The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.

I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area. Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.

Nice place to stay in the city of Pekanbaru… Easy access to everywhere… Room is too spacious and comfortable… Breakfast menu is amazing and delicious too… Highly recommended…

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here!
