Hotels mit Frühstück in Region Brüssel-Hauptstadt, Belgien

Dieses Hotel bietet einen angemessenen Preis für ein so großes Zimmer, die Lage ist jedoch nicht die beste. Die Zimmerausstattung ist auf ein Minimum beschränkt: Die Tischlampe funktioniert nicht, es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, keinen Kühlschrank und die Toilette ist voller Flecken. Wir haben am letzten Tag zusätzlich gefrühstückt, die Auswahl war jedoch recht begrenzt und eintönig.

Ich bevorzuge dieses Hotel, da es in der Nähe der EU-Institutionen ist. Es gibt jedoch bessere Hotels in anderen Teilen der Stadt. Im Buchungsverfahren habe ich das Frühstück nicht ausgewählt, weil ich verwirrt war. Als ich das Hotel ankam, sagten sie mir, das Frühstück für 29$ pro Tag zu beinhalten, was teuer war. Bei der Buchung habe ich gelesen, dass es trinken würde, als Ergänzung, aber es gab nur leere Flaschen und es sollte von einer Maschine neben den Aufzügen gefüllt werden. Schließlich war das Zimmer laut, weil Fenster nicht laut werden. Die Möbel waren auch veraltet.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, direkt am grande place. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet mit schicken, hellen Möbeln. Man kann die hotelgeigene Tiefgarage gegen eine Gebühr von 13 € / Nacht nutzen. Das Frühstück ist 3 Sterne angemessen.

We stayed 2 nights and thank god it wasn’t any longer. As much as the bed was a very large bed and comfortable, the surrounding around was grotty. Brussels in general around here was awful. The room was pokey and small, walked into things while staying there. Forget being any bigger than slim, the bathroom was a shoe box! Your back is basically touching the wall, while facing the basin and the toilet roll holder is right in your face when you’re sitting on the toilet and your head almost touching the wall in front of you lean forward. No room for you to dry yourself in the bathroom itself unless you stand in the shower and do it. The hotel itself is beautiful, but lacks in the room which is the important part. Check in and out system is ridiculous. They’ve set up 3 ways to do so. Online via email, in person or on their check in kiosk. The issue with this, is you’re still made to go to reception! What’s the point of saying you can do it all online or at the kiosk if I still have to go to someone at reception? Remove your unnecessary online/kiosk. When checking in, I felt hostility from the staff member when I said I got an email to check in at the kiosk and I’ve already done it, so I didn’t want to waste more time doing it again. Then when I checked out via email, I got a notification to say the city charge was paid and I could leave. Thankfully for the hotel, I needed to drop my luggage and the lady still asked for my room number and said I still needed to pay for the city tax. Another example of a failed online system, just a waste of time. Then when I came back to get my luggage, I found that the tag with the same number was on multiple bags and the girl came out with 2 bags that weren’t mine and eventually had to come in and look for it myself. Apparently they used the same number but the girl gave me the wrong colour tag to my luggage tag. Again, another stupid system. Why are you not using unique numbers? Instead of relying on the same numbers but different colours?! All in all, stay somewhere else. There are nice parts of Brussels, but this area is not it and the closer you are to Brussels Nord station, you’ll feel like you’ve just entered Skid Row. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or the area. Nice big gym for a hoteland probably the very few positives about the stay.

Das Hotel liegt etwa sieben bis acht Minuten vom Brüsseler Bahnhof entfernt. Natürlich ist es schwieriger, großes Gepäck oder ältere Menschen mitzunehmen, da die Straßen am Boden schwieriger zu befördern sind. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Grand Plaza und auch die nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr praktisch. In der Umgebung stehen auch viele Restaurants zur Auswahl, was ebenfalls ein Vorteil dieses Hotels ist. 

The staff are all very friendly! The location is close to tourist spots such as manneken pis and Saint-Nicolas, only several minutes of walk.  However, the hangers provided in the room are almost damaged and the window could not be fully closed that it was cold to sleep on the right hand side. Although it is not a very big problem, I still expected the whole environment could have been even better.

Vorteile: 1. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Haltestellen für Busse, Straßenbahnen und die U-Bahn. 2. Der Bahnhof ist groß und sehr nah. Ich konnte ihn in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, die Wege waren gut und es war einfach, mit Gepäck zu gehen. 3. Alle Zimmer sind elektronisch gesteuert und verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Die Ausstattung ist gut. 4. Das gesamte Gebäude strahlt eine moderne, künstlerische Atmosphäre aus, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. In der Nähe gab es auch viele Kunstbücher berühmter moderner Künstler, ich habe mir sogar die Zeit genommen, ein paar davon anzusehen. 5. Die Bettwäsche war relativ neu, frisch gewaschen und glatt gebügelt. 6. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab einen Koch, der Omeletts frisch zubereitete, Räucherlachs und täglich verschiedene warme Gerichte. 7. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gab es ein großes Einkaufszentrum und eine Einkaufsstraße. Nachteile: Eines Tages schaltete ich die Anzeige für die Zimmerreinigung ein und ging hinaus. Die Reinigungsabteilung hat mein Zimmer jedoch nicht gereinigt. Als ich am Abend zurückkam und die Reinigungskräfte vor der Tür des Nachbarzimmers sah, bat ich sie, mein Zimmer so schnell wie möglich zu reinigen, während ich in der Lobby wartete. Nach 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten kam ich zurück, und es war immer noch nicht gereinigt. Das empfand ich als respektlos. Ich sprach mit der Rezeption, und nach einigen weiteren Minuten fragte ich nochmals nach, dann war es gereinigt. Später ist so etwas nicht mehr vorgekommen. 2. Einige Einrichtungen hatten weiße Kalkablagerungen und hätten sauberer sein können.

Quite comfortable and clean, a bit old styled furnish; nice location, not in middle of hustle and bustle but close to centre within walking distance

This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff.

Plus: The room is really big. So is the bed. It is so big that makes me think as if it is king size bed to house politicians or prime minister from the 80s, 90s. There is heating both in the room and in the shower There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works) This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station Minus The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s. There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers. The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt. Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still. The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes. The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry. The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully. The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to. I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep. I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house. The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button . I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.
