Hotels mit Bar in Goa, Indien

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da es nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, als wir darum baten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, weil die Dusche nicht richtig funktionierte. Kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir nach Goa zurückkehren.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr schönen gemeinsamen Bereichen. Das Zimmer ist gut mit einem Balkon, aber es gab einige ”Details”, die nicht beachtet wurden, wie die Blätter waren sehr alt (mit gepatchten Loch, ziemlich traurig) und zum Beispiel das Toilettenpapier lief aus und wurde nicht ersetzt. Wir mussten sie bitten, uns einige zu bringen. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr hilfreiches Personal. Im Allgemeinen ein guter Ort zum Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar... danke dem Team im Vorbüro, das unser Check-in gemacht hat, FNB, die das Essen mit lebendig vorbereitet und serviert, Zimmerservice, der sichergestellt hat, dass wir das Zimmer sauber und organisiert, wenn wir zurück sind. Ich werde das gleiche sicher buchen, wenn ich wieder nach Goa bin. Taxistand ist nahe und der Bereich ist sehr sicher für die weiblichen Reisenden.

Everything, from the building, to the rooms, to the facilities, to the employees, to the surroundings, to the gardens, to the services, to the hospitality, to the food AAAAAAAAA+++ . A big thank you to the reception manager, to the room service manager and to each & every employee! A place to be!! Am coming back !

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms. Ours was clean and spacious. The staff was generally very good and assisted with things like booking taxis. The beach is not private - only the access path to the beach is private. That did not pose a problem for us. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay 11000 rupees each for a mandatory New Year’s Eve party. They insisted we had been notified when we had not, and claimed they could not check us in until we paid. It felt extortive to insist on this payment with no prior notification (and, they first said we had definitely been contacted but they couldn’t find proof, and later said they hadn’t had a way to contact us). Ultimately we did pay with a discount and enjoyed the party. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would warn anyone saying over Christmas or New Years that these extremely expensive, mandatory parties will occur.

The first thing I will say about this hotel is that it is great if you want to be able to stay at a hotel and relax there. The location is very isolated and its quite, tucked against the river. Its a beautiful scenery. However, if you stay here you will need some form of transport (I hired a bike for 500 rupees a day) in order to get yourself around. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool was good. It had a bar area and the breakfast was nice. The balconies that are attached are great for sitting in the evenings. I went here during off peak season and enjoyed it, but you 100% need to hire a bike in order to explore the surrounding areas.

Absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt! ❤️ Von Anfang an fühlte ich mich weniger wie ein Gast und mehr wie ein Familienmitglied. Die Eigentümer und das gesamte Team sind unglaublich warm, sorgfältig und wirklich nett. Sie bieten nicht nur einen Aufenthaltsort, sie schauen wirklich nach dir. Während meines Aufenthalts besuchte die Mutter der Besitzer auch, und sie war so nett, mich zu lernen, wie man samosas machen! Sie waren absolut lecker, und es war so eine besondere, persönliche Erfahrung, die ich mich lange erinnern werde! ❤️ Als ich eine Schokolade vermieten musste, kümmerte sich die gesamte Hotelfamilie (Personal) um alles, sie sorgten dafür, dass es direkt an das Resort geliefert und später gesammelt wurde. Ich hatte sogar einen kleinen Unfall und beschädigte einen Teil der Schokolade. Die Besitzer halfen mir, mit der Mietfirma zu kommunizieren und standen auf, um sicherzustellen, dass alles fair behandelt wurde. Diese Art von Unterstützung und Pflege geht weit über das, was Sie normalerweise von einem Hotel erwarten würden. Und dann, natürlich, gibt es die Lage, das Resort ist buchstäblich direkt am Strand. Sie sind nur zwei Schritte vom Meer entfernt! 🌊 Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Restaurant ist frisch und lecker, das gesamte Team ist wunderbar und die Atmosphäre ist so warm, dass Sie wirklich fühlen sich wie ein Teil der Familie. Прекрасный отель на первой линии! Территория отеля - это сад, в котором затеряны деревянные домики для гостей. Много разных тропических растений, среди них домики расположены так, чтобы гости не мешали друг другу и было ощущение, что ты один наедине с природой. Каждый день территорию отеля облагораживают: подметают, просеивают песок, высаживают растения, поливают. Мне кажется даже каждый камешек и тот выложен с любовью. На ресейпшине всегда кто-то дежурит, даже ночью. Обратиться можно по любому вопросу и тебе всегда доброжелательно помогут. Домик небольшой, простой деревянный, но все необходимое есть в номере: чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, чай, кофе, сахар, каждый день бутылка воды литровая на человека. Фото домика и внутри соответствует реальности. (наш домик находился около водонапорной башни и когда она переполнялась - вода вытекала наружу и сильно шумела, в любое время суток. Решить эту проблему персонал не в силах. Поэтому берите домик подальше от башни ). Электричество ( как и везде в Гоа, часто отключалось, но практически сразу все восстанавливалось - возможно генераторы они ставят. Но проблем с горячей водой не было. На территории есть бассейн небольшой. Он очень спасал, когда на море были сильные волны и зайти в воду было невозможно. Особенно это актуально тем, кто с детьми. Около бассейна есть душ, недалеко санузел. Полотенца для бассейна - на ресейпшене можно попросить. На столиках есть меню от бара, расположенного на пляже. В баре можно сделать заказ и тебе принесут или в номер или к бассейну. На пляже постояльцам отеля шезлонги бесплатно. Около шезлонга ставят тазики с водой - чтобы ополоснуть ноги от песка. Вот такая милая забота о гостях. Чтобы поужинать или дойти до магазина - можно выбрать кафе на ближайшей улице - иди минут 7 неспеша. Нам очень понравился отель, рекомендуем!!
