Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, so hilfsbereit und freundlich, esp wie wir mit unserem Hund reisen. Schönes Essen n schön, spezielle Hundefreundliche Tische im Restaurant

Das Grand Hotel liegt nördlich von North Pier und ist ein riesiges Hotel mit vielen Zimmern, die das Meer ansehen, und einem Spa, Pool und Fitnessraum. Wir blieben dort 4 Nächte und gingen überall (einschließlich South Pier und Pleasure Beach), so dass die Lage für uns gut war. Das Hotel selbst ist schön und die Zimmer waren geräumig mit einem erstaunlichen Blick auf den Tower und den Norden. Der Pool, Sauna, Dampfraum waren großartig und kosteten nur 2 £ pro Person. Alle Mitarbeiter, die wir getroffen haben, waren freundlich. Wir würden hier nochmal bleiben.

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

I only stayed for 1 night but enjoyed the stay. The staff were really friendly and enjoyed the breakfast too.

Was fine up until me and my partner came back from a gig, around 22:45, and found ourselves fully locked out for a good 20 minutes, had to have the security officer from next door to call the worker at the President to open the door. Nothing, not so much as an apology, for leaving us out in the cold.

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

The Norbrek Castle must have been lavish and upmarket in it's day but sadly looks sad and depressed now. However, we knew this when we booked and opted for it because of it's good points, the location is good with bus and tram stops outside, there is plenty of parking with an assured chance of finding a space if you take the car out and return, the room was as clean as it is possible to clean an old property with clean bedding and towels, the breakfast is basic but again satisfactory and the staff helpful and friendly. We did not, on this occasion use the pool or any of the entertainment facilities. All in all an ok choice for a couple of nights as somewhere simply to sleep

A stay to remember… for better and worse I’ll start with the highlight: the staff at Blue Waters Hotel were absolutely exceptional. Warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly—they made me feel like I’d wandered into a live episode of Fawlty Towers, minus the chaos. Their charm and effort were the saving grace of my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in serious need of TLC. My room’s curtains detached dramatically and collapsed to the floor, leaving my window fully exposed to the car park and main street. Not ideal—especially with a rather sad pile of rubbish lingering in the corner outside. The leisure facilities didn’t fare much better. The pool was cloudy and didn’t feel well maintained, and the sauna was out of order during my visit. A shame, as I’d been looking forward to a relaxing dip. Dinner was, frankly, disappointing. We ordered roasted pork, which arrived cold, and the vegetables were so overcooked they seemed to have time-traveled from the previous night’s menu. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality was just about passable. In short: brilliant staff, but the hotel itself needs a refresh—both in decor and dining. If you’re coming for the laughs and location, you might enjoy it. If you’re after comfort and cuisine, you may want to look elsewhere.

Nicht sehr glücklich überhaupt. Gezahlt £69 für mein Zimmer, das id gut HOWEVER dann gezahlt £70 für meine 2 Hunde (War £20 pro Hund) jetzt erhalten sie ihr eigenes Paket, das alles im Hotel zu hinterlassen. Sie brauchen ihr eigenes Zimmer für diesen Preis. Das Paket garantiert nicht, dass zusätzliche Kosten für eine Nacht überhaupt bleiben. Die nächsten Millionen unaufsichtslose Kinder laufen um das Hotel von der Ein-/Auscheckung. Mehr als ein lustiges Haus als ein ruhiges Familienhotel. Sie haben mich um ruhige Zimmer weg vom Verkehr und Fußgänger aber ich glaube, sie gab mir das Gegenteil, einschließlich eines reeving Motorrad um 7 Uhr nicht verrückt. Sie haben ein paar Schreie aus dem Fenster von anderen Kunden im Hotel.
