The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring sights of Harrogate everything very nearby! From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful! The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented. The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening! The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious! This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!

Ich und mein Partner blieben für einen Abend im Milner, Das Hotel ist in der Innenstadt schön und sehr sauber Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer, das wir im Hotel verblieben, war in den Seiten und obwohl nicht im Hauptteil des Hotels es war ziemlich schön für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt und der Korridor vom Haupthotel bis zu den Seiten ist sehr hilfreich und schützt Sie vor dem Wetter vor allem im Kühlschrank Monate. Wir werden sicherlich wieder bleiben und hoffentlich im Haupthotelgebäude nächstes Mal umher bleiben.

Das jahrhundertealte Hotel wurde renoviert und ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer war im Grunde nur die Treppe hoch neben der Hotellobby und man befand sich im ersten Stock. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und für Mädchen war es schwierig, sich zu waschen und zu trocknen ihre Haare, weil sie so viele Haare hatten. Die Weihnachtsatmosphäre ist sehr gut, die Bar ist gut und es gibt lokales Yorker Bier. Hotelgäste parken für 7 Pfund pro Tag. Sie müssen die Parkgebühr beim Check-in an der Rezeption benachrichtigen und dann auf dem Parkplatz parken, andernfalls wird eine Geldstrafe von 100 Pfund fällig! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist etwa 2 Kilometer vom Internet-Promi-Check-in-Punkt im Zentrum von York Town entfernt. Es ist sehr günstig und bequem, Uber anzurufen. Auch die Bestellung zum Mitnehmen ist sehr praktisch. Diagonal gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es eine Tankstelle und einen 24-Stunden-Supermarkt. Zwei Schritte außerhalb des Hotels befinden sich das Holiday Inn, die York University und der Tesco-Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Wenn man sich die Karte anschaut, ist es auch ganz in der Nähe einer Steckdose. Alles in allem eine Lage weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber sehr praktisch! Im Zimmer werden Lotus-Karamell-Kekse zubereitet. An der Rezeption erhalten Sie Einweg-Hausschuhe und Zahnbürsten, die im Zimmer nicht verfügbar sind. Möglichkeit eines späten Check-outs um 13:00 Uhr. Das Zimmer schien über zwei Klimaanlagen, aber keine Fernbedienung zu verfügen. Es schaltete sich plötzlich mehr als ein Dutzend Mal pro Nacht ein und aus, was ziemlich beängstigend war, aber schließlich ist dies ein jahrhundertealtes Hotel. Die Platinum Ambassador Card von Marriott beinhaltet keine Vorteile wie Frühstück. Insgesamt ist das Übernachten doch ok, der Preis ist günstig!

On the surface, this cozy place is probably a good bet for a stay in York. It's just enough outside of the city center to avoid all the tourists, but close enough to walk right in. The reservation process was great and the price is good. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel and, in many senses, it lives up to that status. The staff is excellent. The food and coffee is very good and everyone is very attentive. The rooms are immaculate (heated bathroom floors are amazing!) and the amenities are great. That all said, there are some issues . Often the staff cleans the front area in the middle of the afternoon, which is a rather inconvenient time to clean as it is disruptive to the guests. Though the summer would be different, it was in the low 40's when we were there and heating in the lobby doesn't seem to be a priority for the hotel. We had to have someone set up a space heater for us in the tea room so we could stay warm, which was a bad look (tacky) for them. The biggest issue, however, we that they held a wedding event on the second say we were there. While it's completely understandable for hotels to host events, this particular location is ill suited to do so given the noise level of the event and the small quarters of the hotel. They had a live band, which sent the music to most of the rooms, making sleeping nearly impossible. Though they did move our room, we still heard the band, who played until almost midnight. Having a bunch of wedding guests being loud all lover the hotel also didn't help. The staff agreed with my assessment, which was to either not have events at all or, if they do, block out the rooms from being rented since it is impossible to merge the hotel with an event space. it's just too small. Ultimately, they need to make a decision about who they are as a brand, event space or 4 star hotel. I'd pitch they choose hotel because that is what it really is.

Schöne Aufenthalt, kostenlose Parkplätze, die selten in Harrogate ist. Niedrig wandern in die Stadt. Frühstück war heiß serviert und war reichhaltig. Keine Quest trotz 4 Coaches in der Zeit, in der wir geblieben waren. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und gut gelegen. Schönes altes Gebäude mit einigen schönen Merkmalen. Personal ist alles sehr angenehm. Würde nicht zögern, wieder zu bleiben.

Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5

Der Service ist sehr gut, nicht weit vom Bahnhofsstrand und Supermarkt entfernt. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist normal, aber das zusätzliche Mittagessen und der Nachmittagstee sind den Preis wert. Der Meerblick vor dem Hotel ist wunderschön. Das Zimmer, in dem ich wohnte, hatte kein Trinkwasser und keinen Fön, Trinkwasser kann an der Theke angefordert werden, aber kein Fön.

Wir haben eine wirklich gute Rate durch die Reise-Website. Kelsey auf der Rezeption änderte unser Zimmer, weil es kein Bad im ersten Zimmer gab. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr intelligent kleidet. Das Essen beim Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir sind zwei Nächte in Macleod. Das Essen war wieder ausgezeichnet. Wir würden dieses Hotel empfehlen. Das einzige negative war, wenn Sie nicht einen Spa-Rast bestellt hatten, mussten Sie jeweils 30 £ zahlen, um den Pool zu nutzen.
