Tivemos alguns incidentes desagradáveis com a alimentação. Em nossa chegada, no jantar, devolvemos a comida em razão da mosca na comida. No café da manhã não se usa a sanduicheira, sem qualquer higiene. Um relato sobre a água do chuveiro; ela tem alguma substância nela que traz textura à água, como se vc não conseguisse se enxugar por completo. Por fim a recepção não sabe informar sobre serviços próximos ao hotel.

Bom dia. Fiz o pagamento da reserva pelo cartão no dia 20. Recebi o recibo do Trip. Todavia, ao chegar no hotel, fui questionado se havia pago, porque não constava no sistema. Mesmo dizendo que havia feito o pagamento já, tive que passar o cartão novamente. Isso gerou um certo constrangimento. Quanto ao atendimento do pessoal da recepção, precisa ser melhorar.

O Hotel em si é bem tranquilo, a localidade é muito boa, pertinho da praia, cama confortável e café da manhã muito bom. Oq eu tenho a reclamar é que colocaram um funcionário novo e ele não sabia fazer as coisas, o problema não é ser novo, e sim não ensinarem ele a fazer reserva e etc. Fomos reservar mais uma diária pra ir embora um pouco mais tarde e ele entendeu que estávamos pedindo reembolso? Kk e ele tbm não marcou que nosso quarto estava reservado, aí no dia seguinte o próximo atendente falou que iríamos ir embora às 12h, ficamos confusos, mas ele em si é muito gentil, só falta treinamento. Acho muito ruim o horário de checkout, 12h é muito cedo, fora que pelo preço deveria ser reservado o dia todo, mas enfim, foi tranquilo tirando esses pontos!

Wundervoll Hotel, hervorragende Service, göttliches Frühstück, von allen, wo ich schon mal durchgelaufen bin, ist das beste. Nur eine kleine Beobachtung, ein kleines Tapeten am Boxausgang 😁

Gute Lage und guter Service. Am bedauerlichsten war, dass am Tag meines Eincheckens eine große Party im Hotel stattfand. Von der Lobby bis zum Aufzug herrschte im Hotel geschäftiges Treiben, was verständlich ist. Das Hotelmanagement ist jedoch sprachlos, was die Aufzüge angeht. Ich sah, dass von den drei in Betrieb befindlichen Aufzügen nur einer normal auf und ab fahren konnte und die anderen beiden im zweiten Stock anhielten. Den genauen Grund kannte ich nicht. Ich wartete mehr als 20 Minuten in der Lobby und fuhr dann mit dem Lastenaufzug ins Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist an dem Tag, an dem ich ankam, sehr groß. Es dient als Basis für die Organisation von Gruppen. Das Zimmer, das ich gebucht habe, ist allerdings nicht sehr komfortabel Es wird Mädchen empfohlen, zu spät einzuchecken. Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels gibt es viele unordentliche Graffiti.
