encountered the same problem. As a result, he replaced it and the issue was resolved. There was an eye-opener incident with the in-room safe which convinced us not to use it. We returned to our room on the second night (21st March 2026) and couldn’t open the safe door. After a few failed attempts, we contacted the front office which sent the same maintenance staff who replaced our safe the previous night. To our surprise, he opened the safe with his personal code. I would think a decoder or gadget of some sort would be required in order to open the safe. There was central air-conditioning which proved insufficiently cold. We had to open the window to cool down the room. Terry slippers were not the standard setup. Plastic slippers were provided. However, terry slippers were provided upon request. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Coffeemate was provided. It should be drip-coffee. The master switch was located next to the room door which was very inconvenient. In most hotels, it’s at the bedside! The shower cubicle floor and sink countertop have stains. Hair-conditioner was not provided. Instead, a conditioning shampoo was! There was only 1 wall hook. There should be at least 2. Water seeps through the shower cubicle door. This can cause injury should one slips. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers. They looked like household type; unlike Atour which is commercial type thereby more powerful. In addition, you have to manually add the detergent as it doesn’t not dispense automatically. There’s pros and cons to this arrangement. The washing and drying was a nightmare! It takes 50 miniues to wash and 90 minutes to dry. The ‘standard’ is 30 minutes to wash and 35 minutes to dry. There was one time when it took 105 minutes to dry our pants! Timing is good; 6:30am to 10:15am (weekday) and 6:30am to 10”30am (weekend). Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of food. It came with bread and butter pudding! Food was constantly replenished. Staff service was excellent! They aim to please. So, 4 stars service is for the staff who served at the breakfast area/restaurant. On the whole, we get the impression that the hotel management is trying to cut operating cost except for breakfast.
