Location is convenient and close to an EV charging station. The staff are helpful and service-minded. However, some areas in the room were dusty and need to be cleaned more thoroughly. However, I would recommend this hotel when visiting khonkaen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, die Möbel waren ansprechend angeordnet. Es verfügte über einen Balkon, eine feste, aber bequeme Matratze, eine weiche, aber nicht zu dicke Decke und bequeme Kissen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, der Fernseher lieferte ein klares Bild, und die Vorhänge verdunkelten den Raum gut; nur wenig Licht drang herein. Das Badezimmer war in einen Nass- und einen Trockenbereich unterteilt, und Handtücher sowie Haartücher waren vorhanden. Flüssigseife und Shampoo befanden sich in Pumpspendern. Der Wasserdruck war stark, und der Warmwasserbereiter funktionierte einwandfrei. Für den bezahlten Preis war das Zimmer sehr gut.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage etwas außerhalb aber ansonsten ein sehr gutes Hotel. Kommen gern wieder!

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Es liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend. Einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer 331 war ausreichend groß. Die Klimaanlage war im Vergleich zu einer normalen Split-Klimaanlage im Haus etwas laut. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl ich dies nicht angefordert hatte. Leider gab es keinen Zimmersafe, sodass ich meine Wertsachen immer bei mir tragen musste. Da ich das Frühstück nicht bezahlt habe, kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Der Empfang war effizient und schnell. Der Flur ist gefliest und daher recht laut, besonders wenn andere Hotelgäste sich lautstark unterhalten, da sie entweder keine Rücksicht nehmen oder sich der starken Hallwirkung nicht bewusst sind. Die Dusche hatte ausreichend Wasserdruck, und Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden.

Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete. Wir haben drei Zimmer für unsere Familie gebucht. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, umgeben von Grünanlagen, in der Nähe des Marktes und zahlreicher Imbissstände. Es ist zwar etwas älter, aber dennoch sehr sauber. Morgens gibt es kostenlos Tee, Kaffee und Brot. Sollte ich Khon Kaen noch einmal besuchen, werde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service des Personals war gut. Sicherheitspersonal und Rezeption waren verständnisvoll und gingen auf die Anliegen der Gäste ein. Ich habe eine Kakerlake im Zimmer entdeckt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir und meiner Familie ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

This was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.
