sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse und Betten sind sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Vom Pool aus hat man super Sicht aufs Meer und den Hafen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist empfehlenswert und hat eine grosse Auswahl.
Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Schöner Ort, alles sehr schön. Hochwertige Dienstleistungen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Catering könnte etwas unterdurchschnittlich sein, oder besser gesagt: Von einem Ort wie diesem erwartet man eine hervorragende Küche und keine ”ruhige” und anspruchslose, aber dennoch normale Küche.

Heel mooie plek om een paar nachten te blijven. Heel goede service en goede voorzieningen. Groot pluspunt is het superontbijt met verse Italiaanse koffie en lekkernijen. Kleine minpunten zijn de prijzen: 8 euro voor een glas wijn (elders 12 vooe een fles) en 4 euro pp voor badhandoeken. Restarant is goed maar ook aan de kostbare kant voor Puglia.

Guy de maupassant odiava così tanto la tour eiffel che per pranzare sceglieva sempre il ristorante al suo interno per apprezzare il panorama di Parigi senza il mostro di ferro.
Con le debite proporzioni, lo stesso vale per l'hotel bellavista.
Palazzo a specchi fuori contesto in una città bassa ed a ridosso della città.
Però...
Dall'interno, godi di vista meravigliosa.
Stanza grandi con tante vetrate che offrono uno spaccato della città e sull'infinito.

Wir haben ein Zimmer in der mittleren Kategorie gewählt und ein Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Der Pool (4 25m-Bahnen mit Sprungblöcken) und das Fitnesscenter (alles für Lang- und Kurzhanteltraining und Boxen vorhanden) waren hervorragend. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und der Kühlschrank waren etwas schwach. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Umgebung, z.B. Garganoküste, ist in 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und lädt zum Wandern und Schwimmen ein.

GGastnutzerOverall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint.
The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used.
There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception.
Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel.
No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50.
The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money.
Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic.
The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes.
A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5
If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor..
The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero.
The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service.
But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives.

MMary KangWhat an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

AAlessandro LentiHo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. All’arrivo ho ricevuto gratuitamente un upgrade a una camera superiore: ampia, pulita e dotata di un letto estremamente comodo.
La colazione è stata un altro punto di forza, ricca e varia, sia nel dolce che nel salato, con l’immancabile pasticciotto leccese che ha reso la mattina ancora più speciale.
Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

IItaly ExplorerThen pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool.
They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day.
The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop.
The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station.
The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes.
I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, sehr nahe dem Strand und in der Nähe von Fußgängern des Stadtzentrums, was es einfach und angenehm zu erkunden das Gebiet. Es gibt auch eine gute Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätze, die sehr bequem ist.
Ich hatte jedoch keine gute Erfahrung in der Nacht. Der Rauchdetektor wurde direkt über dem Bett gestellt, mit einem grünen LED-Licht alle wenigen Sekunden. Das machte es extrem schwierig zu ruhen.
Um schlafen zu können, musste ich die Matrix aus dem Schlafzimmer und in den Korridor in der Nähe des Badezimmers platzieren, um von der Licht weg zu kommen, was eindeutig in einer Hotelumgebung nicht akzeptabel ist.
Dies sollte entweder durch Anpassung der Lage oder durch Verringerung der Auswirkungen des Lichts überprüft werden.
Insgesamt, obwohl die Lage ein starker Punkt ist, hat diese Frage meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinflusst.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist großartig. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und beeindruckend. Das Restaurantpersonal ist freundlich und versucht zu helfen. Die Wände der Hotelzimmer sind dünn und die Schalldämmung ist nicht gut. Ein sehr schöner Ort für Reisende. Ich liebte das Gemälde im Zimmer.

MMato-eucnReception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.
