Hotels mit Frühstück in Tuamasaga, Samoa

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and, while there were aspects we truly enjoyed, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by significant issues with the reservation and front desk process. Upon our arrival at 15:30 (check-in time is from 15:00), we were surprised to find that our online reservation couldn’t be found in their system—despite us having proof of the booking. We had to wait in the lobby for nearly an hour while the issue was being resolved. What is shown as available online appears to differ significantly from what is actually available on-site, which created ongoing problems throughout our stay. We had initially booked a room with a swimming pool view and private balcony. However, this room type was not available upon check-in. We were first offered a lower-category room with a mountain view, which we declined as we already paid online for higher-category, and were then moved to a room with a harbour view and private balcony. Although staff assured us that our originally booked room would be available the following day, we remained cautious and asked for confirmation, as we preferred to avoid the hassle of moving again unless necessary. Unfortunately, the following day we were asked to check out at 11:00 am because the room we were in had supposedly been booked by another guest, and we were told that a room matching our original booking (with pool view) was ready for us. However, when we returned the same day at 15:00 for check-in, we were assigned the same room we had vacated earlier—clearly indicating no other room had actually become available. On the third day, we faced a similar confusion with the rooms. Each day involved unnecessary packing and discussions with the front desk, which took up a lot of our time and energy. That said, the hotel does have its strengths. We really appreciated its convenient location, the beautifully designed restaurant interior, and especially the food—breakfast, in particular, was excellent. Overall, while the amenities and dining were enjoyable, the front desk and reservation experience significantly impacted our stay. We hope the hotel takes steps to improve its booking coordination and internal communication, as it has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Die Anlage war sauber und modern, aber die Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, sodass sich neben dem Abfluss eine rutschige Pfütze bildete. Der Reinigungsservice war unzuverlässig. Mehrfach war der Spiegel nass, die Mülleimer nicht geleert, das Handtuch nicht benutzt und das Bett nicht ordentlich gemacht. Der programmierbare Safe ließ sich nach dem Abschließen nicht öffnen, und die Zimmerkarte musste neu programmiert werden, um überhaupt Zugang zum Zimmer zu erhalten. Einmal, als ich mich am frühen Nachmittag in meinem Zimmer ausruhte, versuchte jemand, in mein Zimmer zu gelangen, wurde aber vom Riegel daran gehindert. Ich schaute schnell nach draußen, da ich vermutete, es handele sich um das Reinigungspersonal, aber niemand war da – außer einem stämmigen, übergewichtigen Mann von der Insel, der in Unterhemd, Shorts und Flip-Flops schnell um die Ecke kam. Ich glaube, es war ein anderer Gast, der sich irgendwie Zugang zu den elektronischen Zugangskarten verschafft hatte und in den Zimmern anderer Gäste herumschnüffelte. Nach diesem Vorfall funktionierte meine Zimmerkarte nicht mehr, und ich musste zur Rezeption gehen, um sie neu programmieren zu lassen. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen höflich und freundlich, wirkte aber, als ob es seine Arbeit nur pflichtgemäß erledigte. Niemand schien seine Arbeit wirklich zu lieben. An der Eierstation gab es keine pochierten Eier. Die mussten aus der Küche kommen, und dafür musste erst das Wasser aufgekocht werden, was zu einer unverhältnismäßig langen Wartezeit führte. Bei einem früheren Besuch in Samoa, in einem Hotel auf Savai'i, gab es an der Eierstation einen Topf mit siedendem Wasser für pochierte Eier, und diese wurden genauso schnell serviert wie alle anderen Eiergerichte. Bei diesem Besuch habe ich für Veranstaltungen in und um Apia auch andere Hotels besucht. Nach diesem Besuch bin ich nun offener für Übernachtungen in anderen Hotels.

My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night. The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench. Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!

Симпатичная гостиница в центре города. Номера с персональными удобствами, в которых есть чайник, холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер и вентилятор. Кровати выше всяких похвал. Единственное неудобство - отсутствие постоянного интернета. Доступ к вайфаю надо покупать отдельно, и оплаченные единицы поразительно быстро заканчиваются. Поэтому планирующим оставаться здесь подольше лучше обзавестись собственной сим-картой.

Große Einrichtungen, freundliches Personal, obwohl unser Aufenthalt kurz war, hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten und waren sehr zu beherbergen 🙏💯 würde absolut empfehlen 👌🏻 Danke Moatoga 🙏

It’s a average place,restaurants was okay,looks like it’s still trying to find its place,except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now,hard to get food apart from the restaurant there,that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better

Service was great but the hotel requires huge makeover. Bathrooms & rooms are outdated. It’s good for night stay but won’t recommend for longer stay. Breakfast’s ok but each to its own😀 Positive note, reservation was smooth.

Lava war erstaunlich! Von der Mitarbeiter bis zur Qualität der Zimmer ... Die Lage war auch ein Bonus! Würde 100000% empfehlen 🙌🏽

酒店非常的棒，性價比高。除了地理位置處於城市中心，步行即可以到达鱼市场、海边以及邮局，大教堂及文化活动中心等，酒店干干净净，歺廳厨房更是不輸国內，且价格超级亲民，份量大到我不敢多点🤣，酒店可以租車，完全滿足你的所有需要，老板親切，樂於助人，很有耐心解答我们的问题，这个酒店绝对值得推薦👍。
