Ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Helsinki.
Nachdem Sie den Zug vom Flughafen Helsinki genommen und am Hauptbahnhof Helsinki angekommen sind, ist das Sokos Hotel das erste riesige und hübsche Gebäude, das Sie sehen, wenn Sie durch das Haupttor kommen. Das Sokos Hotel ist ein Hotel, das etwa 190 Euro pro Nacht kostet. Wenn Sie von vorne nach links schauen, sehen Sie eine Reihe von Gebäuden, darunter das Grand Hansa Hotel. Von außen ist es ein unauffälliges Hotel. Das Hotel „Grand Hansa“ ist ein Hotel, das etwa 350 Euro pro Nacht kostet.
Es ist teuer, also ist es definitiv ein gutes Hotel. Direkt vor dem Hotel befinden sich verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten, darunter Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Kaufhaus Stocmann direkt davor können Sie Kleidung, Schuhe und Kosmetika kaufen.
In der Nähe gibt es auch einen großen Buchladen.

FFantastic13Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing.
I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip.
Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest.
Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion.
Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity.
In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer war sauber, hatte hohe Decken und wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Bad! Das Badezimmer war hoch und ich, da ich klein bin, musste klettern, aber das war kein Problem, da ich meinen Freunden nun etwas von meiner Reise erzählen konnte! (Ich habe vergessen, ein Foto zu machen.)
Ich glaube nicht, dass es das Problem des Hotels ist ... ************************************. Wenn ich hier allerdings den Fernseher einschalte, kann ich die Stimme nicht hören, also nehme ich an, dass es nicht so schlimm ist.

Reisende müssen also einfach an andere Leute denken und nicht an ***.
Ich habe auch gefrühstückt. Ich war beeindruckt von der Vielfalt und wie lecker alles war! Auch die Beerensauce auf dem Joghurt war sehr lecker!
Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, als ich danach fragte.

GGastnutzerThe service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness.
The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment.
One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay.
The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions.

MM I ParamitaWe reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, und die Lage war perfektnzt zu allem noch ruhig und komfortabel. Der Service war hervorragend, mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern, die uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr willkommen fühlen.
Die Ausstattung war auch groß, bietet alles, was wir für eine entspannende und nützliche Reise benötigt haben. Als Paar haben wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre und den wunderschönen Details besonders geschätzt.
Sehr empfohlen, und wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!

The room was clean and had all the basics, and check-in was easy with a digital code. No daily housekeeping or luggage storage after check-out, but great for a short stay.

Wenn Sie zwei große Kisten ausbreiten, müssen Sie daran vorbei. Aber es ist akzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig, aber da es jeden Tag das Gleiche ist, kann man es nur zweimal essen 😁 Es wird empfohlen zu bleiben.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.
