This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price.
The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon.
Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat.
There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool.
The staff always smiles and feels kind.

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻
The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that.
However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

Freundlicher Service, luxuriöser Eingang war sehr komfortabel.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber ein enttäuschender Punkt ist, dass das Rauchen im Freien erlaubt ist.
Für diejenigen, die morgens nicht rauchen, ist es schmerzhaft.
Es war so ein Hotel, das in mir den Wunsch geweckt hat, es zu besuchen, als ich wieder nach Bandung kam.

Einer der besten Hotels in Cirebon mit hervorragenden Einrichtungen. Sie haben einen Pool, Kinderspielplatz und Fitnessbereich. Sie haben auch Kaffee- und Bar- und Loungebereich mit Lebenmusik-Aufführungen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich geräumig, insbesondere das Königsbett. Danke für die Erbringung einer solchen wunderbaren Dienstleistung, die eine gute Erinnerung an meine Familie macht.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen 2-day Aufenthalt im Harris Hotel die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und perfekt für unsere Familie. Das Personal war freundlich und unterkunftsfähig, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Die Kinder besonders lieben den Pool und das Frühstück verbreitet war eine große Vielfalt für alle.

Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

We spent one full day at the hotel and enjoy its internal Kardon Restaurant on rooftop with Bandung chilling wind.
The cafes nearby all has the best Indonesia nasi goreng and mie goreng.
For golf lovers, there is this driving range and golf course just 5 mins drive away.
Most importantly, i love the unlimited water bottle supplies as I myself used to drinking lots of water daily.
Going into town takes around 30-45 mins depends on where you going.
I love this place. Quiet and peaceful.

GGastnutzerTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

GGastnutzerI stayed 3 nights. First of all, check in time was quite slow. The officer asked some questions which are not important. When I entered my room, the smell was too fragrant that makes staying not enjoyable.
The next day when I back to my room, the way the housekeeping cleaned my room not the same as the first day I came. For example, the water jug cap is opened, both mug were opened (while I only use 1 of them).
Breakfast have lots of varieties but keeping the same everyday so if you stay long, it's a bit boring.
The hotel is opposite mall, but for me it's quite crowded so you cannot have morning walk, while the hotel gym was small and so was the swimming pool.
If you ordered food online, the driver also cannot drop to security near lobby but at hotel side. While if it's raining, it will be troublesome.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.

Lage: Es ist nicht im Stadtzentrum, der Weg hierher zu kommen es könnte zu bestimmten Zeiten Verkehrsknopfen mit einigen groben Pflastern haben. Aber wenn Sie einen ruhigen, ruhigen Ort mit schönen Seenausblicken und einem Dorfvibe suchen, ist dieses Hotel die perfekte Flucht.
Zimmer: Da dieses Hotel neu errichtet ist, ist das Zimmer ziemlich sauber und sauber. Die Möbel in einigen Teilen haben bereits einen Zahn, und der Glasbecher ist nicht sauber genug.

Preis, Preis, & Zahlung: Sie benötigen eine Einzahlung von 100,000 IDR bei der Eincheckung. Die Hotelpreise sind sehr erschwinglich und gerecht für den Service und die Einrichtungen, die bereitgestellt werden. Die Lebensmittelpreise im Restaurant sind auch vernünftig, obwohl einige Artikel etwas überpreist sind. Leider, als ich mich anmeldete, waren die EDC-Maschinen und das QRIS-Zahlungssystem nicht funktioniert, so dass sie nur Bargeld oder QRIS/Banktransfers an ein Personalmitglieds persönliches Konto akzeptierten.
Umwelt & Vibes: Das Hotel ist ruhig und ruhig. Bei Gebetszeiten kann der Ruf zum Gebet (suara adzan) von einer nahe gelegenen Moschee gehört werden, es ist aber nicht störend. Der Parkplatz ist geräumig und es gibt auch Grundstücksparkplätze.
