Es ist ein lohnendes Übernachtungserlebnis und sehr kostengünstig! Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, sauber und hygienisch, und das Kundendienstpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Wenn Sie abends zurückkommen, können Sie in die heiße Quelle im Freien gehen, um Ihre Müdigkeit zu lindern, was sehr nährend ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ebenfalls sehr umfangreich und die gekochten Nudeln sind rechtzeitig fertig, um zum Changbai Mountain zu fahren. Es ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt Ganz in der Nähe und sehr praktisch zum Wohnen. Man kann in nahegelegenen Städten essen und ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr praktisch.

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.

Wenn Sie die Wochenenden und Feiertage meiden, ist es auch nicht überfüllt.

Es war wirklich eine gute Wahl, hier anstatt Holiday In Express zu bleiben. Da das Hotel nur neben dem Ski Resort ist. Keine Notwendigkeit, auf Busse zu warten, nur zu Ski Resort, Skidorf und sogar den heißen Frühling zu gehen. Dieses Hotel ist es sehr wert. Eine Nacht ist zu weniger für uns, alles zu genießen. Hatte einen erstaunlichen Schlaf. Hatte Bad. Zimmer ist groß und mit einem breiten Blick auf den Skigebiet. Sehr schön 5 Sterne.

Der Service des Hotelpersonals ist sehr gut. Wenn Sie Fragen haben, wenden Sie sich bitte rechtzeitig an sie. Sie haben uns beim Einchecken auch einen Obstteller gegeben. Das Obst ist sehr frisch In der Nähe der West Scenic Area haben sie uns auch bei der Planung eines Ausflugs zum Changbai Mountain geholfen. Vielen Dank an das Personal an der Rezeption! !

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, erstreckt sich über eine große Fläche und verfügt über alle unterstützenden Einrichtungen. Es kann alle Reise- und Lebensbedürfnisse erfüllen, ohne das Hotel zu verlassen. Obwohl es schon seit einigen Jahren geöffnet ist, sind die Geräte und Einrichtungen immer noch in gutem Zustand und es ist ersichtlich, dass es an Wochentagen nicht an Wartung mangelt. Das Herausragendste am Hotel ist das Serviceverständnis des Servicepersonals, das untrennbar mit dem Servicekonzept und der täglichen Führung der Hotelleitung verbunden ist. Als Hotelier mit mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung bewundere ich ihn zutiefst. Der Butler-Service beginnt am Tag vor der Anreise und läuft während des gesamten Aufenthalts und der Verabschiedung nach der Abreise. Obwohl es Nebensaison ist, haben die Servicemitarbeiter in verschiedenen Positionen immer effizient gearbeitet und keine Anzeichen von Nachlässigkeit gezeigt, was im Vergleich zu vielen Immobilien-Resort-Hotels umso wertvoller ist. Die Hotelgruppierung achtet auf jeden Gast, der in der Gegend erscheint, und kann die Kundenbedürfnisse fast jedes Mal genau vorhersagen, um im Voraus Servicemaßnahmen zu ergreifen, einschließlich der Rezeption und der heißen Quellen. Ich weiß nicht, ob es an der Buchung des OTA-Kanals lag, aber ich bekam zur Begrüßung einen Obstteller. Die Haushälterin ergriff die Initiative, abends einen Aufdeckservice anzubieten, und präsentierte auch aufmerksam Milch vor dem Schlafengehen (warme Milch im Glas, keine abgepackte Milch in der Schachtel), Teebeutel und handgeschriebene Grußaufkleber. Wenn ich die Initiative ergreife, eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für das Badezimmer aufzufüllen, habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Zimmerdame auf jedes Detail achtet, das ich brauche. Aus Zeitgründen hatte ich nicht die Gelegenheit, den Teil mit den heißen Quellen vollständig zu erleben, aber das Servicepersonal stellte mir jeden Ort, den ich besuchte, geduldig und sorgfältig vor, was meinen Mangel an Erfahrung wettmachte. (Die nicht erwähnten Abteilungen sind nicht schlecht, aber der obige Eindruck ist tiefgreifender) Durch Verständnis hat das Hotel sehr hochwertige Schlafsäle und Mitarbeitermahlzeiten für die Mitarbeiter vorbereitet, damit sich die Mitarbeiter mehr auf ihre Arbeit konzentrieren können. Auch der Schulungsmechanismus des Hotels ist vorhanden. Kein Wunder, dass die Gesamtqualität der Mitarbeiter sehr hoch ist. Die oben genannte Erfahrung und das Verständnis erinnerten mich an meine 10-jährige Erfahrung im Beijing Fragrance Hotel, mehr zu tun, von gut bis großartig ... Ich mag das Guoxin Nanshan Hotel aufrichtig 👍 und hoffe, hier wieder die Gelegenheit zu haben, zu studieren und Erfahrungen zu sammeln.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
