Sheraton Batumi Hotelbewertung: Hervorragende Lage, aber mangelhafte Details Zunächst zu den Vorteilen: Die Lage des Hotels ist unbestreitbar hervorragend. Es liegt nur zwei bis drei Gehminuten von der Schwarzmeerpromenade entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe beliebter Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Statuen von Ali und Nino – eine Top-Lage in Batumi. Das Zimmer bot einen schönen Meerblick, die Betten waren recht bequem, und die Aussicht und der Service in der Executive Lounge waren bemerkenswert. Allerdings war die Liebe zum Detail im Sheraton, wie man es von einer internationalen Hotelkette erwarten würde, wirklich enttäuschend. Beim Betreten des Zimmers stellte ich fest, dass keine Hausschuhe vorhanden waren – eine Grundausstattung in den meisten Hotels. Ich musste den Zimmerservice anrufen, um daran zu erinnern, und es dauerte fast 20 Minuten, bis sie eintrafen, was viel Zeit kostete. Noch schlimmer war das Duscherlebnis. Die Wassertemperatur war völlig unbeständig; im einen Moment war sie lauwarm, im nächsten plötzlich kochend heiß. Ich musste sie schnell abstellen, nur um festzustellen, dass das Wasser sofort wieder abkühlte. Das passierte mehrmals, und ich hatte ständig Angst, mich zu verbrennen oder zu erfrieren. Schließlich habe ich schnell geduscht und mir damit meine gute Laune komplett verdorben. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel hervorragende Einrichtungen und eine großartige Lage, aber es mangelt eindeutig an Infrastruktur und Zimmerinstandhaltung. Für ein erstklassiges Luxushotel sind solche Versäumnisse inakzeptabel und müssen behoben werden.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Ibis Styles in Batumi. Im Gebäude ist ein richtiges Gym enthalten, welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist und für Hotelgäste ist der Eintritt kostenlos. Im 1. Stock gibt es Billiard und Tischtennis kostenfrei zur Verfügung. die Zimmer sind ganz okay

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen. Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut instand gehalten. Die Betten sind bequem und makellos. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und hat sich absolut gelohnt (sehr lecker).

Great hotel with a convenient location. Fully matches the description. The service is convenient and well organized. We booked the room while already in the city, and the hotel confirmed the reservation immediately. We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready. The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

المكان جيد ومرتب كل شي تحتاجه موجود من غساله ملابس وكوايه ومطبخ صغير. االمكان نظيف لكن مو احسن شي. الموقع ممتاز قريب من مطاعم وكوفيهات ومناطق السياحية تروح لها مشي. المشكلة الوحيدة اللي صادفتني انه بعد تنظيف الشقه اختفت بجامتي وسالت الرسيبشن قالوا مو موجوده اللي تنظف ولان الشيك اوت كان بدري الصبح اعطيتهم رقمي يتواصلون معي لو حصلوها. الصراحه الموضوع وترني يعني اذا بجامة انسرقت كيف الاغراض الثانية فتوترت شوي وحرصت ان اصر عليهم عشان اشوف فيه تفاعل او لا لكن للاسف ما اهتم ابداً ولا اعطوا الموضوع اهمية. اذا حجزتوا احرصوا على اغراضكم ولا تسمحون لاحد يدخل ينظف.

Das Hotel hat angenehme Eindrücke, freundliches Personal und komfortable Atmosphäre hinterlassen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, mit komfortablem Bett und frischem Reparatur. Frühstück ist normal, angenehme Musik. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, das Meer auch Urlaub hat wunderbar passiert, wollen wieder zurück
