Exceptional service for a half board stay on weekday that offered a tasty 3-course dinner and breakfast in such a premium hotel with pool, gym room, steam room and sauna! Definitely worth to come again and again!

Has become my regular hotel when staying in Walsall. Comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast included and friendly staff. Iron and ironing board in the rooms. What more could you want 😊

Die Gesamterfahrung war gut, ich war ein paar Mal, aber das Zimmer, in dem wir waren war nicht das beste das WLAN war schwach, so dass wir uns mit unseren Telefondaten verbinden mussten und die Duschegarten waren schmutzig notwendig ersetzt.

I was very impressed with the room. I had a twin room, it was very clean and felt like the decor was relatively new. The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. There was a small kettle and teas and milk (although no hot chocolate). Small waters. No fridge. I didn’t get much time to explore the surrounding area as I was there for a conference. But if there wasn’t a conference on I would recommend to others to stay here.

Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Es kam eine lange Reise, um für ein paar Tage zu bleiben für eine Hochzeit. Große Treffen mit einigen Freunden aus der ganzen Welt. Für: Das Hotel befindet sich in der großen Lage. Viele Mahlzeiten im Touchwood Mall gegenüber dem Hotel. Hotel-Essen sind auch ziemlich vernünftig. Das Personal im Lounge & Frühstück ist fantastisch. Sie sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Bett ist komfortabel. Kons: Wir waren bei der Eincheckung von Josh besucht worden und er ist nicht freundlich und hilfreich, wenn wenige Fragen gestellt wurden. Ein Freund von mir (ein Paar) wurde einem Raum zugewiesen, der nicht von AC arbeitete. Und wenn er um ein Zimmer gebeten wurde, sagte er, dass es nicht verfügbar sei. Er erwähnte, dass es ein laufendes Problem sei und ihnen stattdessen ein Fan angeboten. Wie ist es möglich, dass sie immer noch ein funktionsschwaches Zimmer an einen Gast verkaufen, wenn sie es wissen, ein Problem! Aber wenn sie eine Upgrade wollen, können sie aber sie müssen £13 zahlen!! Ich denke, es ist merkwürdig! Meine Freunde wurden in den gleichen Raum gefangen, bis ihr Aufenthalt w ein FAN beendet war! Insgesamt bin ich froh über den Aufenthalt, aber ich muss über die Zimmeraufgabe laufen. Sein gemeinsames Verstand.

Beautiful grounds. Thankfully the heating in the room works. There are however no lifts and the way to the rooms from reception is confusing. But nice staff, and Sherelle at the restaurant who was our waitress was amazing and thoughtful and made sure my team and I were well looked after.

The hotel is conveniently located (on the way from London to Birmingham) and we found the staff to all be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. And we had a really good breakfast too. My only slight criticism is that we didn't get our Doubletree warm cookie on arrival - but we check-in after midnight! We would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here before not a problem,but this time was terrible I stayed in the car park 1 hours thought they’d made a mistake on the booking the hotel looked like a demolition site no sign of entrance or reception very disappointing,gave me a disability room which I refused to stay in at a different hotel , I think the manager was Richard who helped us get a different room he was very friendly but the room was in lower ground smelling of sewage in hallway’s and damp in the room ,we both suffer with asthma and anxiety , all the lady staff was very polite and welcoming but I don’t want to stay here again

Lovely overnight stay. Hotel was really busy with a large party but the staff looked after us really well. Not a reflection on the hotel but they booked a taxi to pick us up and the taxi firm were totally useless. Having waited twenty minutes past the scheduled time, we called an Uber which was there in five minutes. Overall, this is a great hotel which we have stayed at previously and will do so again.
