Está en el centro de Puebla, con una ubicación estupenda para salir en las tardes y noches para caminar y admirar el centro histórico., a su alrededor hay varios lugares para conocer. La atención es excelente, la habitación cómoda y los baños amplios. Las reglas son claras., también hacen actividades turísticas guiadas con bastante información sobre los lugares más importantes y emblemáticos de Puebla.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Bett war gemütlich. Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war in Ordnung und es floss wie es sein sollte auch warmes Wasser. Zum Zentrum musste man ca. 1,5 km gehen was ich selber in Ordnung finde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Frühstück wurde leider nicht angeboten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und von draußen hörte man jeden Schritt und Tritt. Das Fenster lag zum Flur hin weswegen man kein Tageslicht hatte und die Luft war muffig. Es gab im Bad keinen Abzug. Eine Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal. La limpieza bastante bien. El restaurante ofrece pocos platillos, pero me pareció muy buena la comida igual que la atención. El desayuno es algo limitado, pero es bueno. El gimnasio está bien equipado y es bastante amplio. Yo volvería a regresar.

Wonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

Das Problem war, dass ich im Morgengrauen abgereist bin und auschecken wollte und es war niemand an der Rezeption, der Sicherheit oder dem Parkplatz?

📍The location is really good, same area for a big commercial area: restaurants, bars, stores, gym… 🅿️The parking lot is shared with the mall, don’t forget to ask the reception desk to validate your parking ticket. 👩🏻💻The lady from the front desk was really helpful and friendly 🛏️ The room has the basic equipment, the bed is really comfortable and they offer 2 kinds of pillows: soft and middle hard 🍳The breakfast is good, you can order eggs to your liking, there is fruit, bread, etc.

The location is great and the service was good too. But the hotel is outdated.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas entfernt vom Zentrum der Stadt, etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß, aber die Hotelumgebung ist sehr komfortabel, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Dach hat einen Blickpool, kann Vulkan und Kirche entfernt werden, das Hotelvorleben ist noch schöner Hotel, der Rezeption Mr. Alfredo Service ist enthusiastisch und hat mich zur Lösung des Reiseproblems geholfen, Es spart viel Zeit und Reisen.
