It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care. The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

Ich habe drei Nächte im ibis Hotel Quito verbracht und es sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und super gelegen – in der Nähe von Restaurants und Geschäften und mit guter Anbindung an die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer bereit, Fragen zu beantworten oder Tipps für die Umgebung zu geben. Mein Zimmer war komfortabel und hatte alles, was ich brauchte – ein bequemes Bett, gutes WLAN und eine heiße Dusche (die ich nach einem langen Tag sehr genossen habe!). Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine große Auswahl, und der Kaffee war auch hervorragend. Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr sicher gefühlt, was meinen Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht hat. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung – unkompliziert, komfortabel und mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Quito bin.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

Sehr zufriedenes Hotel. Von Garapagos nach Kido ist es sehr glücklich, hier zu schlafen. Mingdo ist ein Wüstenwald der Weltklasse und schmeckt ein heiliger Ort für Vögel. Also wählen Sie sein Haus und bewerten Sie den Namen online. Sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und die Umgebung ist schön. Auf dem Balkon können Sie die Vögel nehmen. Wir wählen uns für ein Abendessen zu Hause, zwei kleine Teelöffel sind gut und der Preis ist vernünftig. Angel Liu hat sich enthusiastisch dafür eingesetzt, uns das Gepäck ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns die Fachleute, die Vögel nehmen, sehr stark vorzustellen. Love this hotel! Near the airport. Great food. Always friendly. If you’re overnighting in Quito this is the airport you want to stay at.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

Das Hotel gab mir einen viel größeren Platz als letztes Mal und es war wirklich fantastisch mit großen Blicken auf die Berge. Das Frühstück ist noch ein bisschen traurig, weil nicht viele heiße Lebensmittelwahlen. Lage ist sehr bequem.

Good customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.
