Ich hatte das Hotel für jemanden gebucht und er war mehr als zufrieden. Würde ich weiterempfehlen

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage und alle Zimmer übersehen den Strand. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Lage ist gut, es gibt Restaurants und Souvenir-Shops in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Tres decu de cet hotel. Le site internet de l'hotel precise qu'il y a une piscine pour adultes et une pour les enfants. En realite l'hotel est plein de familles avec enfants et ne fait pas respecter les regles a la piscine. On n'a pas pu etre tranquille ni profiter de la piscine adulte car elle etait bondee d'enfants jouant avec des balons et sautant dans l'eau eclaboussant les gents et l'hotel n'a rien fait pour retablir l'ordre. L'hotel n'a pas de surveillance ni de garde pour faire respecter les regles, leur site internet presise pourtant qu'il y a une piscine adulte et une pour enfant. Ca a ete un cauchemard pour ma femme et moi qui avions choisit cette hotel car justement il precisait une piscine pour adultes et nous souhaitions etre au calme. Je deconseille fortement cet hotel pour les couples ou single, c'est un hotel fait exclusivement pour les familles et l'hotel fait tout pour qu'elles se sentent bien et ne tient pas compte du tout des couples et de faire respecter les regles. Le petit dejeuner et diversifie. Le buffet du soir et tres limite je deconseille. Le menu a la carte et correct mais cher pour le niveau de vie en Roumanie et la qualite des plats pas terrible, on est en face de la mer et on n'a pas pu avoit du poisson frais, tout etait congelé, c'est une honte. Les chambres renové sont correct. Le spa et bon mais payant, le parking est gratuit. Le nettoyage des chambre reste a ameliorer, on a retrouve un insecte sur un oreiller. Vous pouvez attendre jusqu'a 10mn avant d'avoir l'ascensseur car il n'y en n'a qu'1. On trouve beaucoup mieu et moin cher a Mamaia.

Berücksichtigen Sie den Preis, Zimmer und Frühstück sind gut.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Zimmerreinigung ließ jedoch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Abstand von 2 Tagen wurde jeweils lediglich die 2 Mülleimer gelehrt, Händtücher getauscht und die Bettdecke etwas zusammengelegt. Der Boden wurde die gesamten 6 Tage über nicht gesaugt oder gar gewischt. Die Bettwäsche wurde nie getauscht. Allerdings muss ich fairerweise auch erwähnen, dass ich nach der 2. Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt hatte, zu einem mit großen Kingsize Bett. Vielleicht hatte man daher gedacht, für die 4 verbliebenen Tage im neuen Zimmer, muss die Bettwäsche dann nicht mehr gewechselt werden. Ansonsten gibt es von mir nichts zu beanstanden.

Für: Sehr guter Service von Personal. Upgrade auf spezielle Bedürfnisse geeignet. Geräumige Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sehr gute Pilze. Klimaanlage. Schöne Atmosphäre. Sehr nahe am Strand. HD TV und Netflix. Parfümierte Apps. - Kaffeemacher. Kons: Unruhiges Problem mit Alarm in der Safebox. Warten Sie beim Einchecken. Unankündigung Stadtsteuer, die ein Hotel in der Nähe nicht gefragt hat.

Very clean lobby freshly refurbished, Chesterfield sofas in the lobby and nice reception, location is literally by sea, breakfast was continental with buffet type that covered most of needs (meat/veg/cereals/pastry) served in the ballroom that they have for weddings and other big parties (might be noisy when wedding are booked, i don't know, we were lucky no wedding was on during our stay, would have likes some music playing), also drinks: teas, juices and coffees available served until 10 o'clock in the morning or 11, room 226 was basic, comfy hard mattress, AC, wardrobe, TV and mini fridge (don't forget to plug it in) bathroom looked a little outdated, we had a problem with the drainage sink that was fixed on the same day, water from bath tub didn't drain properly making it stay stale and it look a little weird also the bathroom door had visible flooding marks on it signalling the problem is constantly affecting it and the hotel is aware of the situation, hot water was provided 24h, also there was smell of moisture in the room because of it after going out fir a few hours, the hotel was advertised as 4 stars when booked, but on the front it said 3 stars (which i think 3 stars services is the real situation of the hotel), parking was available at the front of the hotel which is not free you have to pay for it, but the reception lady told us they have some free parking spaces at the rear of the hotel through some metal doors that are manually operated, paint buckets were left unattended at the rear of the hotel in the parking lot, clearly the hotel had suffered some recent renovations, paint was still wet and peeled off the metal stairs when warm weather, the access to the parking spaces is quite rudimentary (looks unattended), staff was polite and answered greetings, the cleaning was being done every day, check-in/check-out was ok, been asked for documents for all the guests. Bare in mind walking to the sea can be quite long due to the long extension of the sandbanks, if you're going to the sea you have to pay for sunbeds we paid 30 lei for 1 sunbed in June or you can use the free spaces that are for the towels, the seaside offers a bar section with toilets and music.
