Wir wurden in den Anhang Teil des Hotels gesetzt, leicht depressive Unterkünfte, schmutzige Teppiche, Dampf & etwas geurlich. Personal sind schön, aber Immobilien brauchen eine vollständige Upgrade. Ich kann nicht zu dem tatsächlichen Hotel nur den Anhang Teil kommentieren

Peaceful place, in an historic building, wonderful view from the hill to the castle walls and city. Book upper floors rooms.
Very clean and comfortable.
The pool area is comfortable, grass floor, umbrellas and chairs available.
Breakfast is ok, enough choices. Indoor room, wish it would have seating outside.

Estivemos neste hotel no passado dia 28 e 29 no quarto 101.
Na saída tentei falar com alguém da gerência mas sem sucesso. Venho por este meio informar que neste quarto as noites são passadas ao som de máquinas que funcionam sem descanso e não permitem descansar de forma condigna a um hotel de 4 estrelas. Sem uma justificação condigna da parte da gerencia (que procurei pessoalmente no chek out e por email só me resta relatar este experiência desagradável no feedback pedido pela entidade onde fiz a respectiva reserva.

Eine der besten Hostels, die ich jemals gehabt habe! Personal war unglaublich nett, Zimmer und Badezimmer waren super sauber und die Terrasse und die Wohnbereiche waren wirklich schön! Wäre definitiv empfohlen!

Horta da Coutada in Reguengos de Monsaraz liegt am See, nur einen 4-minütigen Fußmarsch von Cromeleque do Xarez (megalithische Steinformation) und 12 Gehminuten von Römische Brücke von Ribeira de Pêga entfernt. Dieses Landhaus ist 1,4 km von Alqueva-See-Observatorium und 1,8 km von Museum für Sakrale Kunst entfernt.
Nutz folgende Freizeiteinrichtung: Außenpool. Du kannst aber auch den schönen Ausblick von folgenden Punkten genießen: Terrasse und Garten. Dieses Landhaus bietet auch kostenloses WLAN, ein Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer und ein Picknickbereich.
Eine Snackbar steht zur Verfügung, wenn dich der Hunger packt. Alternativ kannst du den Zimmerservice (bitte Zeiten beachten) dieses Landhauses nutzen. Entspann dich mit einem erfrischenden Getränk an der Bar/Lounge oder der Strandbar. Ein inbegriffenes Frühstücksbuffet wird täglich von 08:30 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten.
Die Rezeption ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt. Vor Ort gibt es Folgendes: Parken ohne Service (kostenlos).

It took us a while to navigate in the town to find the hotel as google map wasnt very accurate. Im so glad for free parking at the hotel's basement garage as the town's parking was mainly for locals. Room was big and comfortable, making me wish that i have a longer stay here. I love the room layout! I am very appreciative of the body gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion provided as the scent is amazing. I do wish there is conditioner and toothbrush though.

Dieses Hotel, das aus einem Kloster in der südeuropäischen Landschaft entstanden ist, besticht durch eine wunderschöne Kapelle, ein Restaurant mit Bar in einem umgebauten Flur sowie Olivenhaine und Felder in seinem Garten. Auch die verschiedenen Säle in den öffentlichen Bereichen laden zum Erkunden ein. Der Außenpool dürfte im Sommer sehr beliebt sein. Das Hotel verfügt über zahlreiche Zimmer und bietet Platz für größere Reisegruppen; ich habe dort eine Gruppe von Rentnern gesehen. Obwohl das Hotel etwas außerhalb der Altstadt liegt, ist die Stadt selbst sehr klein, etwa vier Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und eine Taxifahrt zum Bahnhof kostet nur etwa fünf Euro.

Wir waren für einen Tag in Evora und wurden sehr angenehm begrüßt.
Der Hotelier hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut und freundlich erklärt und die wichtigsten Punkte auf einer Karte für uns markiert.
Das Zimmer war gut und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett eventuell etwas zu weich und das Zimmer leicht hellhörig aber alles in allem wirklich klasse !
Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr angenehm.

TTiagoHad a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread!
Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover.
All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

SSílviaExcelentes instalações, pessoal extremamente atencioso, os quartos são de muita boa qualidade, dorme se muito bem, muito bem insonorizados, não se ouvia barulho nenhum dos outros hospedes. Pequeno almoço impecável e adaptado para celíacos. Recomendo vivamente

GGastnutzerThe first thing you’ll hear when you arrive are birds chirping. It’s like stepping into Garden of Eden. The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.

FForrestmThe approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

-Os produtos de higiene são muito cheirosos
- A piscina é quente e confortável
- O pequeno-almoço é maravilhoso, assim como a possibilidade de ter a lareira acesa.
- Recebemos fruta, água, doces e uma garrafa de vinho de produção própria na entrada.
No entanto, para um hotel de 5 estrelas e a praticar os preços que pratica, há algumas coisas que devem ser melhoradas com urgência:
- A limpeza: teias de aranha bem visíveis nos cantos dos quartos, atrás das camas, nas escadas de acesso ao spa, no teto da piscina, etc
- Falta de caixotes do lixo: ficamos numa vila de 3 quartos, apenas tinha um pequeno caixote do lixo em cada WC. Também não se encontram muitos caixotes pela propriedade.
- WC: Falta um local para pendurar toalhas. A banheira tem um chuveiro de mão com uma mangueira de 1 metro, não chega para conseguirmos tomar banho em pé, tivemos que usar o chuveiro de teto. Também não conseguimos tomar banho de banheira porque a tampa do ralo da água não fechava.
- Minibar: O frigorífico do minibar não refrescava quase nada e tinha um cheiro fétido, mesmo muito desagradável que rapidamente se espalhou pela sala.
Para além disso, há algumas políticas do hotel que, na minha opinião, poderiam ser alteradas:
- A ementa de room service é muito limitada no número de opções e as opções que tem são bem complexas. Não tem, por exemplo, uma tosta mista, ou algo assim simples.
- A piscina interior é restrita a menores de 14 anos com a excepção da temporada de inverno das 9h às 11h e das 19h às 21h. Parecem-me horários feitos com o intuito de desencorajar o uso da piscina pelas crianças e respetivos pais.
- A luz nas salas das vilas é praticamente inexistente (um candeeiro e um candeeiro de leitura, ambos com luz amarela). A política do hotel é ter luz reduzida, mas acaba por ser desconfortável quando nem se consegue ler um livro depois de escurecer.
