Stay for three nights. The hotel is heritage not recommended for a person who is afraid things stay alone. The location is perfect at the front gate of the temple of tooth relics. However, one male GSA do not respond well as I told him that the telephine is broken, the fridge inside is very hot and the light in the toilet is broken so many times. Until I checked out the telephine is still broken, the fridge inside is still very hot. But the light is fixed by an electrician who was recommended by male maid not GSA.

Las vistas mediocres. Calidad precio razonable. La puerta del baño incomodidad . La electricidad no aporta para Europeos.

Als ich das Hotel zuerst eintrate, fühlte ich mich als ein spezielles Hotel der Reisebüros und sah mehrere Wellen von Gästen der Reisebüros aufeinanderfolgend. Die Lage des Hotels ist noch gut, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Rosa Post Office entfernt, das Hotel ist ein Park, aber es scheint nicht zu öffnen. Es gibt einen See, der etwa 20 Minuten von dem Hotel zu Fuß ist, sehr schön, es lohnt sich zu gehen, ein wenig kleiner Schweizer Gefühl. Auf der Straße zum See gibt es ein Haus, der das Essen lösen kann, und neben einem großen Pferdplatz kann man Pferde fahren. Das Hotelzimmer ist zwar nicht groß, aber es ist noch sauber und sauber. Unser Zimmer ist im zweiten Stock und das Fenster ist gerade auf der Hoteltür. Es gibt immer einen Bus der Reisebüros, der die Gäste auf der Tür runterläuft. So ist der Lärm und der Abgas sehr ernst. Ich kann das Fenster nicht öffnen. Es ist sehr spät, um zu ruhig zu sein. Weil ich am nächsten Tag früh aufsteigen und nicht zum Frühstück im Restaurant gehen wollte, hat das Hotel uns das Frühstück gepackt, aber der Geschmack ist nicht gut. Neben den gerade erwähnten Seen, Rotpost und Pferdeplatz ist nichts Schandes in der Umgebung des Hotels. Es fühlt sich insgesamt als eine ziemlich verrückte Straße, nicht wie eine Tourismusstadt.

Прекрасный отель, классный номер - брали делюкс с видом на горы ) Персонал очень доброжелательный, приветливый, завтраки шикарные 😊 На крыше бассейн с фантастическими рассветами и закатами 😍 Так же на крыше есть бар с нереальными видами) Отель находится на возвышенности, брали всегда такси и все ок, до центра не далеко.

Hotel was prepared and ready for my arrival. Had issues with connection to wifi so had to contact the reception. No hairdryer in room and had to request this even though it should’ve been there already. Ordered room service, it came cold and items forgotten from order even though order was repeated back to me on the phone. Breakfast was average for a Radisson. Seating options strange with big long tables reserved for groups rather than small families, couples and singles. Tuktuk touts waiting outside hotel to pester you for your destination. It was clean for the most part and well needed after a long day of travel but I wouldn’t return. Not sure how this hotel is #1 in Kandy but I was left feeling disappointed.

The location is fantastic, especially if you want to enjoy views of the famous rock right from the pool — it’s truly a highlight of the stay. The buffet is generous, offering a good mix of local and international dishes, so there’s something for everyone. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which were spacious, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was a treat to spot different animals around the property, which added a unique charm to the experience. On the downside, the bike rental is significantly overpriced, and it seems that very few guests use them because of this. Additionally, many amenities — even something as basic as extra water — are quite expensive, which takes away slightly from the otherwise enjoyable experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful place in an unbeatable location, with great food and lovely surroundings, but some of the pricing policies could be more guest-friendly.

had pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The team was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting places to visit. They recommended we attend the Tooth Relic Procession and suggested us to visit a waterfall, which turned out to be the most breathtaking waterfall I've ever seen. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. When our cab dropped us off in the mid , the hotel staff immediately came to pick us up in tuk-tuk. The staff was consistently polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about making your stay special. Thank you for the experience!

Der unbewegliche Pool verfügt über eine erste Klasse Landschaft. Von dem Pool können Sie die schöne Landschaft Kandy sehen. Die Landschaft des Zimmers ist auch gut. Das Zimmer ist groß, es gibt zwei Betten zwischen drei Personen, die zusammen mit einem Einzelbett schlafen, genug für drei Personen. Das Zimmer ist groß, es verfügt über Klimaanlage und Windschutzscheiben, das Zimmer ist gut, es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der zur Verdammung verwendet werden kann. Der Ort, an dem das Zimmer nicht ausreichend ist, ist wirklich alt, die individuellen Wäsche ist etwas schwarz und es fühlt sich an, dass die Toilette nicht gut ist! Im Hotel hat man einen Buffet gegessen, der Preis ist über 3000 Rupien, viele Arten, der Geschmack ist gut! Aber das Frühstück enthält kein Alkohol, es muss nach dem Essen ein paar kleine Gebühren geben (dies ist letztendlich ein kleines Land). Zusätzlich fühlt sich dieses Hotel in Trip.com billiger als andere Plattformen!
