Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

We had already had an idea that the rooms would be dated from the reviews. So expected as much and weren't fussed about our stay, given the price hence why we 4 stars as prob can do with an upgrade. We were on the ground floor and we didn't have any bugs in our room. Cleaning was pretty good. One of the cleaners who had returned to work there in the last few months was REALLY amazing at his job. The restaurant food was really good we had no complaints, so dined there quite a bit. Rosie's onsite were also really helpful when we booked activities. But the staff are what make this place such a great atmosphere to be at. The bar staff Eroni (Rhonda) and Vasiti were AMAZING. Super helpful to give you advice and what to look out for. We would recommend the place based on the staff

After getting rained out on another island we saw sunshine on Nadi so we changed our flight & were so blessed to get same day accommodations here. The wow factor starts with the short boat ride over to the island where you are instantly greeted with the biggest smiles & friendliest staff. We loved it all- the live music, Fijian night, pool table, swim up bar, relaxing overlooking the ocean, & the best breakfast. This location is an easy 30 minutes to the airport or Denaru marina which we utilized for a day trip to island hop. This is a beautiful island dripping in colorful flowers & dreamy palm trees everywhere. My only negative comment is there is a severely malnourished mare here that was being ridden. Both of the mares that had foals were underweight but she was all bones & it was heartbreaking. Please stop letting people ride these horses until they get up to a safe body weight & if they’re being fed “properly” than have her teeth checked out. Even while nursing a foal there is no reason a horse should ever be in that condition.

We had a great stay at the Fiji Gateway hotel! The rooms were clean and in great condition and the showers had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water - perfect for helping us relax as we continued our trip. As opposed to other hotel rooms in Fiji, the air conditioning worked great and the safe in the room was in good working condition - something that is always important for protecting your valuables and travel documents. This was a perfect place for us to stay when we had to fly out of Nadi airport for our flight to the island of Taveuni. On this night, we ate at the restaurant which had excellent, friendly staff and good food. But the thing we remember the most about this hotel were the 2 live musicians Igenasio and Joape who play in the bar and restaurant. During our meal, I kept pausing and saying to my wife, ”listen to this awesome music”! Just about every day for the rest of our trip I kept saying to my wife, ”did I say how awesome those musicians at the Fiji Gateway hotel were?” On our final night in Fiji, just before we went to Nadi airport, we went back to the Fiji Gateway hotel to see if Igenasio and Joape were playing in the restaurant and bar area. Guess what? They were! I was beyond excited to see them and told them that we came back to the hotel just to find them. They did not disappoint and played 2 songs that we requested as well as songs requested by others. They are a great duo and they complement each other with their lead singing and harmony. We'll always remember this final night in Fiji at the Gateway Hotel!

You can catch a 45 minute cab ride to port denaru for some adventure experiences of course, but so much to do here. Isikeli and Jim - as well everyone else at the water sports area were awesome! The 5 hr cruise with snorkel and wave runner safaris were definitely worth it. Joey over at the fish bar is great and pours some good drinks. Missi and Adam with activities also some great people to run into for a soccer game on the beach. Marcus was the friendliest person to run into everywhere at the resort throughout the day. Simon at the front lobby will help square you away with whatever you need. We had a lagoon view bure which was a home away from not wanting to go back home. Walk right into the lagoon from the beach or sit on your balcony while reading a book. All in all could not recommend this resort more. Safest part of the trip is was having to leave.

Wir haben als nachteilig empfunden, dass das Frühstück auf Asiaten und Australier ausgerichtet ist, nicht für Europäer - zwei Sorten Wurst, eine Sorte Käse, kein Fisch. Das gilt auch für das Buffet-Restaurant. Das Grill-Restaurant Waitui war excellent! Der Strand musste wegen der Erosion mit einer Steinmauer gesichert werden, was optisch beeinträchtigt. Zudem werden die Strandzugänge - schwarzer Lavasand übrigens - nicht gereinigt. Die Bauweise mit langen Gebäudeflügeln erinnerte mich an Kasernen oder Klöster. Hier punktet die Konkurrenz mit ansprechenderer Architektur. Wichtig: man kommt sehr schnell, entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bula-Bus, in den Port Denarau mit vielen guten Restaurants und Aktivitäten in jede Richtung.

Location is perfect and the staff are amazing. Reception was super helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed our 4 day stay however, we were hit with a VAT tax of FJD$495 on top of our bill. That shocked us as we didn't realise this would be an additional charge. I'm trying to see where I can contact the Manager to query this, however I can't find any details on how to make contact.

Ich und die Familie blieben Ende Mai 2023 am Interkontinental und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Resort und die Grundstücke sind in großem Zustand und gut gepflegt. Wir hatten einen Strandblick auf dem Boden, der wunderbar war, als es mit einem gut geformten Außenterrasse kam. Der Strand ist erstaunlich, einer der besten, die ich in Fiji gesehen habe, es gab die Möglichkeit für einige Wellen am einen Ende des Resorts, während am anderen Ende viel ruhiger und schwacher war für eine lange Reise, die für einen 5-jährigen zu spielen war großartig. Die Pools waren etwas kalt, aber das war groß, wie es mehr Zeit im Ozean bedeutete. Die Tagesbetten waren groß und konnte im Allgemeinen jemand entlang des Strandes. Essen war nicht schlecht und natürlich die Mitarbeiter waren wieder erstaunlich freundlich.

Wir sind ein Paar, die fünf Nächte langsam reisen, und ich möchte noch zwei Tage lang bleiben. Es ist ein guter Ort, an dem sich ein paar Tage lang fühlen. Im Vergleich dazu fühlen sich Tauchen und Tauchen weniger als eine Insel, aber das Hotel hat fünf oder sechs Restaurants, die viele Auswahl haben, der Preis ist relativ billig und viele Aktivitätsprojekte. Da unsere Hochzeitsfeier nur aus uns beiden bestand, war das Warwick-Team an diesem Tag unsere Trauzeugen bei der Zeremonie, unsere Freunde und unsere Familie. Die ganze Erfahrung hat einen so positiven Eindruck auf uns hinterlassen, wir sind sicher, wir werden mit der gleichen warmen Erinnerungen darüber sprechen, wenn wir unseren Hochzeitstag feiern werden. Jane und ihr Team haben unsere Hochzeitsarrangements nahtlos koordiniert. Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung stellte Risiva uns Jane vor und sie blieben per E-Mail in ständigem Kontakt um uns die Unterlagen zu erläutern, die wir für die Heiratsurkunde benötigten. Wir hatten dann ein confcall mit Jane, um das Runsheet durchzuarbeiten, und wir waren uns sofort sicher, dass alles wie erwartet verlaufen würde. Sie gab auch Tipps für Fotografen, Friseure usw. und organisierte sogar den Geburtstag von meinem Mann im Wicked Valu, einen ganz besonderen Geburtstag. Als wir im Resort ankamen, trafen wir die letzten Vorbereitungen für die Hochzeit, z. B. die Location, die Blumen, die Musik usw. Alles wurde professionell, aber entspannt erledigt, was bedeutete, dass wir uns total entspannen und unseren Aufenthalt genießen konnten, ohne sich Sorgen machen zu müssen. Die Hochzeit war von Anfang bis Ende wirklich magisch. Am Morgen der Hochzeit hatten wir ein fantastisches Frühstück. Ich ging zum Friseur und Make up, das Team half mir auch beim Anlegen des Hochzeitskleids, einschließlich einiger Selfies, und alles war professionell und doch spontan. Wir hätten gerne die Zeremonie am Strand gehabt, das Team versuchte immer wieder mit Geduld die Location einzurichten, aber es war zu windig, so dass wir auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand umgestellt haben. Diese wurde dann mit Hochzeitsbogen und tropischen Blumen geschmückt. Das gesamte Team war daran beteiligt, unseren besonderen Tag so unvergesslich zu machen, unsere Trauzeugen Jane & Ashwini, sowie die Band die traditionelle Hochzeitslieder spielte. Schöne rosa Blütenblätter wurden geworfen, als der Minister uns zu Mann und Frau erklärte und das Team mit uns jubelte. Wir genossen dann unser erlesenes Hochzeitsmenu inklusive Torte.Taniela kümmerte sich während des ganzen Abendessen um uns. Obwohl das Warwick Resort eine große Anzahl von Gästen hat, ist es Jane und dem Team gelungen, ein hohes Maß an persönlichem Service und trotzdem Intimität zu gewährleisten. Man hat das Gefühl gehabt, dass der Ort für uns reserviert war. Der besondere Tag endete mit einer schönen Einrichtung unseres ”wedding room ” mit Blumen und romantischen Beleuchtungen. Our stay at the GPH was lovely. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had a delayed check in which the team sorted out in a way that we were all happy. Florine was excellent, helping us with all issues before and during the stay with a high level of efficiency and professionalism. Vika, Dee, Jane, Kalei, Viti, Neha and the duty managers were all excellent and helped us enjoy our stay. Rooms were clean, we understand the hotel is set to be renovated which will bring it up to the standard of other 5 star intercontinental hotels.

You will find The Radisson Blu is ideal for your family holidays. Especially if you have children. Above all I found the staff so friendly and welcoming, they have a genuine love of children. The property is clean and tidy and has all the mod cons required of a 5 star resort. While I thought the bathrooms were a little tired (while comparing them to other 5 star bathrooms) they certainly have all that is required for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant options are incredibly at the Radisson and the sprawling breakfast buffet is the best I've had a anywhere. There are so many family kids activities at the Radisson that really don't need to leave it to enjoy a Fiji Holiday. It also has a spa on-site to complete the holiday with relaxing treatments. Every day there is something different on, including Fijian dance, singing, and firehouse.

Make sure your employees are well-trained and know how to handle any situation that may arise. They need to go out of their way to help visitors where they can, from personally booking tickets to scheduling itineraries for their stay. If any stressful events occur, they must know how to remain calm and deal with it swiftly. Making your guests the highest priority will ensure they leave with a positive lasting impression, and your reviews will reflect this.

After getting rained out on another island we saw sunshine on Nadi so we changed our flight & were so blessed to get same day accommodations here. The wow factor starts with the short boat ride over to the island where you are instantly greeted with the biggest smiles & friendliest staff. We loved it all- the live music, Fijian night, pool table, swim up bar, relaxing overlooking the ocean, & the best breakfast. This location is an easy 30 minutes to the airport or Denaru marina which we utilized for a day trip to island hop. This is a beautiful island dripping in colorful flowers & dreamy palm trees everywhere. My only negative comment is there is a severely malnourished mare here that was being ridden. Both of the mares that had foals were underweight but she was all bones & it was heartbreaking. Please stop letting people ride these horses until they get up to a safe body weight & if they’re being fed “properly” than have her teeth checked out. Even while nursing a foal there is no reason a horse should ever be in that condition.

We had a great stay at the Fiji Gateway hotel! The rooms were clean and in great condition and the showers had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water - perfect for helping us relax as we continued our trip. As opposed to other hotel rooms in Fiji, the air conditioning worked great and the safe in the room was in good working condition - something that is always important for protecting your valuables and travel documents. This was a perfect place for us to stay when we had to fly out of Nadi airport for our flight to the island of Taveuni. On this night, we ate at the restaurant which had excellent, friendly staff and good food. But the thing we remember the most about this hotel were the 2 live musicians Igenasio and Joape who play in the bar and restaurant. During our meal, I kept pausing and saying to my wife, ”listen to this awesome music”! Just about every day for the rest of our trip I kept saying to my wife, ”did I say how awesome those musicians at the Fiji Gateway hotel were?” On our final night in Fiji, just before we went to Nadi airport, we went back to the Fiji Gateway hotel to see if Igenasio and Joape were playing in the restaurant and bar area. Guess what? They were! I was beyond excited to see them and told them that we came back to the hotel just to find them. They did not disappoint and played 2 songs that we requested as well as songs requested by others. They are a great duo and they complement each other with their lead singing and harmony. We'll always remember this final night in Fiji at the Gateway Hotel!

Location is perfect and the staff are amazing. Reception was super helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed our 4 day stay however, we were hit with a VAT tax of FJD$495 on top of our bill. That shocked us as we didn't realise this would be an additional charge. I'm trying to see where I can contact the Manager to query this, however I can't find any details on how to make contact.

Wir blieben hier für eine Nacht zwischen unserem internationalen und lokalen Flug. Das Zimmer war frisch und sauber. Sofort schlossen wir den Klimaanlage und öffneten die Fenster, um die frische Luft, die aus den schönen Gärten kam, zu nutzen. Das japanische Restaurant ist sehr gut und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Service war perfekt. Wir hatten Spaß mit dem großen Schachspiel und genossen das Lernen, Vividi zu spielen. Aber ehrlich gesagt, der Fokus für uns war das Samoan Rugby Union Team, das vor ihren Pacific Cup-Spiele verbleibt !

Das Apartmenthotel hat kein Frühstück, die Zimmer sind sauber, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und der Flughafen ist relativ nah. Sie können zu Fuß einen Ort zum Essen finden. Kosteneffizient. Es gibt Parkplätze außerhalb. Viel besser als ein angrenzendes 4-Sterne-Hotel.

We had already had an idea that the rooms would be dated from the reviews. So expected as much and weren't fussed about our stay, given the price hence why we 4 stars as prob can do with an upgrade. We were on the ground floor and we didn't have any bugs in our room. Cleaning was pretty good. One of the cleaners who had returned to work there in the last few months was REALLY amazing at his job. The restaurant food was really good we had no complaints, so dined there quite a bit. Rosie's onsite were also really helpful when we booked activities. But the staff are what make this place such a great atmosphere to be at. The bar staff Eroni (Rhonda) and Vasiti were AMAZING. Super helpful to give you advice and what to look out for. We would recommend the place based on the staff

Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt. Personal war freundlich und auf unsere Bedürfnisse passen, einschließlich der Beförderung schwerer Gepäck auf und runter 3 Treppen. Sie erlaubten sogar unseren Besuchern, in denen ich sehr selten finde. Sie brachten auch unser Essen bis zu unserem Balkon, der groß war. Wir hatten die Sunset Suite am oberen - wunderschönen Blick! Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber, super schöner Luftkon im Zimmer und Loungeraum. Echt schöne Küchenbereich mit einem massiven neuen Kühlschrank. Sehr bequem mit dem Supermarkt auf der Straße und Strand vor dem Kühlschrank. Der Ozean war soo schön und heiß zu schwimmen in. Niedergang: Einige der Ebenen riechen wie Dampf, nass Teppich und war wirklich schlecht . Einige unserer Gerichte waren so schmutzig und waren auch Kerzen im Toaster, Mikrowelle und Jug. Es wäre großartig, einen Volleyball-Netz am Strand und einige Aktivitäten für Gäste wie Pferderei & Snorkeling etc. zu haben. Auch ein paar Unterhaltungen wären großartig, da die Musik neben der Tür die einzige Unterhaltung war, die wir hatten, aber manchmal war es zu laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Es gab keine Feuershow oder Kava-Zeremonie und wir freuen uns darauf! Das Essen in der Ghost-Schiffsbar war wirklich gut, vor allem die Pizza und Curry-Tassen! Seien Sie gut, wenn die Rezeption den Gästen helfen könnten, die besten Taxipreise zu finden, da einige der auf der Straße stehenden Einwohner wirklich profitieren von Reisenden und bezahlen Sie die Welt. Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt am Ende! Ich empfehle das, wenn Sie in der Nähe der Stadt, des Flughafens bleiben und sich außerhalb von Denarau erleben möchten. Denarau hat mich manchmal müde gemacht, so dass ich diese Erfahrung gefallen habe.

Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

Das Hotel liegt auf der reichsten Insel von Nadi. Im Vergleich zu umliegenden Sternehotels passt es perfekt zusammen. Stimmungsvoll und wunderschön. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Wenn ich nach Fidschi reise, ist meine Begrüßung „Bula“ (Hallo). Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich habe, ist, dass es im Buffetrestaurant eines so gehobenen Hotels so viele Fliegen gibt, dass ich sie beim Essen oft vertreiben muss. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass es in den Tropen liegt und das Restaurant komplett zum Meer hin offen ist. Ich hoffe immer noch, dass das Hotel Wege finden kann, dies in Zukunft zu verbessern.

nach einer Woche fest gebuchter Zeit nochmals um eine Woche verlängert, weil dieses Hotel auf der Denarau-Insel einfach einen optimalen Aufenthalt bietet. An erster Stelle: die überwältigende Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Wir haben als nachteilig empfunden, dass das Frühstück auf Asiaten und Australier ausgerichtet ist, nicht für Europäer - zwei Sorten Wurst, eine Sorte Käse, kein Fisch. Das gilt auch für das Buffet-Restaurant. Das Grill-Restaurant Waitui war excellent! Der Strand musste wegen der Erosion mit einer Steinmauer gesichert werden, was optisch beeinträchtigt. Zudem werden die Strandzugänge - schwarzer Lavasand übrigens - nicht gereinigt. Die Bauweise mit langen Gebäudeflügeln erinnerte mich an Kasernen oder Klöster. Hier punktet die Konkurrenz mit ansprechenderer Architektur. Wichtig: man kommt sehr schnell, entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bula-Bus, in den Port Denarau mit vielen guten Restaurants und Aktivitäten in jede Richtung.

You will find The Radisson Blu is ideal for your family holidays. Especially if you have children. Above all I found the staff so friendly and welcoming, they have a genuine love of children. The property is clean and tidy and has all the mod cons required of a 5 star resort. While I thought the bathrooms were a little tired (while comparing them to other 5 star bathrooms) they certainly have all that is required for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant options are incredibly at the Radisson and the sprawling breakfast buffet is the best I've had a anywhere. There are so many family kids activities at the Radisson that really don't need to leave it to enjoy a Fiji Holiday. It also has a spa on-site to complete the holiday with relaxing treatments. Every day there is something different on, including Fijian dance, singing, and firehouse.

Das Frühstück ist im Grunde jeden Tag das gleiche, der Klang der Klimaanlage ist relativ groß, das Zimmer ist sehr gut, das Haus ist sehr locker, der Hinterhof ist das Schwimmbad, die Kinder sind sehr glücklich.

Die Terrassen sind mit meinen 2 Freunden wieder in dieses wunderschöne Resort zurückgekehrt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft in einer 1- oder 2-Brm-Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und geräumig mit allen Einrichtungen, die Sie mit einer Küche und Waschmaschine benötigen, mit schönen Blicken auf den Garten oder Pool & Golfplatz von 1 oder 2 der Balkone in der 2 brm Apartment. Die Pool & Garten sind mit einer Menge Pool-Lounges hoch unterhaltet. Die Komfort zum Port Denarau ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu allen Bars & Restaurants sowie einem voll gelagerten Mini-Mart entfernt. Alle Mitarbeiter in The Terraces sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich auf meine Rückkehr im November.
