Ein wenig aus dem Weg. Sehr starke Steig zum Hotel - Taxi benötigt, wenn Sie nicht sehr gut sind. Gut zu Fuß. Das Hotel war uns nichts anzutun. Ein kleines Problem mit Tee & Kaffee im Zimmer. Kann nicht stick Kettle in ohne es auf dem Boden - könnte vielleicht mit einem kleinen Tisch in der Nähe des sticks?? Nur 1 normale Teebeutel und 1 Fruchtbeutel für 2 Personen, die auf der Unterkunft bleiben. Hat zusätzlich zu t Beutel, Lippen und Milch beantragt-das Zimmer nicht geliefert. Das Frühstück war gut - keine massive Wahl, aber was es war, war sehr hochwertig und wurde regelmäßig wiederholt. Das Hotel, das es selbst war, war mit einem Restaurant in der Stadt verbunden, das wir zu zweimal erstaunlichen Essen und Service gingen. Das Hotel ist sehr hilfreich und das Hotel ist sehr gut.

Beautiful elegant period accommodation with antique furniture, surrounded by well manicured garden. We had fantastic views of the river and vineyards from the balcony ( room 6A) , The ”casa” is immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the spacious tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower was looking amazing. The owner Manuel was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave us a lift to the train station early in the morning, because of the national strike disruption and also prepared pack breakfast for us. A welcoming glass of port on our arrival also was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Casa de Sao Domingos to anyone.

Beautiful location. If you stay there is a complimentary tour of the wine making facilities. We had dinner at the restaurant which was packed... Food was above average but our medium t-bone was more of a medium well done. Swimming pool was cool and relaxing as it over looked the river. Suggest a minimum stay of 2 nights so that you can explore the town, river walk and vineyard walk.

Acessos fáceis ao Hotel. Atendimento no check-in muito bom. Colaboradores muito simpático e muita facilidade no processo. Hotel limpo e bem arrumado, com bom muito bom estado de conservação, sem cheiros maus ou ruídos estranhos. no 7º piso, onde fiquei hospedado, falta melhorar a indicação da distribuição dos quartos á saída do hall dos elevadores. Quarto muito limpo, bem arrumado e com área QB. Boa vista para a parte baixa da cidade de Chaves. Bom ar condicionado, de ajuste muito simple de com funcionamento bastante silencioso durante a noite. o Wc estava limpo e arrumado, zona do banho muito boa e espaçosa com pressão de agua suficiente. Não notei falta de agua quente. Cama confortável e espaçosa, para mim, pessoalmente as almofadas são demasiado grandes e macias. bom pequeno almoço, com variedade e qualidade. Zona bastante grande e muito bem iluminada. Notei alguma dificuldade na reposição do alimentos em falta, no entanto apesar de por vezes demorar mais algum tempo, sempre foram repostos. De salientar o fácil acesso a zona baixa da cidade, junto ao rio, onde muito fácilmente conseguimos chegar ao centro de Chaves, que nesta época estão bem iluminadas com decorações de Natal, onde podemos também aceder a uma boa diversidade de restauração. Pessoalmente recomendo o Burgesia Food Experience. O ponto negativo mesmo tem a ver com a disponibilidade do estacionamento, que é manifestamente insuficiente para os hospedes, há a opção de parque coberto por €10 por noite, que pessoalmente acho um exagero, sendo que uma unidade Hoteleira desta dimensão deveria ter em atenção este ponto. Eu estacionei num pequeno parque fora da área do hotel

The villa itself was amazing. We had everything we need, and the views from the balcony was just beautiful! However, we had problems turning on the heating a/c, tried to ask for help from reception but unfortunately, no one was there. Turns out the a/c had to be turned on from their central system. We had to endure a super cold night without any heating available.

Das Vidago Palace Hotel ist sehr einfach zu erreichen durch Expressstraßen. Der Service ist unvermeidlich, und die Zimmer sind groß und gut renoviert. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Balkon und schöne Garten. Das Abendessen war eine gute Wahl für das Essen, und die Weinliste ist ziemlich groß und teuer. Es ist auch wert, einen Besuch zu besuchen, auch wenn es nicht billig für portugiesische Standards.

Incredible service from start to finish, best we received on our trip (which is saying something). The room was pristine, had small gifts for my better half’s birthday and the food/wine were excellent.   The honest bar was great and genuine interest in their wine was clear to see from everyone that we spoke to.

Great little hotel with super service. Great snacks and a very good breakfast. The rooms are small yet very modern in this restored old house. The only negative is there’s no parking and you can’t get the car loaded/unloaded at the front of the hotel. Parking is on the street where it isn’t easy to find a spot

Chaves é sempre um excelente destino e o hotel casino o local de estadia obrigatório para nós! Adoramos…
