Dieser Ort war das beste Hotel, das ich in Fort Smith gehabt habe. Ich empfehle es jedem für eine Nacht oder einen Familienaufenthalt, sie haben heißes Frühstück, das waren Kuchen und graue Sauce Patten machen Ihre eigenen Waffeln und Eier sowie eine Menge andere Dinge, die Sie bekommen konnte, die war erfreulich. Auch sie haben einen Innenpool und arbeiten auch aus dem Bereich. Und der Service am Front Desk war bei weitem die schönste Person, die ich je im Hotel getroffen habe.

A good place to stay. I was just passing through the town and surprised how big it was so I really don’t know how many other hotel options were comparable. It was a good stay, comfortable beds, and clean room with no funny smells. 

Ahmed begrüßte uns und, von da an, sorgten wir uns warm, sorgfältig und professionell. Wenn wir nach Fayetteville reisen, wollen wir im Hotel Avid bleiben, und wir hoffen, dass Ahmed noch bei Ihrem Personal ist. Der Rest Ihres Personals, unter der Person, war auch warm und freundlich, unabhängig von ihrer Aufgabe/der Aufgaben oder der Tageszeit! Das Grab-n-go Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und der Kaffee ist jederzeit ein Muss. Das Zimmer war perfekt, sauber, gut gepflegt und die Betten waren GREAT! *Trip Type - wir waren in der Stadt, um an einem Larkin Poe Konzert an George's Majestic Lounge teilzunehmen **Vielleicht fügt man einen Reisetyp von ”Freude” hinzu.

Es war ein schöner, recht sauberer Ort.

Das Hotel ist in guten Bedingungen und hat eine gute Wahl.

Sehr effizient freundliches Personal. Es war ein kurzer Aufenthalt für Freizeit und dieses Hotel hatte alles, was ich brauchte und war ohne Spott sauber. Die Lage ist für Restaurants und Aktivitäten angenehmen.

I stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts. We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day. As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5. Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days. The restaurant/bar was excellent.
