Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage (mit Anbindung an die Grüne Linie der U-Bahn) mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und bot viel Abwechslung und Auswahl. Das Personal hat uns einen besonderen Kuchen geschenkt, da wir während unseres Aufenthalts unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert haben. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel anscheinend unterbesetzt ist, was sich während der Stoßzeiten, insbesondere während der Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten, bemerkbar macht.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Meine erste Erfahrung war eine schlechte. Die Zimmer sind klein, vor allem das Toilette und obwohl die Upgrade, Superior und Deluxe genau die gleichen. Der TV funktionierte nicht, der Toilettensitz wurde gebrochen und die so genannte Stadtblick ist traurig. Nachdem er sich an den Manager der Mission an den Mallik beschwert hatte, verstand er das Problem gründlich und bot mir an, mein Zimmer zu ändern. Duty Manager für Abendwechsel Siva Kumar rief mich zahlreiche Male, als ich in der Stadt war, um den Typr des Zimmers zu bestätigen und wartete bis ich spät zurück kam, um sicherzustellen, dass es getan wurde. Kudos an beide!!! Mein neues Deluxe-Zimmer mit einer richtigen Stadtblick fühlte sich größere und geräumiger, obwohl die gleiche Art von Badezimmer, aber alles funktionierte. Lage weise ist es neben der 1MG Mall und viele Restaurants buchstäblich 1-2mins Spaziergang. Perfekte Lage. Das Frühstück ist angemessen mit internationalen und lokalen Gerichten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr hilfreich. Eine erstaunliche Perk ist, dass sie eine Kuchenliste aus, die auch warme Schokolade oder gegessene Tee vor dem Bett zu wählen haben. Ich würde dieses Hotel vorschlagen, wenn Sie kurze oder mittelalterliche Reisen machen. Viele Hotels sind umgeben wie Conrad, Taj und Oberoi auf der gleichen Straße mit größeren Zimmern und etwas mehr allein.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Had a comfortable stay. Lovely staff, good location. Amazing view of the Race course. Lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Horse Race.

Schöne Aufenthalt, schöner Pool, freundliches Personal, Frühstück war auch gut, und die Lage ist v nahe dem G***da Mall. Die einzige Beschränkung ist Raum, wahrscheinlich weil es im Stadtzentrum ist. Es gibt kaum einen Gartenbereich und die Größe des Pools ist klein, obwohl es ziemlich schön ist! Ich würde nächstes Jahr wieder bleiben! Guter Wert für Geld.

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.
