LLim Kin ChunHad a great stay at Grand Central Premier Hotel!
The room was very big, spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The facilities and amenities are also great. I especially appreciated the welcome drinks during check-in, a nice touch that made the experience feel more premium. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Location-wise, it’s very strategic. It’s within walking distance to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, it’s close to Deli Park Mall, one of the nicest shopping malls in the city, so food and shopping options are easily accessible.

AAnonymer BenutzerUnser 6 Nites Aufenthalt war wegen der harten Arbeit sauberer wie Ibu Rosmalia komfortabel. Das Buffet Frühstück war genug, aber es gab keine AC im Frühstücksbereich. Ich drehte in Schweiß. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihre AC. AC im Zimmer auch fühlte sich wie 28C obwohl es 16C erklärte. Ich möchte auch kommentieren - warum müssen Sie nur für IDR 5K kosten Grab für IDR ☹️☹️ nur um in ihren Kunden aufzuholen/zu fallen? ☹️☹️ Die Treiber sagen, Dantob ist das EINZEILIGE Hotel in der Zeit, dass sie bezahlen.. sogar 5 Sterne Hotel wie Marriot oder Adimulia nicht bezahlen. Der Kunde ist derjenige, der die Gebühr zahlen muss. Vorstellen Sie, wenn meine Familie aus geht und in 3X einen Tag ... das wäre 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 Tage = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖

ZzonalErstaunliche Zimmer mit atemberaubenden Blicken direkt am oberen Rand des Berges. Die Wettertemperatur war sehr kalt im Oktober, daher ein Licht Kardigan wird perfekt, um warm zu halten. Das Resort bietet komplimentarische Touren mit einer Auswahl von Die Aktivitäten bei Ihrem Komfort und einige Touren sind auch für einen kleinen Gebühr zur Verfügung. Alle Attraktionen müssen im Rezeptionslobby reserviert werden.

ZZafarullah MuftiThis is my second stay in this hotel. I booked again as my previous experience was good. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Although, I had to face a couple problems which had been resolved, but it was good. The food is very tasty and comperatively reasonable. I would prefer to book again if I happen to come again to Medan.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es.
Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios.
Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen.
Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war.
Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

GGastnutzerBooked 2 rooms for 4 guests via trip.com with an additional request for rooms with a connecting door. In the trip.com app, we intentionally correctly filled all the guest details for each rooms. Upon checkin, the hotel’s front desk said they cant accommodate the connecting room request because they say it was booked under different names. Sadly they used this opportunity to argue with us, printing out in front of ourselves with their printer on the front desk: 2 separate reservations under different names (Maybe since we intentionally filled those guest names correctly? But the contact number and email is still the same, no?). From it we briefly saw all details like the 2 different reservations numbers they used as the crucial evidence, and how our booking was routed through ******* (From this detail one could argue the request was lost through the flawed trip.com system. Yet the hotel could’ve investigated and be more proactive after seeing a reservation for one room asking for connecting doors??). I thought hotel guests checking in at night only wanted rest, not attending trial??? Although to be fair in the end they got us 2 connecting rooms, albeit at a low floor (after the unnecessary bargaining). They required Rp200K as deposit. Room was clean, with a very useful Korean brand smart tv. Functional hair dryer, good lighting, with an in-room safe, and a small fridge/chiller. Breakfast could’ve been better, but there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We got valet parking but didn’t pay for it, was it complimentary because of the limited parking space this hotel has, or did we get it as compensation/goodwill, we never knew (this was not explained at check in).

Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti).
Car park is available with security.
However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.

JJamelahYOverall stay is good but the amenities like bath towel is shabby and faded white color, no face towel n small towel. breakfast is really ‘local indonesian’ style . I ordered room service for dinner and its good👍. I am staying at pool terrace and view is superb at night. I love the view.
