Very good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa.
Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views.
The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes.
The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴

Das ist ein der besten Hotel auf der Reise, das mich ein gutes Gefühl für diese Marke hat.
Wenn es dann noch dieses Hotel mit dieser Marke gibt, dann werde ich es als vorrangig behandeln, wenn ich es bequem buchen kann.

Hotel muito bom, com excelente localização, apartamento amplo (ficamos em quarto duplo solteiro) e muito agradável. Destaque para o time de funcionários super atenciosos, competentes no exercício da suas funções, em todos os setores que demandamos. A simpatia com que nos atenderam nos fizeram sentir acolhidos e nos leva a agradecer por tornarem tão agradavel a nossa estadia na cidade e em particular no Dubai Suites.

GGastnutzerI paid extra for a queen bed, instead got two single beds tied to each other. Window does not seal perfectly, so there's some small street noise coming in. There was a crack in the wall paint near the window, and the ceiling of the shower had some black mould spots showing that ventilation in the bathroom is insufficient. On the rooftop, the glass panes around the tiny pool had lots of water stains. On the bright side: the church view from the window was great, the breakfast was plenty and decent, the HVAC worked well, the location is great to visit the handcrafts fair on Sunday, and the price was okay-ish.

GGastnutzerThe room was clean, showed wear in a number of areas. In particular, the bathroom faucet yielded minimal water. It was sufficient to take care of the basics but noticeably lacking in pressure. Beds were comfortable but after ordering a double bed they were actually two twins pushed together. The restaurant and the breakfast were very good. There is another option close by, nearly equivalent but at least 20% less cost.

GGastnutzerHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

GGastnutzerMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

GGastnutzerJá fiquei outras vezes nesse hotel e, dessa vez não gostei da experiência. Como tem muita rotatividade, a qualidade está caindo. Os travesseiros estavam fedendo suor, as toalhas não estavam macias, o colchão já tinha perdido a mola e, tanto o vaso sanitário quanto a pia do banheiro estavam meio entupidos. Também não tinha controle de ar condicionado no quarto. Apesar disso, a equipe é muito gentil e prestativa. Infelizmente, mesmo com excelente localização e bom preço, não acho que justifica ficar hospedada lá novamente.

DDrumondIch war am Valentinstag dort und fand, dass das ganze Hotel in Ordnung ist, besonders an solchen Jubiläen. Sehr kostengünstig und es lohnt sich! Das reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück macht den Tagespreis noch wertvoller. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr schön. Ich habe nur ein beheiztes Schwimmbad verpasst, weil der Poolbereich kühl ist, aber es ist unmöglich, hineinzukommen, es ist zu kalt! Für Hotels in BH wird die Heizung ein großer Unterschied sein.

GGuest UserIch war auf einer Geschäftsreise nach Belo Horizonte und mein Kunde empfahl dieses Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. Das Hotelzimmer ist schön und komfortabel. Das Personal ist alle freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vernünftig gut. Ich empfehle den Geschäftsreisenden, dieses Hotel zu betrachten, wenn die Reiseziele nicht sehr weit von diesem Hotel entfernt sind.
