The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Incrível!!!! Atendimento extremamente simpático e prestativo, ambiente acolhedor limpo, pequeno almoço INCRÍVEL com quatro mesas cheias de produtos, realmente representantes o peaueno almoço de hotel que todos idealizamos! A vista do quarto era perfeita para o jardim, privativo, com acesso á sauna jaccuzy e piscina. Esta estadia superou TODAS as minhas expectativas, staff Incrível mesmo!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragender Lage. Das Frühstück könnte mit mehr Obst und lokalen Produkten verbessert werden. Leider wurden wir verlassen, ohne dass das Zimmer gereinigt wurde.

Hotel que assinala alguma idade e desgaste. Insonorização dos quartos fraca, permitindo ouvir ruídos de quartos contíguos. Reservamos 2 quartos para a familia, não havendo o cuidado de os colocar, pelo menos, no mesmo piso. Autoclismo a pingar toda a noite. Depois de reclamado, os técnicos tentaram resolver e na segunda noite, acabou por partir todo o mecanismo, tendo ficado sem água na sanita. No check out é que propuseram a mudança de quarto. Tarde de mais. Boas condições de piscina interior, sauna e banho turco.

We stayed for one night in an apartment. We were allowed to check in early which was great. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that you would need. The balcony was huge and had a great view. The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were really hot. There was air con in the living room but that did nothing for the rest of the apartment. We slept with the bedroom door open but then got bit to pieces by mozzies! Not sure we would stay in an apartment again but if the rooms have air con then we would try that.

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля. На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака. Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер. Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы. Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем. При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.

Ein großes Resort an der Nordküste der Azoren. Die Fahrt entlang der Küste des Hotels ist sehr schön. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants rund um und das Hotel hat ein gutes Frühstück und ein Restaurant auf der Website, das für Mittagessen und Abendessen geöffnet wird. Gut für die Familie, das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sie können Ihnen helfen, Touren zu buchen und Taxis anzurufen.

Ich mag fast alles, oberhalb des Durchschnitts. Ich mag nicht, dass das Zimmer so klein ist.

Der Service ist gut, die Mitarbeiter sind enthusiastisch, das Frühstück ist auch gut, das Hotel ist neben dem Hafen, gegenüber dem Atlantik, hervorragende Lage, im Stadtzentrum, Essig bequem. Es ist nicht genug, Parkgebühren zu erheben, 12 Euro pro Nacht. Das Hotel hat einen Servicewagen und eine gute Einstellung.
