Me and my girlfriend got picked up at Congjiang train station which was very convenient. Right from the start the owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation is located at the back of the village next to a field where they grow rapeseed flowers and rice during the year. For us the location was perfect as it is very peaceful and quiet but simultaneously litterally a few steps away from the beautiful vibrant little village. The room was very spacious and clean with a gorgeous view on the field. The interior is very well matched and has great facilities. There was even a small laundry machine so we could do some laundry ourselves. So far during our travels in China, this stay was the best we had! There is a very stylish and cute coffee/restaurant located on the first floor of the building. This is also where you will have a delicious breakfast and where Ni Li and her sister will greet you with a smile every time you walk by. Ni Li, her husband Tao Mingqing, her sister and brother played a crucial part during our stay as after the first night my wife got very sick due to an infection and barely left the room during our stay. The second night I got foodpoisoning which made the situation even worse. (Not from the hotel!). We ended up extending our stay due to her condition. Luckily Li's English is very good so that helped us a lot in navigating the medical difficulties. We were extremely lucky to be staying with Li and her family as they took care of us like we were their own family. Preparing custom meals and dinner tailored to our needs every single day, preparing us tea, calling the local doctors and translating and taking us to the local hospital back and forth multiple times. We were there during the Qingming festival so no cars were allowed in the village which made it more difficult to reach the hospital. This didn't stop Tao Mingqing as he took us to the local hospital several times on the motorbike, one by one! The last time I even forgot a bag and he even went back to get it for me! He truly is a legend. Fortunately, my recovery was fairly quickly so I had the chance to explore the village a little by myself and spend time with Li and Ming while staying close to the room for my girlfriend. On day 4 my girlfriend's fever was coming down and she improved a little. Li and Ming invited us to have tea with them. Ming showed me his vast collection of tea and made sure to prepare the best tea suitable for our condition. The tea was truly amazing and he ended up filling a big bag with different kinds of teas as a gift for us! And that was not it, to make sure we would never forget them and drink tea mindfully the Chinese way when we're back home, they gave us the tea cups we used traditionally decorated with the blue dragon and phoenix. It was a very stressful situation and when we felt at our most fragile, they were there to take care of us, strangers they just met. This says everything about these wonderful people. Even though the illness of my girlfriend and the rough situation, we think back to our stay with a very warm hearth as our special experience forged a bond we'll never forget. We are incredibly lucky to have met Li and her family. We have said thank you to them 100s of times already, but I can't express enough how grateful I am for this people. Thank you for taking care of us like your family!!! ＜3 If you are unsure about staying here, there is truly no reason why you shouldn't! Whatever the situation, Li and her family will do everything they can to improve your stay. I'm sure you'll have a blast!

We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

Es wird empfohlen, einige Details wie Haartrockner, Handtücher und Badetücher zu verbessern, da die aktuellen zu alt sind. Es gibt viele B&Bs und Hotels in der Umgebung. Die Lage des Qixi Resort Hotels ist meiner Meinung nach besser, wenn die Zimmerausstattung verbessert wird. Da die meisten Gäste hier Gäste sind, die früh aufstehen, um den Berg Fanjing zu besteigen, ist das Frühstück grundsätzlich um 9:30 Uhr beendet. Wenn Sie frühstücken möchten, empfiehlt es sich, früh zu gehen, damit es mehr Abwechslung gibt.

Dieses Hotel in Zhijin County, Bijie, gilt als gehoben, elegant und stilvoll. Die Lobby ist besonders luxuriös und geräumig. Die Menüs im chinesischen Restaurant bieten ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sind erschwinglich und schmecken gut. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und recht geräumig; der einzige kleine Nachteil ist die eingeschränkte Privatsphäre im Badezimmer. Die Rezeption hat mir sogar kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon und herrlicher Aussicht gegeben. Das gesamte Hotelambiente ist exzellent und die Luft außergewöhnlich frisch; insgesamt ein sehr positives Erlebnis.

A few days before my arrival, I requested contact by wechat through Trip.com which was more convenient and the inn responded quite quickly which was reassuring and I arranged pick-up from the train station. They came back with a printed image of my name on paper and asked to look out for it upon my arrival. Pick-up was pretty smooth and got to the scenic site 15 minutes later. The driver led me to the scenic area's main entrance to buy a ticket to enter. I had to physically walk in through the public entrance for my ticket to be scanned and the driver drove in separately and we met inside the village. I hopped in the car and we drove up to where the ancient village was in a valley. A young man waited by the entrance of the village, took my luggage and I followed him down the path of cobble stones into the village. The inn was very close to the village entrance through a narrow alleyway and then up some stone steps. The inn was opened in 2021, so everything looked new and well kept. I checked in and was shown to my room immediately well ahead of the check-in time of 14:00 which I was so grateful for. The room and bathroom were adequate. Breakfast could be improved. However, the inn provides afternoon tea between 14:00 and 16:00 which is eaten on the terrace on the top floor with magnificent views of the village below. The staff at the inn are so lovely and helpful. They even recommended places to eat and also a local guide. I tried both and wasn't disappointed. The inn also arranged drop-off at the station. Both pick-up and drop-off at the station were free of charge which was an added bonus. I stayed here for one night and was quite happy. It was a perfect start to my high-speed rail odyssey across the southern part of China. I highly recommend this inn due to the location of it inside the ancient village, the views from the terrace and the very helpful staff.

Dieses idyllisch in einem Bergdorf gelegene Gästehaus bietet voll ausgestattete Zimmer mit geräumigen Badezimmern und Erkerfenstern, durch die man bei einer Tasse Tee den Blick auf die Berge genießen kann. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind wunderschön gestaltet und verfügen über einen Infinity-Pool, der sich perfekt für Fotos eignet. Mehrere Stammgäste erwähnten, dass die Aussicht während des Frühlingsfestes auf die Brücke beschränkt ist; während der Frühjahrshochwasserzeit hingegen bieten die Wasserfälle am Berg und die Flüsse im Tal einen deutlich besseren Ausblick. Das Personal ist zudem sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich hier wunderbar entspannen und erholen kann. Einziger Nachteil: Ein Abschnitt der Zufahrtsstraße zum Dorf ist recht eng und schwer befahrbar.

Reinigung ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Das Hotel war während unseres Aufenthalts in einem friedlichen Zustand. Alles war unglaublich nett, gemütlich und gut gepflegt. Der ganze Ort riechte frisch und sauber, was die Erfahrung noch angenehmer machte. Ausstattung ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Die Aussichten dieses Hotels sind absolut atemberaubend! Wir könnten eine wunderschöne Landschaft aus dem Schlafzimmer, Bad und Schwimmbadbereich genießen. Der Pool selbst ist groß, sauber und schön gestaltet. Die Außenflächen sind wirklich erstaunlich umgeben von der Natur, es fühlt sich an, als würden Sie in der Mitte eines friedlichen Waldes bleiben. Personal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, willkommen und sehr bequem überall im Aufenthalt. Sie gingen aus dem Weg, um uns komfortable zu machen und halfen uns sogar, unsere Taschen zu tragen, was sehr geschätzt wurde. Lebensmittel ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) Das Essen war ok, aber die Geschmack war ein wenig schwach für unseren Geschmack. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist auch ziemlich begrenzt, aber es war noch genug, um den Tag zu beginnen. Es gibt nicht viele Alternativen zum Abnehmen in der Nähe, so es ist es wert, daran zu denken, wenn Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten planen. Pet Friendly 🐾 Ein großer Bonus ist, dass das Hotel Haustiere freundlich ist! Das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht, da es nicht immer einfach ist, schöne Orte zu finden, die Haustiere willkommen. Gesamt ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel für Ihre nächste Gebühren. Wir gingen nachts aus, um die nahe gelegene alte Stadt zu besuchen, aber ehrlich gesagt, nächstes Mal würden wir lieber mehr Zeit verbringen, das Hotel selbst zu genießen. Die friedliche Atmosphäre, unglaubliche Aussichten und entspannende Umgebung machen es einen Ort, der sich würdig und wirklich entspannt.

Die Erfahrung war fantastisch! Ich habe schon in vielen internationalen Hotelketten übernachtet, aber dies war mein erstes Mal in einem Sofitel und es war die beste Erfahrung, die ich je in einem internationalen Hotel gemacht habe. Obwohl ich kein Mitglied bin, wurde ich mit großem Respekt und sehr fürsorglich behandelt. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage des Sofitel absolut top! Es liegt direkt neben dem Jiaxiu-Turm und einer Imbissmeile, und eine Taxifahrt zum Flughafen ist auch schnell. Für Ausflüge, Einkäufe und Essenssuche ist es äußerst praktisch. Ich möchte besonders unsere Guest Relations Managerin Janice loben! Ihr Service war herzlich und freundlich, und sie reagierte immer umgehend auf unsere Anliegen. Wir wurden in diesen Tagen wunderbar betreut, der Service war detailliert und aufmerksam. Ich bin sogar der Meinung, dass Janice die Marke Sofitel bereichert hat, sie ist ein direktes Beispiel für den Markenreiz von Sofitel. Als dreiköpfige Familie wurden wir bestens versorgt, meine über 50-jährigen Eltern waren glücklich und zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und das Zimmer mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer und Blick war sehr schön. Die Aussicht vom französischen Fenster war großartig! Das Frühstück wurde im 57. Stock serviert, war reichhaltig und schmeckte sehr gut, und die Aussicht von der hohen Etage war ebenfalls fantastisch. Insgesamt war es eine Erfahrung mit 120 von 100 Punkten!

Ms Chen, Hotelmanager ist EXTREMMENT hilfreich und resourcenreich bei der Gewährung wertvoller Vorschläge, so dass unser Aufenthalt, eine angenehmen Urlaub. Gut gemacht, Frau Chen, eine ursprüngliche Miao-Indigene und ihr effizientes Team, Frau Wu und andere. Wunderbares Personal, einschließlich Hauspflege ... Sicherlich empfiehlt es Ihnen, das Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village zu besuchen und im Xijiang Story Resort Hotel zu bleiben, ist ein Super Plus Vorteil.
