We recently stayed for two nights at the Country Garden Seaview Suite by Nest Home. While the unit was clean and neat, there were several issues that affected our comfort: - The water heater was not working, which made showering inconvenient. - The sofa and cushions were wet upon arrival. Although a cleaner came and attempted to dry them with a hairdryer for about 10 minutes, the sofa remained soggy and had an unpleasant smell. - The room’s location facing a busy traffic junction made it difficult to rest. Noise from ambulances, car horns, and traffic persisted throughout the night, resulting in poor sleep quality. On a positive note, the room itself was tidy and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the combination of maintenance issues and noise disturbance significantly impacted the overall experience. We hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest stays.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the famous warm DoubleTree cookie made the arrival even more pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-maintained facilities. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything spotless. The hotel location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and the CIQ checkpoint. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food quality was excellent. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru to anyone visiting Johor Bahru and look forward to staying here again in the future

Da Lage war gut n bequem ,n da Sammlung Schlüssel-Konto Mädchen sind freundlich , aber da Einheit wir bleiben Reinigung war schrecklich ,viele ant n da rubish bin auch nie klar , auch da Handtücher ppl mit immer noch hängen in der Toilette 😂 , n da Toilettenbade auch nie sauber cos da ppl bleiben in der Toilette Farbe ihre Haare da Papier n Farbe split-Einheit da ganze Badewanne noch da, wenn wir in 😅😅

If you love the sea, beach vibes, and a relaxing atmosphere, this place is an ideal choice for a short escape and offers great value for money. The location is strategic and affordable, making it suitable for a small family looking for a staycation or a break from daily stress. While it may not compare to a five-star hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Do note that during peak seasons, housekeeping services can be slower than usual, possibly due to limited staff. The facilities are decent, and it’s a pleasant surprise that they offer fun activities like ATV, horse riding, etc. along the beach. One of the highlights is the beautiful sunrise—head to the balcony / beach early in the morning for the best spot, where you can enjoy a scenic view as the sun rises over the horizon.

Quite terrible that a nearby club is too loud and can hear inside our room on a late night even it’s distant. can advise the club not to use speaker outside their establishment as its disturbing for all staying in the hotel.. and it affects the hotel’s good reputation..overall our stay is great! Except only for this noisy club as i can hear the bass even i cover my ears inside my hotel room

Basic Hotel obwohl ich das erste Zimmer buchen. Frühstück ist gut, minimalist, aber guter Qualität Notwendigkeit für weitere Wartung, die Strom ist alt Keine Waschmaschine für ein Einzelzimmer. Allgemein akzeptabel

I stayed at this homestay from 5th to 8th February, and it was honestly one of the best homestays I’ve ever stayed in. The customer service was outstanding — whenever we asked anything, they replied within minutes, which made the whole stay very comfortable and stress-free. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and well organised, with clear instructions and great support throughout. I’ve stayed in many homestays before, but I can confidently say this one stands out. They thoughtfully provided extra necessary items such as a dental kit, hair dryer, rubbish bags, toilet paper, and more, which really shows how much care they put into guest comfort. Overall, I would give the highest rating to this homestay. A big thank you to Vki & Priya for their kindness and excellent service. May God bless you always. 🙏✨

Check-in und check-out wirklich schnell und reibungslos. Nicht viele Leute haben im Vergleich zu meiner vorherigen Buchung, die mehr als eine halbe Stunde dauerte, geprüft. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und ich liebe das Königsbett und super einzelne Bett. Mehr als genug für mich, Mann und 2 Töchter. Das Badezimmer ist auch geräumig. Ich liebe alles im Zimmer esp der Meerblick balkon Das Essen für Zimmer Essen ist auch sehr vernünftig. Das Frühstück ist nur durchschnittlich. Ganz begrenzte Wahlen und RM55/pax für Frühstück ist es nicht wirklich wert, da begrenzte Wahlen. Besser bestellen Sie aus dem Menü. Große Parkplätze (offene und abgedeckte Parkplätze). Insgesamt hatte ich einen großen Aufenthalt und werde definitiv zurückkehren Ich war während meines Aufenthalts bedauerlich, da wir wegen starker Wellen nicht im Meer schwimmen konnten. Aber der Schwimmbad ist mehr als genug.

Location was good n da sea view super nice ,da cleaning can be more better cos da flooring feel Abit sticky n a lot of ants ,n also da room without cabinet to hang our clothing 😅 , easy to check in n da office counter girls are friendly 🤗

Had some issues on the 1st booking bcos of the system error but was settled by the NEO group staff named JASON and JUANNA. They did their best to make sure we have a proper check-in, although the offer earlier we can cancel and get a full refund. Of cos we had to accept the offer of finding us another appt so we can check in on the same day as I'm bringing my mom and kids along. Shoutout to Jason and Juanna and follow ups by Trip.com team after that bcos of of my disappointment earlier. Overall, all was nice and worth the waiting. Thank you, Trip.com and staff JASON and JUANNA from NEO group...will recommend and definitely come back. Anyway, awesome stay at Baypoint👏👏👏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
