Ich bin hier einmal im Jahr, da es nicht weit vom NEC in Birmingham entfernt ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, so nahe der Autobahn, aber es fühlt sich so ruhig und entspannt, wie Sie im Land sind. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Ich war in diesem Hotel viele Male im Laufe der Jahre und nur einmal den Schwimmbad, der die einzige Nebenanlage zu diesem Ort ist, benutzt. Ich würde nicht wieder als nicht die entspannende Hotelerfahrung, die ich erwartet hatte, wie sehr beschäftigt, nutzen. Die Zahlung der öffentlichen Ausgaben über die Hotelbewohner scheint vorrangig zu sein, und das Wechselzimmer war mit den verwendeten Handtüchern hoch auf dem Boden aufgetaucht. Die Mitarbeiter standen um, mit ihren Partnern zu lachen und mussten abbrechen, um zu fragen, wo man Handtücher bekommt, dann musste ein anderes Mitglied der Öffentlichkeit fragen, wie man die Lockeln öffnet. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiterhin verwenden, aber nicht riskieren den Schwimmbad wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und ich wähle immer Leonardo Royal. Hotelzimmer war geräumig, obwohl das Team nicht unsere Seife-Versorger füllte, so hatten wir nur Shampoo, um uns durchzubringen. Allerdings, einzelne Vorfälle, und ich empfehle dieses Hotel immer.

I checked in at 3pm and the process was quick and smooth, with no problem. The room is on 4th floor, the view outside of the window is quite okay, I could see the rooftop of the bus station and part of the Coventry Transport Museum. The WiFi was working quite well in the room and I am glad, the room provides hot water kettle, fan, clothes hangers and a TV set. But you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and face towels for your morning routine. The bathroom is functional and clean . It is usually safe to walk around in the city centre, even during nighttime, but still it is better to travel in group and look after yourself.

After unable to leave Birmingham, We decided to stop at the Clayton again and give it another night from the bad system issues they were having. This was a lot better granted and the floors are very secure having floor locked to your key cards to get access. Breakfast we were earlier down and it paid off. Breakfast was better this time. Only little issue was the bathroom could do with a bit more attention to detail with little bits of little black mold in the more harder to reach areas and red residue in the grouting in the tiles. Apart from that sure I’d sure recommend it for the pricing

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe vielleicht 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu neuen Straßenbahn,China Stadt und Lärm,Grand Plaza Zentrum und M&S. Standardzimmer ist groß, Kaffee-Tee Einrichtungen, Fensterblick gegenüber Wetherspoon, Leider: Toilettenfluss nicht gut benötigt Druck harter den ganzen Tag nur einmal schütteln kann. Toilettentür zu alt und beschädigt. Tischlampe nicht funktionieren

Ein schönes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine Kaffee- und Teestation im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer fehlen jedoch ein paar Haken für die Handtücher. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden etwas überschwemmt und der Dampf wird nicht richtig abgezogen. Von den Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Da wir spät Abends eingecheckt haben, am nächsten Tag den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und am darauffolgenden Tag sehr früh wieder abgereist sind. Die Mädels an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde am Vortag ein Taxi für 6.00 Uhr morgens organisiert, dass uns zum Flughafen brachte. Ein Kollege aus der anderen Schicht wollte, dass wir uns am Abreisetag 30 Minuten vorher an der Rezeption melden, damit das Taxi gerufen wird. Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt.

This hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed .

It was a family party nearby. Ideal location. A lot of our family were booked in. Excellent breakfast. Will stay again

Hier war es, nach dem Flug zum Flughafen Birmingham ein wenig Schlaf zu bekommen. So glücklich, dass wir es getan haben. Wir konnten uns selbst ansehen und war einfach.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, hair left on the towel/flannel in the bathroom, and marks on the table surfaces. I have attached photographs for reference, as I feel these are basic housekeeping standards that should have been checked prior to a guest arriving. I also experienced multiple issues with food and service during my stay. I ordered a charcuterie board, however the Parma ham and other cured meats appeared dried out, discoloured and no longer fresh. Unfortunately, after eating it, I also felt unwell afterwards, which was particularly concerning. Later, when ordering dinner, I asked for a croque monsieur but the staff member repeatedly did not understand the order, despite me explaining it was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I was eventually advised to order a panini instead. Additionally, I ordered truffle fries but was informed they were unavailable. I agreed to normal fries, however what arrived were heavily seasoned thick-cut chips which were completely different from what I expected and unfortunately not enjoyable. Another issue was the iron provided in the room, which had black residue/staining on it and ended up marking my top, which was very frustrating. As I had booked the stay primarily to relax and enjoy a quiet evening in the room with room service, it was disappointing that the overall experience did not feel comfortable or enjoyable. What disappointed me further was that upon check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been satisfactory, despite the multiple issues experienced throughout my visit. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I do not usually complain, however I felt the overall standard of cleanliness, food quality and service fell below expectations. Kind regards, Karolina
