Booked Novotel at AKL airport since it was the closest hotel. Room was fantastic and since we had a flight out the next day, saved a lot of stress of getting a shuttle bus with our bags. The room was furnished with a very comfortable bed and bathroom was huge. Even though the AKL airport runway was visible from the room, due to double pane glass windows, we did not hear sounds of jets taking off or landing. Highly recommended if staying to catch early flight out to save time and hassle

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for my travels, but it was the outstanding service, impressive facilities, and delicious food that truly made my stay memorable. The service at the Gateway Airport Hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the warm greeting at check-in to the helpful assistance with my luggage, every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Auckland. Rating: 5/5 stars

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und es gibt einen Shuttlebus für 8 $ pro Person. Alles in allem ist es sauber und ordentlich, mit Standard-Holiday-Inn-Konfiguration. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön, der Service ist auch sehr gut und die Unterkunft insgesamt ist recht zufriedenstellend, geeignet für Geschäfts- oder Transitunterkünfte. Wenn Sie auf Reisen sind, können Sie näher an der Stadt wohnen. Das Einzige, was mich gestört hat, war, dass es tieffrequente Geräusche im Zimmer gab, wahrscheinlich vom Rauchmelder, der sich nachts nicht ausschalten ließ.

Delux room is perfect, staffs are cooperative, decent environment, highly recommended. Positive points pick/drop services are available. Suggestions: try to check the room as queen room have shower tap issues ,small issues but hopefully solve it; also provide water , spoons in each room. Overall rate 5/5.

I am very thankful got to stay at Airport Kiwi Motel as I left my bag on the yellow bus and reception gentleman helped me to track it back for me wothout missing anything. The room is spacious and cups and bowls with other kitchen items are very helpful and clean. just that i heard neighour room's noise like kids talking and adult snooring :D I will book again if i need to change flights in short days.

The hotel have an open kitchen, good to communicate with my boys while cooking. The hotel also have washing machine and dryer, very convenience for long staying. The hotel staffs are friendly. The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

Excellent choice if you are traveling with kids.  The room was very clean and well equipped.  The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids.  Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

The Horizon is connected to the Skyneedle by a walkway. It is a 800 meter walk to the waterfront and 2 blocks from Queen street for excellent shopping. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The price was more than reasonable through trip.com for this 5 star hotel.

Eine gute Sache über dieses Hotel ist die Lage. Es wäre großartig, einen Bidet im Toilette zu haben. Das Toilette braucht auch Hüfte, um trockene Kleidung zu hängen. Der Heizungsapparat muss vor der Ankunft des Gastes überprüft werden.

Der Service am Rezeption war 5 Stern schöne Leute zu behandeln. Zimmerservice war schüchtern Essen dauerte 1 Stunde, um uns nachdem er gesagt wurde 1/2 Stunde warten, Essen war Luke warm einige nicht wirklich essend. Scham, wenn wir mehr als $210 für das Essen zahlen. Und ja, wir wurden gesagt, es war beschäftigt in der Küche, als wir den Zimmerservice für das vierte Mal telefonierten, es ging durch die Rezeption, die Zimmerservice bekam, um uns 10 Minuten später anzurufen.  . Betten waren perfekt und Zimmer ohne Spott war schön, um einen Klimaanlage gehen, wenn wir ankommen. Jedoch am zweiten Tag Zimmer serviert und fand Flanken noch im Boden und in der Dusche.  Das Hotel ist in der Regel schön zu bleiben , aber diese Zeit war unterhalb par .  Wir fühlten uns leicht abgeschüttelt .
