Das Hotel war zu schmutzig, aber der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat sorgfältig einen chinesischen Kappa-Reiseplan vorbereitet. Das Hotel ist Ihnen gerne bei der Buchung von Heißluftballons und anderen Aktivitäten behilflich. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Insgesamt habe ich einen sehr guten Eindruck von Kappa.

Dies war eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je übernachtet habe. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und die Aussicht einfach atemberaubend! Auch das Frühstück war luxuriös, und ich habe mich jeden Morgen darauf gefreut. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und stets aufmerksam. Die hoteleigene schwarze Katze war ebenfalls total liebenswert. Uçhisar liegt höher als Göreme, daher ist die Landschaft im Allgemeinen schöner, und ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. (Es ist außerdem nicht weit vom Aussichtspunkt für Heißluftballonfahrten entfernt.) Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich nach Kappadokien reise!

Great staff, very supportive! It’s more of a stone hotel rather than a cave hotel, but it’s actually perfect for people who want to explore outside instead of staying in the hotel all day. In addition, the heating system here is excellent—you won’t feel cold at all (I heard this can be an issue in other hotels). The location is great, right in the center. It’s very close to the minaret, so you may be woken up quite early by the call to prayer. They also have a rooftop with a great view. Overall, it’s very good value for money, especially if you don’t plan to stay in the hotel all day.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice and clean, and the service was great from check-in. They welcomed me with drinks, which was a really nice touch. There’s also a lovely rooftop area with rugs where you can relax. Breakfast had a good variety, and I liked that some of the food was freshly made at the counter. The location was convenient too - close to the main road for getting to the Red/Rose Valley circular walk, and about a 10-minute walk to Göreme town centre, though there are a few little hills on the way. I also thought it was really sweet that reception gave me a blue eye gift, which is such a nice souvenir to have and saved me from buying one. Overall, it was great value for the price and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Besonders Berre war eine Familie mit einer ehrlichen und ehrlichen Annäherung. We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.
