Had a very pleasant stay here. A very good hotel to unwind from the hustle bustle Jakarta. The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. They use sensatia botanica for amenities. The hotel room super nice and comfy. Please don’t skip the breakfast, it’s so delicious. So many kind of food. It’s so worth every penny. And by the way we can use Pesona Alam facilities too. Super duper win win for us! 5 star stay.

Super zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Geräumig. Bett und Kissen waren bequem. Toilette war einfach und sauber. Viel Ablagefläche im Zimmer, um unsere Sachen abzulegen. Großartige Auswahl an TV-Sendern mit Untertiteln in verschiedenen Sprachen. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet und hilfsbereit. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Frühstücksbuffet. Großartige Auswahl und die Hälfte davon ändert sich jeden Tag. Das Einchecken dauerte länger, weil unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Aber sie haben ein paar Erfrischungen in der Lobby vorbereitet. Und man kann in der Lobby mit ihrem Computer auch im Internet surfen. Es war ein Glücksspiel, vier Nächte am Stück zu buchen, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Total zufrieden und würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder besuchen. Und sie haben einen Geldautomaten direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Der Nachteil dieses Hotels ist meiner Meinung nach die Lage des Swimmingpools, der zu nah am Café/Restaurant ist und von diesem aus sichtbar ist. Und die Straße vor dem Hotel war immer befahren und zu Hauptzeiten gab es Staus.

Wir reservierten das Hotel ohne hohe Erwartungen und waren sehr gut überrascht. Die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und willkommen. Und ich denke, die größte Überraschung war die Einrichtungen für die Kinder: alles, was Kinder in einem so kondensierten Ort träumen können: Pool, Schleifen, Sandboxen, Kinderclub und sogar ein Mini-Zoo. Die meisten Aktivitäten sind kostenlos und andere sind zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis nur um das Personal zu unterstützen, das ich denke. Wir haben dort auch sehr nette Freunde gemacht, solange viele Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Es ist ein sehr bequemer Ort, einen Urlaub in der Stadt zu haben, insbesondere für Familien mit jungen Kindern.

Wir hatten kürzlich die Gelegenheit, in Ihrem Hotel zu bleiben und insgesamt, ich schätze wirklich die Gastfreundschaft und die Einrichtungen, die angeboten. Ich möchte jedoch einige konstruktive Feedback zu den Pissen im Zimmer teilen. Die Pisten waren zu fest und leider beeinflussten die Qualität des Schlafes während meines Aufenthalts. Für ein Hotel von Pullman’s Standard wäre es meiner Meinung nach wunderbar, Gäste mit einem Pillow Menü oder zumindest eine Wahl zwischen weichen, mittel- und festen Pillows zu bieten, um zu verschiedenen Präferenzen zu passen. Außerdem fühlten sich die Handtücher ziemlich dünn und spiegelten nicht den luxuriösen Standard einer Pullman-Eigenschaft wider. Für ein Hotel dieses Kalibers, denke ich, wäre es sinnvoll, Optionen für weichere Kissen sowie dickere, komfortablere Handtücher für Gäste zu bieten. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorschlag dazu beitragen kann, die allgemeine Erfahrung der Gäste in Zukunft zu verbessern. Frokost ca.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. **My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. The hotel is so nice and new. The bed is so comfortable. The hotel vibe is nice and service was really good. The swimming pool has a waterpark where kids can enjoy. It also has a small kids club. They also provide a free shuttle from hotel to padalarang station where you can grab train ride to Jakarta. Really enjoyed our stay!
