Mein Aufenthalt im Jata Hotel in Tirana war absolut außergewöhnlich. Der Service war hervorragend – die Inhaber sind überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich und zeigen eine bemerkenswerte persönliche Note, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Terrasse bietet einen wundervollen Panoramablick über die Stadt und ist perfekt, um den Morgenkaffee zu genießen oder abends zu entspannen. Das Frühstück war ein wahrer Genuss – die frisch gebackenen Croissants waren einfach köstlich, und der Kaffee war kräftig und aromatisch. Erwähnenswert ist auch das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – für diesen hohen Standard an Service, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft sind die Preise überraschend niedrig. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – ein Ort, an den man ganz sicher wiederkommen möchte!

Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

Останавливались на одну ночь, месторасположение удобно, близко к автобусной станции. Номер не большой, есть чайник и чай. Большой торговый центр, на такси 5 минут, пешком 20. При отеле есть ресторан, но мы поздно приехали и поужинать не успели, хозяйка очень общительна.

Extremt bra läge, trevlig personal, snyggt och rent. Inredning, klassiskt, utan krusiduller. Bra och mycket bred säng. Väldigt bra frukost, möjligen hade jag önskat lite mer frukt. Annars fanns äggröra, bacon, korv, burek, mycket grönsaker och oliver, bröd med många pålägg, belgiska våfflor, yoghurt, müsli, massor av olika sorters sylt, mm.  Men inget extra (som t ex pool, sky bar, inget annat heller utom en restaurang). Det gör ju inget, men lite synd, eftersom det är ett hyfsat dyrt boende.

I recently stayed at the Starlight Hotel during my brief trip to Tirana and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. Although it’s situated in an alley, taxis can easily drop you off at the entrance. The room was very clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and towels were provided, but be sure to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and personal toiletries. I also appreciated that housekeeping checked in thoughtfully, even when the sign wasn’t on the door. The dining area is open and easy to access when you enter the hotel. While most of the staff, especially at reception, were pleasant and welcoming, I did have one less positive experience with a restaurant waiter who seemed unfriendly, varying attitude and inattentive. One suggestion would be to provide phone chargers or universal adapters at the front desk or in the rooms, as many international travelers may need them. Additionally, guests should be mindful of noise, but I would encourage management to handle noise concerns carefully, as sometimes guests may not realize sound carries. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Tirana.

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen fantastisch. Lage ist gut, Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel, viele Einrichtungen und das Personal ist alles wunderschön. Leider hat der, der mein Zimmer gereinigt hat, es nicht sehr gut gemacht. Es gab eine gebrauchte Haartücher auf dem Armstuhl und dem Kleiderschrank zwischen Bett und Fenster, so dass ich nicht wollte, dass diese Person, die meine Sachen berührt, so dass die nicht stören. Auch wenn ich das Zimmer reservierte, sagte es, ich hätte einen Balkon, aber ich habe es nicht. Ich fragte nach einem Balkon, aber es wurde verweigert. Alda ging oben und weiter mit ihrem Service, um mir zu helfen, Dinge außerhalb des Hotels zu bauen. Sie ist ein Geschirr.

Die Landschaft in Tirana ist sehr schön. Der Mann an der Hotelrezeption war sehr begeistert. Er half mir, meinen Koffer zu tragen und zeigte mir, wie ich zum nächsten Supermarkt komme. Er kann Ihnen auch ein Taxi rufen, was großartig ist.

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.

Very reasonable price. It has kitchen where travelers can cook to save money and laundry service which takes 8 euros but great quality.
