GGastnutzerSeldom do I leave comments but this accommodation is exceptionally good that I had to leave a recommendation. Stylish place, cozy bed, friendly staff, tidy kitchen and common area (with sparkling water on tap!!), great community and free workshops and events everyday! Hands down the best hostel experience I had in my life.
Thank you team, looking forward to visiting Seville and the place again in the near future.

GGastnutzerLa habitación que me dieron estaba a pie de calle y no tenía persiana, si ponía la TV me veían desde fuera. Tampoco había nadie en recepción ya que la recepción está en otro edificio. La localización es muy buena ya que está muy céntrico.

RRicardo SuDas Hotel besticht durch eine imposante Fünf-Sterne-Lobby, geräumige und saubere Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Großen Moschee (direkt gegenüber), was es ideal für einen Tagesausflug macht. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über separate WC- und Waschbeckenbereiche. Insgesamt ein sehr sauberes Hotel.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist zwar nicht sehr nahe der Attraktion, aber es ist nicht weit zu gehen und muss nicht mit dem Auto fahren. Es gibt viele Restaurants unten, aber beachten Sie die Zeit, um den Laden zu öffnen.
Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind nicht sehr neu, der Rezeptionservice ist gut.
Nicht weit von der Bahnhofsstation entfernt.

We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself.
The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window.
We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay.
The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close.
Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all.
The downsides:
1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms;
2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception.
3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village;
Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

이이다혀Die Lage des Hotels war so gut. Es war sehr bequem zu Fuß zu gehen. Die Zimmer wurden zugewiesen Zimmer 402, aber 1.2 ging auf den dritten Stock durch einen separaten Aufzug im Inneren Lobby und ging zurück zum ersten Stock durch Steppe. Ich musste hochgehen ㅠㅠ Ich konnte nicht reibungslos mit dem Lobbypersonal kommunizieren, also war ich ein Transporter im Lobby und ging halb sofort runter und wurde nicht beunruhigt.. Es ist nur zehn Schritte im Lobby, aber bitte erzählen Sie mir direkt. ㅠㅠ Ich denke, der Führer war unzureichend. Und es war zu kalt während meiner zwei Nächte bleiben.. Der Temperaturunterschied zwischen Innen- und Außenbereich hielt das Wasser auf den Fenstern, und die Lachenluft war so kalt, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Das Badezimmer war zu kalt, also als ich am Morgen zum Bad ging, schreckte ich. Andererseits war der Wasserdruck stark, so das heiße Wasser kam gut aus. Es war nicht eine Alhambra-Aussicht, sondern der Hof außerhalb des Zimmers? Ich ging für eine Weile zum Rauchbereich der Terrasse und konnte die kathedrale Aussicht sehen.

Ssusan5596Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Königspalast und der Kirche von Sevilla entfernt. Die Fahrt zum Hotel dauert etwa 20 Minuten. Der Busbahnhof liegt am Plaza de Armas Am anderen Ende liegt der Flughafen Sevilla. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass mein Freund mit einer spanischen Bankkarte bezahlt , Shampoo und Duschgel. Sie müssen Ihre eigene Zahnbürste mitbringen. Es gibt keine kostenlosen Wasserflaschen am Eingang. Das Hotelfrühstück ist von 6:30 bis 10:30 Uhr. Die Auswahl ist reichhaltig und der Geschmack ist sehr gut. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann es jedem empfehlen.

The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind.

Service: Die beiden Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption boten einen extrem schlechten Service und eine schlechte Einstellung. Obwohl ich online die Verfügbarkeit geprüft hatte, fragte ich nach einem Zimmer-Upgrade, aber beide sagten, es sei nicht verfügbar, ohne eine Erklärung.
Ausstattung: Das komfortable Doppelzimmer befand sich im ersten Stock des Hotels. Die Glastür ging zum Innenhof, und die Schiebetür ließ sich nur schwer abschließen.
