The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Der Service in diesem Hotel war insgesamt ausgezeichnet, insbesondere die diensthabende Managerin Zhang Yongfeng. Sie war herzlich, aufmerksam, professionell, gewissenhaft und geduldig. Ich war mit ihrem Service sehr zufrieden. Auch das Hotelambiente war sehr angenehm; die Zimmer waren sauber, die Lage günstig und das Frühstücksbuffet köstlich. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Just came back from Crowne Plaza Resort Changbaishan and seriously had such a great time!! The place is super nice, food was soooo good, and the service?? DAMN AMAZING. Special shoutout to our 管家小彭 and 月月!!!both of them were so sweet and helpful the whole stay 🥹❤️ Really made everything feel extra comfortable and smooth for us. Can feel their effort and care 100%!! Es war wirklich eine gute Wahl, hier anstatt Holiday In Express zu bleiben. Da das Hotel nur neben dem Ski Resort ist. Keine Notwendigkeit, auf Busse zu warten, nur zu Ski Resort, Skidorf und sogar den heißen Frühling zu gehen. Dieses Hotel ist es sehr wert. Als Sie bleiben kommen mit Komplimentar: 1) Mini Bar in der Zimmer 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Skilift-Zugang ( 2000rmb-Einlage) 4) Schneeaktivitäten 5) Frühstück 6) Shuttle von Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park In der Nacht fühlt sich das ganze Dorf wirklich wie in den Alpen. Eine Nacht ist zu weniger für uns, alles zu genießen. Hatte einen erstaunlichen Schlaf. Hatte Bad. Zimmer ist groß und mit einem breiten Blick auf den Skigebiet. Sehr schön 5 Sterne.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, von dem ersten Blick zu sehen und den Aufenthalt zu behandeln bis zum Eingang ins Zimmer, war nicht zu entmutigen. Besonders gesagt, das Zimmer ist besonders sauber und es ist sehr sauber, dass die Hotel-Hygiene-Schlafputzt gemacht wird, obwohl es in der Wälder ist, aber besonders trocken und komfortabel geschlafen wurde, nicht so nahtlos wie andere Berggebiete. Es gibt auch warme Tücher in der Nacht, es gibt Innenräume und Außenräume, die Familie mag es sehr. Die Innenräume sind warm und zwei große Suppepools, und es gibt einen Spaß 🛝 Erwachsene können alle Kinder mitnehmen. Wir waren früh, es gab niemanden, die Familie ist sehr glücklich. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, Mittag und Frühstück können im Restaurant gegessen werden und es ist sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist besonders nahe der Ticketkontrollstelle Westpower, nur in der Nähe der Bergtür, 2 Minuten zu Fuß, wählen Sie, um den Tianpool direkt zu sehen, empfehlen Sie es!

Ich bin Zhang Yujia, der Haushälterin des Guoxin Nanshan Hotels, sehr dankbar. Ich habe mit meiner Familie nicht weniger als 10 Mal im Nanshan Hotel übernachtet und jedes Mal habe ich sehr gute Erinnerungen hinterlassen. Das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist von hoher Qualität und sieht gut aus, und ich bin oft von den vielen Servicedetails beeindruckt Die Unterkunft beinhaltet zwei Eintrittskarten für einen Abend und eine Matinee, um mehr Spaß zu haben und jedem zu empfehlen, am Wochenende zu entspannen.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

Their exceptional hospitality was one of the most important reasons we decided to stop changing hotels and remain here for the rest of our Changbai Mountain holiday. Although there are many restaurants within walking distance, we repeatedly chose to dine at the hotel—from breakfast to dinner—not only because of the excellent food quality, generous portions and good value, but especially because of the outstanding service. 夏经理 is a truly experienced five-star hospitality professional. She speaks fluent English, understands guests' needs naturally, pays attention to small details, and always made our family, especially our little one, feel genuinely welcome. Our daughter loved the hotel's children's activities with 亲子教练甜甜姐姐 so much that she often came back to the restaurant for only a few bites before running off again to play with her new friends, Elsa and CiCi. 夏经理 and her team patiently kept and reheated her food again and again without any complaint, always with the same warmth and professionalism. One cold and rainy evening, 夏经理 even personally helped arrange our hotpot dinner in our room. Although it was not a large order, the food and service remained at exactly the same five-star standard. That sincerity meant a great deal to us. After approximately one week, we felt less like restaurant customers and more like friends being warmly welcomed back every day. The hotel's excellent children's programmes, both indoor and outdoor, also made our family stay especially enjoyable and were another major reason we chose to remain here. Facilities are important, but people are what make a hotel truly feel five-star. For our family, 夏经理 and her team absolutely delivered that experience.
