Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.

Das Hotel liegt weniger als 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und sie haben auch einen kostenlosen Flughafenshuttle angeboten. Nicht nur das, es gab viele Essen direkt neben dem Hotel wie Bakery Shop, Indomaret. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit schönem Blick (bedürftig, um einen höheren Boden zu beantragen), guter Wasserdruck für Dusche. Die einzige Nebenwirkung war die AC war nicht cool genug während meines Aufenthalts und das Zimmer war ein bisschen klein. Hoffentlich kann das Hotel die AC reparieren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war angemessen und hat eine Menge Sorte. Insgesamt war es mein Penny und anständigen Aufenthalt wert.

Zur Hotelreise in Pekanbaru - Ich war im Fox Hotel Pekanbaru und wurde von der Gesamtqualität des Hotels beeindruckt. Das Zimmer war gut gepflegt, mit einem komfortablen Bett und modernen Einrichtungen. Die Service war effizient Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und schnell zu helfen mit jeder Anfrage. Die Frühstücksauswahl war zufriedenstellend, und die zentrale Lage des Hotels machte es einfach zugänglich zu nahe gelegenen Attraktionen und Mahlzeiten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Geschäftsreisen und Freizeitreisen. Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.
