Ich dachte, der Ort war schön, aber ehrlich gesagt, die Kleider auf dem Bett und im Schrank irritierte mich mit statischer Elektrizität. Das Duschewasser kam zu schnell raus. Aber alles andere war großartig und die Leute sind sehr nett.

Schönes Zimmer, der Kundenservice war erstklassig, die Nähe zum Sandton-Einkaufszentrum und zum Nelson Mandela Square war ein großes Plus... Ich meine, nur einen Aufzug nach unten und Sie sind im Einkaufszentrum. Sie könnten Ihren Einkaufswagen tatsächlich ins Hotel mitnehmen.

The hotel is quite clean and the location is convenient if you have to stay close to the airport. However, I have never met a set of hotel staffs as rude as the ones in this hotel. Btw, the food at the restaurant was horrible.

Everything was Good. Pick up from the airport in a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room small but neat, Good for just 1 night. For longer I would have choosen a larger room with a fridge. Nice facilities on the premises for eating out and shopping. Interesting exhibition on the history of democracy in SA.

Hotel is rated at 5star but the amenities are quite average. The standard king size room is smaller than I have experience in some other hotels if that range. You do not find water glasses in the room. Room service is very slow and sometimes your call will just keep transferring between room service and reception if you needed something. If you ordered food in your room, you have to make payment immediately. It does not amount up to check out. There is only one restaurant, one cafe in the hotel. You can walk up to nearest restaurant for your food that is 800m away.Pool is there but you have to carry your own towel. The day we arrived, there was a birthday party around the pool with loud music. We avoided going to pool side. Shoe shiner is in the lobby and if you get your shoes cleaned he needs to be paid as compliment and that complement begins with 100rand minimum. To me it’s an average hotel and ok for a couple of days. It had some conference going on so extra crowd was also in the lobby for the two days we stayed If you are looking for a luxery experience, better choose another hotel. This hotel is ok for not more than two days of stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Johannesburg Airport and I must say, the experience was very good. One of the standout features of this hotel is its shuttle service. It was extremely convenient, providing hassle-free transportation to and from the airport, which is a major plus for any traveler. The staff at the hotel deserve a special mention. They were not only professional but also exceptionally helpful and friendly. Whether it was assistance with luggage, or general inquiries, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the buffet breakfast. It offered a wide variety of options, all delicious and well-prepared. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes, the quality of the food was impressive, and it was a fantastic way to start the day. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Johannesburg Airport was delightful. The combination of the convenient location, excellent service, and great amenities like the buffet breakfast make it a hotel I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Johannesburg. Whether you're on business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

First the staff there was exceptionally very friendly, professional and made me feel so welcomed. It’s amazing how quickly the staff resolves any issues that arise. This was my first time visiting South Africa and I really enjoyed my stay Airport Inn and Suites. Yes if I come South Africa again this will be my first and preferred place to stay. The only issue was the carpet in the bedroom and living room desperately needed to be steamed cleaned or replaced. Yes housekeeping swept the carpet when they cleaned but sweeping carpet with a broom doesn’t really clean the carpet. The carpet was very worn and made my feet itchy when I walked on it with my bare feet. But I resolved that quickly by always having my slippers on. Overall this place is very clean, well kept and the stafff knows the true meaning of customer care. Action always speaks louder than words. That’s why I gave Airport Inn a 3 for cleanliness only due to the carpet in the bedroom and living room. Warm regards, Brenda Valentine

Das erste Mal, dass ich geblieben bin, wurde das Haus umgerüstet, weil ich von der Entfernung nahe mir gebucht habe. Das Zimmer im zweiten Stock hat die Tür zum Balkon gedrückt, wo Tischschalen, aber mit Blick auf den Staub sind. Das zweite Aufenthaltsverhältnis war sehr wütend 😡, weil am ersten Tag der beiden Tage nichts passiert ist, fand ich am nächsten Tag, dass sie die höheren Preise für das gute Zimmer, die ich bestellte, ohne meine Zustimmung an die späteren verkaufen. Ich kann fast das Zimmer besuchen und das warme Wasser des Zimmers nach 20 Minuten raus. In Zukunft werden Sie nicht mehr in dieser Gästezimmer bleiben. Ich habe schon mal im Quatermain geblieben, und ich bin froh, dass die ganze Erfahrung wieder nur schön war! Ich war sehr früh am check-in-Tag angekommen und das Personal stellte sich sicher, dass ich ein Zimmer hatte, bevor die geplante check-in-Zeit gegeben war, und sie haben mich auch aufgebaut! Das Personal des Hotels ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und alles ist nur eine Freude!! Auch mit den laufenden Herausforderungen, die Ladezufuhr (geplante Stromausfälle) führt zum reibungslosen Betrieb eines jeden Geschäfts. Die Gärten sind unschön und ruhig, und es ist unglaublich zu glauben, dass Sie in der Mitte von allem mit dem Frieden und der Ruhe, die pervadiert sind. Das kleine Bistro / Restaurant-Menü ist dankbar begrenzt, da es bedeutet, dass die Qualität sichergestellt werden kann und alles, was geschmackvoll zu Hause gemacht wird. Das Abendbuffet ist sehr gut für Geld! Nur ein kleiner Hinweis, dass aufgrund von Ladeverteilung, manchmal das E-Mail/Buchungssystem einige Probleme gibt - also vergessen Sie nicht, nur nach einem Buchung :)
