I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Das Zimmer ist alt, jede Etage ist mit einem Trinkwasser ausgestattet, es gibt warmes Wasser im Haus, die Hygiene ist auch möglich.

Weil ich das Konzert besucht habe, habe ich dieses Hotel reserviert. Das Hotel ist auch ein sauberer Servicepersonal. Es ist das Frühstück jeden Tag. Ich weiß nicht, was ich am nächsten Tag essen sollte...

Ich empfehle das Hotel für unbestimmte Menschen, es ist ein wenig von der Seite, aber immer noch in der Nähe der Manufacturing. Das Hotel ist neu, schön und sehr sauber. Es verdient fünf Sterne. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr schön dekoriert. Frühstück und Kaffee sind sehr gut. 

Exklusiv Frühstück aus den lokalen Zutaten gekauft - das Niveau fast des Hotels 5-gwiazdkowego. Die Möglichkeit der Nutzung der Sauna ist spät - wir sind ca. 22.45 und wir haben es speziell begonnen. Großer Service.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, pokoje czyste, świetna lokalizacja. Śniadanie w formie bufetu również bardzo dobre, polecam!

We stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel. The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated. In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant. Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

I stopped by Łodz for a while, and it was a nice hotel. Just up there are manufaktura, a complex of abandoned factories, and the museum, and it was good to go down the road to the southeast.
