We had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel. I booked the Romantic Getaway package for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, and both the high tea and dinner were thoughtfully prepared and very picturesque. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Athirah, Rahman, and Ficki for the room décor, and to Zairul for taking great care of us during high tea and dinner. We truly felt very well looked after. The package was also very affordable compared to similar offers from other hotels. Highly recommended for couples looking for a memorable stay.

A totally unplanned getaway… but it turned out perfect. Everything was last-minute, yet surprisingly smooth and very family-friendly. Self check-in was straightforward no hassle at all. No deposit needed, maybe because it was a weekday and not too busy. Food was easy to find, laundry was convenient… only one thing I missed: didn’t get the chance to enjoy the swimming pool. 😅 Overall, highly recommended and I’d definitely stay again.Hoping to catch more promotions next time! ✨💛

It's the 2nd time to book this resort at Desaru, the location is good, beach is near to the room, prefer to a high floor level and may have a nice view, the staff was kindly, that help to carry baggages to our room, and served with smilling always.

I booked a standard king room for a 3 night stay. Upon arrival to the room, I noticed the floor was wet as though it had just been mopped. To my surprise, I was given 2 queen beds instead and used towels found in the cupboard.There was a stain on bedsheet. I had to place another bath mat to avoid the trip and fall due to the first mat suction being not strong enough. During the stay we were provided with a shower gel and no shampoo. The washing machine does not come with a dryer and you need to search for the detergent which was placed under the kitchen sink. A garment steamer and vacuum cleaner were provided in the room, very convenient .The utensils, pots and pans were displayed on the kitchen table top, it looked cluttered. I suggest that it should be placed in the cabinet provided when not in use. Overall the cleanliness is good. There's room for improvement. Thank you.

Had some issues on the 1st booking bcos of the system error but was settled by the NEO group staff named JASON and JUANNA. They did their best to make sure we have a proper check-in, although the offer earlier we can cancel and get a full refund. Of cos we had to accept the offer of finding us another appt so we can check in on the same day as I'm bringing my mom and kids along. Shoutout to Jason and Juanna and follow ups by Trip.com team after that bcos of of my disappointment earlier. Overall, all was nice and worth the waiting. Thank you, Trip.com and staff JASON and JUANNA from NEO group...will recommend and definitely come back. Anyway, awesome stay at Baypoint👏👏👏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

No doubt the place is very nicely done up with the plane and airport feels, has a very nice bathtub and a great view from the 'porch' area. However, it is quite poorly maintained. The aircon was noisy and there are brown stains at the vents. The projecter doesnt work properly and the remote control seems faulty, streaming services do not work and it does not support casting. There are cockroaches found near kitchen area. The heater is intermittent with the hot water. The floor rag has stains. Overall, the place will be great if the place is properly cleaned up.

Das war unser zweites Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, und wir waren erfreut, es noch einmal zu besuchen. Während wir den Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen genossen, war aber enttäuscht über die Aufbewahrung der Wohnung. Die Wohnung schmelzte starkes Nikotin von dem vorherigen Besatzer. Schokolade-Umschlager gefunden in einem der Schlafzimmer. Bidets waren nicht im Schlafzimmer und im gemeinsamen Toilette. Die Schienen von Schienengarten wurde beschädigt. Aircon in einem der gemeinsamen Zimmer war nicht cool. Ich musste den Gastgeber daran erinnern, dass die Kontrolle in der Zeitung 2pm bei trip.com ist, als ich zu prüfen in 3pm wurde empfohlen. Dies wurde später sortiert.

We got room 1502 blk5B. Finding the blk in the carpark was a nightmare. Even they gave picture instructions, its still unclear. Cleanliness is 7/10. U can see obvious dirt from dead insects on the walls. And some area of the walls the paint had come off. Floor has no carpet, so bring ur own slippers if not the floor is cold. TV has netflix. Bed is hard but its comfortable for us. Dont leave open food on the table. Ants is everywhere. The mall below has Aeon supermarket, some sports shops and outside has many mamak shop laundry area and mart. Pool has kids pool and adult pool that is not deep. Overall low 7/10

Good value resorts , you get good spread of breakfast and access to connecting beach, mini bird spot , mini water park to spend a good day. Biggest kudos and truly grateful to water park teams that helped me find my lost glasses at water park after 30min or more of searching , Honest reviews on the minus points 1. Facilities and amenities are not the best condition and design are outdated , aircon in the master room did not function well it was not cold at all so we had to rely on aircon from living (which is super cold) - I didn’t bother to call front desk as it was late when I realized. 2. Second room key stopped functioning in the morning of day we checked out, and still not functioned even after we had activated it at front desk . We waited 20min for maintenance guy to come and open the door for us 3. Lift maintenance without notice On check out day, nearest lift was put in maintenance without notice on each floor. we waited 10min for lift , finally opted to walk down stairs from 3rd floor with all of our luggage , then only we noticed maintenance work on going. 4. Food at Rhu Seafood is …. Below average. Not sure why it gets pretty decent reviews on trip an Google. Tried seafood tomyum, spring onion fish fillet, butter chicken and kangkung belacan , only butter chicken is still decent good. Chrysanthemum tea and Thai milk tea are horrible too..

Mit direkter Zugang zum Abenteuerwasserpark auf der Ebene 1 des Hotels ist innerhalb des Tages mehrfach eingang zum Wasserpark erlaubt. Erwarten Sie, 15-30mins zu warten, um in den Wasserpark zu kommen, wenn es über die Wochenenden überfüllt wird. Es wurde ein komplimentäres Frühstück angeboten. Eine anständige Ausbreitung für Kinder auch (Getreide, Mini-Pancakes, Roti Canai usw.). Ich empfehle, zwischen 7-8.30am zu gehen, um Leute zu vermeiden, da es sich bemüht nach 8.30am und Sie erwarten eine Warteschlange, bevor Sie sitzen. Fangen Sie die Live-Band zwischen 8.30-11pm während Sie einige Getränke genießen. Der perfekte Weg, nach einem langen Tag zu winden. Lassen Sie die Kinder im Roxity Kids Club für einen ”me-time”. Checken Sie, ob Ihre Zimmerbuchung einen ergänzenden Zugang (1 Stunde pro Kind) enthält. Wenn es tut und Sie die Kinder am letzten Tag Ihrer Reise ablassen wollen, lassen Sie sie zuerst ab, bevor Sie auschecken. Andernfalls kann das System Ihre Buchung nicht wiederherstellen und Sie müssen 35RM für 1hr Spiel zahlen. Socken sind für Kinder erforderlich, um eintreten. Alternativ können Sie ein Paar bei 5RM über den Zähler kaufen. Check out die Kaffeebar direkt neben dem Fitnessraum. Ein entspannendes Ambiente mit einer Vielzahl von Auswahl auf dem Menü. Es gibt auch einen Schwimmbad auf Ebene 3 und Kinder Wasserspielplatz auf Ebene 1, direkt außerhalb des Roxity Kids Club. Eine Souvenir-Shop ist auch auf Ebene 3 in der Nähe des Rezeptionsbereichs und ein Spielzeug- und Süßigkeitenshop auf Ebene 1. Andere Aktivitäten auf der Anlage sind die riesige Schachplatte und Archee.
