Ich habe drei Nächte hier geblieben und es war ok. Es scheint, dass man nicht die gleichen Standards in Samoa oder in den meisten Südpazifik erwarten kann, so dass man das mit Sheratons in anderen Teilen der Welt vergleichen kann, es definitiv fehlt. Das Zimmer ist im Allgemeinen gut, aber es gibt kleine Dinge wie die Gärten, die Renovierung benötigen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Wasser war großartig und das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist gut und zentrale, aber vorsichtig mit Hunden. Das ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels, aber wenn Sie versuchen, um zu gehen, gibt es Hunde, die nicht von ihren Besitzern verschlossen sind und einige von ihnen sind böse. Ich habe Bitt zu gehen auf Vaala Beach. Die Samoa Govt muss etwas Abt Hundebesitzer tun, die ihre Hunde außerhalb ihrer Eigenschaften zu lassen. Als ich den Hotel-Kerln sagte, ich beiße sie haben so gehandelt, dass es immer passiert.

酒店地理位置還算方便，能幫忙叫出租車，也能租車，房間寬闊乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情友好。唯一不足就是薩摩亞網絡不好，酒店的WIFI都沒有連上過。

スタッフの方々はとてもあたたかく迎えてくださいました。ロケーションもバッチリです。wifiが5タラで1gbなので、simカードの購入をおすすめします。

Service was great but the hotel requires huge makeover. Bathrooms & rooms are outdated. It’s good for night stay but won’t recommend for longer stay. Breakfast’s ok but each to its own😀 Positive note, reservation was smooth.

Nice location. Near Frankie market and the market in fugalei only 1-2mins walk.

The facility was clean and modern, but the shower didn't drain fully leaving a slippery puddle away from the drain hole. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. On separate occasions the mirror was left wet, the bins unemptied, the towel unchanged and the bed not made up properly. The programmable safe didn't open once locked, and the key card had to be reprogrammed to give access to the room. Once, while resting in my room in the early afternoon, someone tried to enter my room but the latch stopped them. I quickly checked outside, thinking it might have been housekeeping, but no one was there except someone - a burly obese island man in singlet, shorts and jandals - walking quickly around the corner. I believe it was another guest who'd somehow gained access to electronic access cards, and who was raiding other guest's rooms. It was after that incident that my key card failed to work, and I had to visit reception to get it reprogrammed. The staff were generally courteous and kind, but really only going through the motions to fulfil their role. No one stood out as loving the work they do. The egg station couldn't make poached egg. That had to come from the kitchen, and they had to boil the water first and it was an inordinately long wait. In a previous visit to Samoa, at a hotel in Savai'i, the egg station had a pan with simmering water for poached eggs, and they delivered poached eggs as quickly as any other style of egg. I visited other hotels for events around Apia on this visit. I'm now open to staying at other hotels after this visit.
