English Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable. Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City! Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly. Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied! Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows. Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough. Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough… Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night. Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them. Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

- Sehr wundervoll. Das ist mein zweites Mal, um die Cereja zu feiern. Das erste Mal, vor mehr als einem Jahr, als meine Frau ein Baby sechs Monate genommen hatte. Das zweite Mal war sie zehn Monate alt. Dienstpersonal-Einstellung: VERY SERVICES. (ALL MEDIENVOR STABEN, CLEAN, HOUSE, SONSTIGES UND PERSONAL) schöne Außen, KOMFORT. Um anderen vorzulegen, empfehle ich CEREJA Glücklicherweise die dritte Sitzung von CEREJA. UND 9.2024 . Großartig!!!! Das ist das zweite Mal, dass ich Cereja besuche. Das erste Mal war vor mehr als einem Jahr, als meine Frau 6 Monate schwanger war. Das zweite Mal war das Baby 10 Monate alt. Dienstpersonal-Einstellung: GEBIETET FÜR GÜTER. (ALLE PERSONEN FÜR RECEPTION, SICHERHEIT, GUARDIAN, GARDENUNGSPERSONAL, TECHNISCHE PERSONAL) Schönes Außen, warmer Raum Um anderen vorzutragen, werde ich CEREJA einführen CEREJA 3. Mein Aufenthalt im Edensee Resort war eine wunderbare Flucht in die Schönheit der Natur. Die faszinierende Landschaft und der erstklassige Service schufen eine ruhige Atmosphäre und machten es zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Der Charme des Resorts wurde jedoch durch das in die Jahre gekommene Aussehen meines Zimmers etwas getrübt, was darauf hindeutet, dass eine erfrischende Renovierung nötig ist, um vollständig zur allgemeinen Exzellenz von Edensee zu passen.

The hotel has been renovated recently and they did a great job. The decor is very tasteful and well done. The only issues were with location and breakfast. It’s a little out of the way and the restaurant is small so we had to sit upstairs. The tables were not set and it means walking up and down stairs to get food. We got a discount rate and it was worth it, at full price I’d want a little more. The heated pool was a nice feature but we didn’t use it, wish I had.

Die Stadt ist in der Nähe von der Stadt, wo die Stadt in der Nähe von der Stadt ist. Der Wasserdruck war groß, obwohl unsere Zimmer im vierten Stock waren. Warm Wasser war fast sofort, außer die Wassertemperatur kann ein wenig inkonsistent sein. Das Bett war nicht so hart wie viele der Hotels in Vietnam. Komfortable Bett. Das junge Team von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstücksbereich bis zum Haushalte war willkommen und enthusiastisch , vor allem ein paar beim Frühstück, die empfahl, Spezialgerichte zu versuchen. Obwohl das Frühstücksbuffet nicht riesig war, wurden mindestens 70% der Auswahl nicht während unseres 4-Tage-Frühstücks wiederholt. Dies ist sicherlich etwas Ungewöhnliches, auch in 5-star Hotels, und ist ein großer Weg für internationale Reisende, eine Vielzahl von Gerichten aus verschiedenen Teilen Vietnams zu beproben. Wir freuen uns auf das Frühstück jeden Tag, während wir mit einigen der Frühstücksbesatzungen sprechen. Der einzige Teil, den ich empfehlen würde, zu verbessern, ist, dass die Crew an der Rezeption sich erinnern, um sich selbst in der Nacht zu beobachten und die Gäste zu begrüßen, die ein paar zuweilen vergessen haben, das zu tun.

I’m so satisfied with my stay! Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel. Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition). Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove). Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.

Ruhiges Hotel am Seeufer. Es liegt etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist daher für diejenigen zu empfehlen, die entspannen möchten. Es ist ein bisschen alt, aber ich schätze, das lässt sich nicht ändern.

Location is great close to lots of tourists attractions. Staffs were friendly as well. The rooftop dining area has a perfect view of the city. You can grab a cup of coffee and chill there for the entire morning! The rooms are big with superb cleaningness. The only thing abt the rooms could be the penetrating noice from outside. Not really sound proof. Especially if there are people waking up early, even their footsteps can be heard.
