The washrooms are very pleasant. More is desired from room and laundry service. Very nice complimentary breakfast, nice ambience, but staff not providing accurate information. Overall, good. But, some more effort needs to be made to appease the customer.

We visited Pakistan after 20+ and chose this hotel after reading reviews as it was most modern and aesthetically pleasing as well as location connected to mall which came handy. Positives: lovely decor, excellent spacious rooms, modern decor, complimentary and reliable transport service to & from LHR airport. Negatives; overall room service was very poor, we came with family and had booked 4 rooms and every time room service was ordered it arrived late and cold pizza or missing items and then another 45 mins to replace which time it was no longer required. My father asked for water to have with his medicine and it didn’t arrive. Also you have to order your taxis and transport yourself thru various apps- hotel doesn’t provide this and no taxis are outside. Breakfast was very crammed, hectic and busy, probably because it was half term (UK) and hotel was very busy like they couldn’t keep up with the demand, breakfast time should be extended until atleast 11 rather than 10.30. Very repetitive everyday and cold hard pastries, inedible croissants and rock hard muffins and the same hard marble cake every single day. Also very slow lifts and 2 appeared faulty Has a lot of potential and very convenient but for the premium price paid it was a let down and not 5* service at all.
