Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Even through the hotel is a 3 star hotel, but the premium room is better than 4 star ones. The room is fully equipped, fridge, washing machine, kitchen. Two things surprised me are drip coffee machine with FOC coffee capsules and dryer machine, not commonly seen in hotel room. The front desk lady can communicate well in English. The carpark is automatic type, one staff assists on parking.

Im Thermalbad können Sie Produkte wie Reinigung, Peeling, Shampoo und Körperseife ausprobieren. Diese Produkte werden im ersten Stock verkauft und scheinen alle gute Produkte zu sein. Ich habe das Abend-/Frühstücksbuffet genossen und das Essen war insgesamt gut. Die Schneekrabben und das Sashimi zum Abendessen waren köstlich. Und das Futon/Bettzeug im Tatami-Zimmer war so gut, dass ich den besten Schlaf meiner Reise hatte. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hakodate komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall mindestens 2 Nächte bleiben. Etwa 2 Gehminuten vom Ryokan entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt von Lawson, was praktisch ist.

Just 3 mins walk from JR Station. It's really helpful because walking during snowing time 3 min vs 10mins makes a difference (although underground walk is available but we can't find the entrance.) So this is a good choice for us as we wil leaving to otaru from sapporo station the next day. Beside the hotel there is 711 where 7bank atm is available. Room wise, for 20m2 twin bed we have the space to open 2 large luggage (28inch). Tis is important as a number of 3-4 stars hotel in sapporo has room size of 13 to 18m2 which I assume is difficult to open up 2 large luggage inside the room. Bathroom n toilet are separated. The biggest surprise is the breakfast, very complete with local hokkaido breakfast, dessert and western breakfast. Dairy products are superb. We are so satisfied with the breakfast.

Check in is easy and fuss free done by machine . Room is huge and clean . Hotel at a great location just opposite Sapporo station. There is an underground link from Sapporo station to the hotel with a lot shopping at the underground walkway. There is also bus that can travel directly from the hotel to New Chitose airport . Super convenient if you have a lot of luggages and with young kids. No need to drag your luggage to Sapporo station to squeeze the train with the crowd . Just board the bus and pay upon arrival at airport , fuss free and easy ! The hotel allow you to store your luggage if you are travelling out for 1-2 days to other places .Highly recommend.

お風呂の見た目は綺麗な新しいユニットバスだけど排水に髪の毛が沢山詰まっていてすごい流れが悪くてティッシュで凄い量の毛をとりました。 ２日目、部屋に戻ると部屋の清掃とタオル類の補充はされていました。が、布団の上に髪の毛が。。。自分の髪の色と違うし、長さも違うので絶対に私のでは無い。潔癖症では無いと思うけど部屋で何度も知らない人の毛を拾うのは嫌でした。 泊まるだけなら安いし良いと思うけどフロントの人も感じ悪くて、ムスッとしてるし、また行こうとは思わないかな。 立地はとても良いと思います。 道路側の部屋は夜中に外の音が結構聞こえるのと上の階の足音が聞こえるけど。

Hotel located at the transportation hub where Jr train and bus station and tram line was just across the road. Good size of room and bathroom for Japanese standard. I enjoyed the sunset with good view. Public bath was clean and good. Breakfast has good varieties. Only feedback is internet is slightly slow.Overall I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

The hotel location is opp the station and is mins away to the supermarket for all u need. The room at 11 floor was great for 3 pax. Breakfast was simple with drinks station. U can relax in morning for a simple breakfast before exploring the small quiet town.

初めて利用させていただきました。ラグジュアリーなホテルで、特筆すべきは朝食！ 私達は、１泊目はアゼリアでビュッフェ、２泊目は松前で和食の選択をしました。 ビュッフェでは、それこそ今まで見たこともないようなイクラの山盛りがあったり、超ゴージャスな海鮮丼を作る事ができたりして、ホントすごかった。 ２泊目の松前も、とっても素敵なお膳で、私はイクラ御膳をチョイスしましたが、これも超満足。 友人はひつまぶし御膳で、それもすごく美味しそうでした！ お部屋も、広くて手入れも行き届いており、老舗の風格プラス現代的な機能性もあり、良かったです。

One of the favourites hotel stay in Hokkaido for our family! The hotel is small but very neat and clean. We are a family of 5 and we loved the layout and the modern design of the room. The staff were very friendly. We managed to choose one of the shops at the seafood market for our breakfast. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Is a very busy hotel, staffs in reception looks tired all the times 😅 (no greeting upon check in no good bye upon go out). But the hotel itself is worth 5 stars. - location opposite JR station 5 stars - walking distance to Otaru canal 5 stars - Onsen available with small treats / amenities (microwave) very thoughtful more than 5 stars - room sound / noise proof is very good. Can’t hear the noice from corridor or next door or top room ( which I have this sound issue at other hotels when staying in other Hokkaido hotel for 10 days ) - recommended hotel will come back again

Es lässt sich nicht leugnen, dass das Hotel in puncto Design usw. alt ist. In meinem Fall mag ich Hotels mit klassischem Flair wie dieses, daher hatte ich keine Probleme. Oh, aber eine Sache, die mich überrascht hat, war, dass selbst 3-Sterne-Business-Hotels nicht auf jeder Etage eine Mikrowelle haben. Genauer gesagt befindet es sich in der Lobby im ersten Stock. Wenn Sie etwas in Ihrem Zimmer heizen möchten, gehen Sie in den ersten Stock und fragen Sie das Lobbypersonal. Sie müssen fragen: „Bitte erhitzen Sie das für mich.“ Das war ein kleiner Fehler, deshalb habe ich 1 Punkt abgezogen. Aber ansonsten ist es direkt mit dem Bahnhof Otaru Chikko verbunden und das Einkaufszentrum Aeon Mall liegt 30 Sekunden von der Hoteltür entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert für diejenigen, die das Zentrum von Otaru vollständig erkundet haben oder starke Beine haben.

Choose any positive word and it will be here in this wonderful onsen resort family managed with the son at the front to welcome you. Shiro San. Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

Ich möchte fast immer Herrn Ocent danken, wenn ich in den Keller gehe, und ich buche normalerweise ein Doppelbettzimmer, aber dieses Mal habe ich Reiseunterstützung verwendet, so dass ich beschlossen habe, es als luxuriöse Doppelbettzimmer zu setzen. Sehr gut, großartig, aber ein bisschen enttäuschend ist, dass es ein neues Hotel in der Nähe gibt. Die Landschaft am Meer ist gepflegt und das Personal der Rezeption und des Salons ist sehr bescheiden. Durch den Korridor sind die Reinigungskräfte 々 und die Begrüßung sehr glücklich (jedes Mal, wenn Sie aufhalten), Ess und Tour ist sehr bequem. Sie können durch den Schnee zu der Xiao Xiao Xiao-Standort kommen, so dass es sehr hilfreich ist, wenn das Wetter schlecht ist. Das Essen des Hotels ist sehr lecker. Ich empfehle das Hotel wirklich.

Ich habe in Kanpo no Yado einmal gelebt. Ich habe dort zum ersten Mal seit ich es zum Asarigawa Onsen Hotel aktualisiert. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, Mais und die Wände sind sehr schön. Die große öffentliche Badewanne ist ２, aber es gibt nicht viele Sitzplätze, nur etwa 10. Das heiße Wasser ist warm und die Temperatur ist auch gut. Die Massage ist sehr klein, es gibt etwa drei Personen, die baden, die Temperatur ist etwas niedrig. Der Freibad ist sehr gut. Abendessen und Frühstück sind sehr gut, Restaurant und leckere Lebensmittel sind freundlich zu älteren Menschen.

Fantastische Lage mit Blick auf die Kanäle in Otaru. Das Beste über das Hotel war, dass es ein eigenes Badezimmer und ein eigenes WC hatte... Besonders nützlich, wenn Sie mit Familien reisen! Schönes gefärbtes Glasfenster und Sie können den erstaunlichen Sonnenuntergang vom oberen Stock auch sehen  Die Rezeption war groß und die Vordertafeln waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Insgesamt würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen  

Das alte Gebäude, das früher von der kleinen Ladenkammer renoviert wurde, ist ein wenig klein, aber ist es das Konferenzzimmer der alten Wirtschaftswissenschaftler? Ich denke. Das Badezimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr sauber, auch ohne einen großen öffentlichen Pool, bin ich zufrieden.
