Hotels mit Frühstück in Punjab, Pakistan

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber es gab einen unbehaglichen Geruch aus dem Teppich. Frühe Eincheckung wurde nicht erleichtert, und mein Zimmer war noch nicht um 1:30 Uhr fertig. Zuerst wurde nur ein Zahnkit bereitgestellt; auf Anfrage wurden zusätzliche Kits gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Insgesamt war es eine überdurchschnittliche Erfahrung und überpreist, obwohl es Raum für Verbesserungen im Professionalität.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist hervorragend, nur einen Spaziergang zum nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum 10-minute. Es gibt auch mehrere Snack-Shops direkt unten, und die Bestellung von Foodpanda in der Nacht ist sehr bequem und schnell. Das Personal hier ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich. Sofort nach meiner Buchung über Trip.com, haben sie mich proaktiv auf WhatsApp kontaktiert, um über meine Ankunftszeit und eventuelle besondere Bedürfnisse zu fragen. Sie schickten mir sogar eine Karte und ihre genaue Lage, die sehr bedenklich und begrüßenswert war. In Bezug auf das Zimmer, während es kein spezielles Heißwassersystem gibt, ist die Wassertemperatur aufgrund des heißen Wetters in Pakistan natürlich warm. Es fühlt sich wie eine warme Dusche und war sehr komfortabel. Wenn ich eine Frage hatte, konnte ich sie nur auf WhatsApp, und sie antworteten fast sofort jederzeit. Ich hatte einen großen Aufenthalt hier und werde definitiv dieses Hotel für meinen nächsten Besuch wieder wählen.

Having read that the Pearl Continental was a 5 Star hotel, made me look forward to staying there. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception desk were very courteous and professional. Check-in was slow due to some alleged computer issue. The rooms were nothing special and looked very tired and in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom, which was on par with a 1 Star establishment. Breakfast was acceptable and service reasonable. Definitely not to 5 Star standards. Again the reception desk staff professional and courteous upon checking out. The icing on the cake for me was when we checked out, I asked where would be the best place to get a taxi. They said they have a desk near the entrance and the staff there can arrange transport for us. So we approached the desk and told them where we wished to go. After tapping on a calculator for 5 minutes the chap told us the fare would be 10,000 Rupees. 10,000 I exclaimed! This was more than double for what the journey should be. I was expecting it to be slightly more as it was being arranged by the staff of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I shared my thoughts on the fare but the chap was not interested. I reluctantly accepted the fare, paid the 10,000 rupees in cash, whilst trying to convince myself that it’ll save me walking a few hundred meters down the road and haggling with the taxi walas in the midday heat. So we were escorted to the vehicle by the chap from the desk. The vehicle wasn’t anything special, just a standard saloon, which had seen better days. The chap from the desk, gesture for me to follow him back to the desk, whilst he asked my wife to make herself comfortable in the car, and the driver began putting our cases in the boot. I followed him back towards the hotel entrance and asked what was going on? He casually replied that he had miscalculated the mileage and would require more money. To which I laughed and replied that the cost was already more than double. How could he be asking for more! I shouted to the driver to take the cases out of the vehicle and asked my wife to not get too comfortable. I then told the chap at the desk that I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional insulting manner. I voiced that these type of extortion tactics are very unbecoming of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I demanded my 10,000 Rupees, which he grudgingly gave to me. Suffice to stay, I will never be staying at the Pearl Continental in Rawalpindi ever again. It’s most definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel in any shape, way or form. With staff like the guy who tried to rip me off, not once but twice, in broad daylight, just highlights the festering desperation, greed and total disregard of any form of respect or decency that exists here. Absolutely no shame. Anyway we walked 6 feet outside the hotel and got a taxi for 4,000 Rupees for the same journey. Be careful, everything isn’t what it seems. Watch out for these smiling passions and daylight highwaymen.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for over 1 week. I previously stayed at places like the Hilton, Mariott (for work) so initially I was abit apprehensive at booking but now am glad I took the plunge. If you set, the location of the appartment aside (it's about a 5 minute ride away from things to do) - the hospitality I received was exceptional. Specifically, I want to call out Muhammed Umair and Ghulam Kamber. These 2 have excellent front office skills and understand how to deal with guests (without wasting time) . Given I hadn't stayed in the area before, I had lots of little bits and bobs i needed to get done (and so did the wife). Both are professional, curteous and extremely attentive. There were a few times where they helped to book rides , order non hotel food , help to check-in/out and also they acted as really helpful travel companions. Thankyou for also dealing with our night cravings and late breakfast requests.

Firs time stayed in this hotel and honestly it’s 10 on 10 . Amazing location and great atmosphere.

Brilliant experience and lovely staff. I had a great time and would like to come back on my next visit. Very happy with trip.com and Serena hotel . Just wow especially for my special occasion.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Das Hotel und das Personal waren überraschend während unseres 10-Tages- Aufenthalts. Das Frühstück und die Lage waren auch großartig. Es kann nicht für etwas schuldig sein. Der komplimentäre Flughafen ging aus und ließ sich mit zusätzlichem Nutzen, den andere Hotels nicht bieten. Wir werden wieder zurückkommen.

這麼多年出差住過不同的酒店民宿很多家，這家是最最好的。喜歡床墊，支撐感非常好，一看就是下了大成本了沒有圖省錢用很爛的床墊，一天勞累下來休息很好！ 民宿老闆娘做事超用心，細節照顧面面俱到，碰上端午節還準備了豐盛的晚餐，如同在自己家的享受。 地段也很好，很安全，對比擁擠壓抑的老城區心情舒暢太多。 旁邊有一家很漂亮的精品咖啡店可以走路過去幾分鐘，很好喝豆子很特色，沒事過去喝一杯太開心，當地最大最新那個商場也是走路就到的，很方便。 出差商旅自由行住宿，非常推薦！

Der Zimmerservice und die Waschbecken waren wirklich effizient. Obwohl sie einige ältere Zimmer runterlaufen, gibt es auch große schöne Zimmer mit Haartrockner und Schrank. Der Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Frühstück war angemessen. Der Abstand war kein heißes Wasser.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Avari Xpress in Lahore, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were absolutely wonderfully spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. What truly stood out were the amazing views of Lahore. From my room, I could gaze out over the vibrant cityscape, with breathtaking sights that captured the essence of Lahore’s charm, especially as the sun set. The staff were courteous and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Avari Xpress to anyone visiting Lahore for a memorable and comfortable experience.
