Täglich werden 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser bereitgestellt und das Leitungswasser ist nicht sehr sauber. Manchmal werden die Tassen im Restaurant nicht richtig gespült. Beim Rausgehen kann man nur ein Auge zudrücken. Es gibt drei Türschlösser im Zimmer, bitte überprüfen Sie diese sorgfältig. Die Dinge werden im Raum platziert und es gibt keinen Mangel oder Verlust. Der Standort liegt an einer Provinz- oder Nationalstraße und der Staub war etwas stark. Er ist etwa 2 Stunden von Old Dhaka und mehr als 1 Stunde von Gazipur entfernt. Es ist sehr mühsam, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert etwa 10 Minuten Dhaka, wenn ich versuche zu verhandeln. Die Ruhe ist durchschnittlich. I stay regularly at Sarina for last 10 years. Maybe the management is new but overall their service is good. Breakfast spread is good. Staff are courteous. Rooms are clean. I would come again in couple of months.

The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.

We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Hat den wunderschönsten Aufenthalt im Renanissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel! Die Lage ist großartig und das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und klassisch, mit gezielt gestalteten Zimmern, die einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Das Personal war jedoch die, die wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in Dhaka erinnerebar gemacht. Jeder hier ist unglaublich. Ich habe immer gefühlt wie ein VIP hier und das Personal war immer bereit, mir zu helfen und zu fragen, wie ich es tat. Sajuti war besonders während meines gesamten Aufenthalts so freundlich und hilfreich und ich bin ihr so dankbar. Schreie nach Ayesha am Frühstücksbuffet, das Außensicherheitspersonal und alle auch auf dem Vorderbüro.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped.
