Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Als ich das Hotel betrat, wurde ich vom freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal herzlich begrüßt. Durch ihre aufrichtige Gastfreundschaft fühlte ich mich von Anfang an wie ein geschätzter Gast. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos und ich wurde schnell in mein makelloses Zimmer begleitet.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Great hotel! The breakfast was mind blowing; I loved everything. Fresh orange juice (one of the best) French toast and pancakes, the chef really knows how to make the perfect batter. The bed was so comfortable that immediately passed out. Front desk stuff were also really friendly and welcoming. They provided us extra check out time.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Etwas weiter vom Flughafen entfernt, als ich es mir gewünscht hätte, aber das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren ausgezeichnet, das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Bett war etwas hart, aber mein Aufenthalt war komfortabel.

Schöne Aufenthalt, schöner Pool, freundliches Personal, Frühstück war auch gut, und die Lage ist v nahe dem G***da Mall. Die einzige Beschränkung ist Raum, wahrscheinlich weil es im Stadtzentrum ist. Es gibt kaum einen Gartenbereich und die Größe des Pools ist klein, obwohl es ziemlich schön ist! Ich würde nächstes Jahr wieder bleiben! Guter Wert für Geld.

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.
