Das Hotel war eines der Highlights unseres Besuchs in Cardiff. Unvergleichliche Aussichten auf das Bay Area von unserem Balkon. Eine einfache Wanderung nach den Docks und alles, was dort geht, und ein billiger Uber zum Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, ruhig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war wunderschön. In der Tat war die einzige Nebenseite die Parkgebühr. Das Hotel genossen wirklich.

First impressions of this hotel was very good. The room was lovely, friendly staff and everything was clean throughout hotel. Facilities were amazing especially the pool including sauna and steam-room. Easy 5 minute walk into Cardiff city centre, would definitely recommend and 100% will be going back.

I stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the room was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. It would have been nicer if we had a bath In the room but that is just personal preference. It was clean and tidy and we had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were only a twenty minute walk from town a perfect distance to walk into town and walk back safely the route is well lit and pretty straight forward. The breakfast was fantastic and it is served overlooking the bay so a lovely morning view. The breakfast was buffet and we had multiple trips up and down to enjoy all the food. Our favourite was the pancake machine with the strawberry jam it was delicious.

Service was top-notched. As a hilton gold member, i was given complimentary upgrade to the King Junior Suite. We had access to the lounge as well. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely comeby again next time.

Convenient location for both the train station and city centre. Walking distance to the castle and other tourist attractions. I got unlucky with pricing since I was unknowingly there during university graduations, so the price I paid definitely wasn't worth it, but their regular pricing seems fair.

The hotel is located in the city centre, with a supermarket and Chain fast food restaurants nearby, including 24 hours McDonald’s. The hotel design follows an industrial style, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The restroom locate on the sixth floor has a very quiet and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast provided by the restaurant is delicious. The only downside is that the elevator was out of order during my stay.

The spa was amazing just a shame the room wasn’t. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and we were woken up to recycling of glass bottles at 5:45am which I didn’t think would be so loud from the 8th floor but it was! Found it hard work to check in took longer than expected with not much communication as to why it was taking longer to find us a room even though we had already prepaid. Shame the hotel isn’t up to the same amazing standard as the spa.

Das Hotel scheint im Vergleich zum Foto sehr alt zu sein, aber es war ziemlich sauber. Die Eincheckung war einfach und die Empfangsmitglieder waren sehr freundlich.. Ich liebe den 24-Stunden-Front-Service. Da es im Stadtzentrum ist, ist die Umgebung ein wenig belastet, aber der Eingang ist immer geschlossen und Sie müssen die Uhr anrufen, wenn Sie in den Innenraum gehen wollen, der ich sicher fühlte. Als ein Einzelreisender in einer neuen Stadt, das ist das Hauptsache, was ich wollte. das Zimmer ist klein, aber haben alles, was ich brauchte. Ich dachte, ich würde die Stimmen aus anderen Zimmern hören, die nach dem Blick auf die Wände richten, aber ich nicht. Bett war komfortable und schlief gut.. Ich würde sicher noch einmal dort bleiben.
