My 2nd time staying here. Service and environment beautiful. Set in the grounds of university of Birmingham. Very peaceful as not of a public road. Staff are very friendly, decor has a Scandinavian feel. Food is reasonably priced.

Ideale Lage mit Parkplatz. günstig und fröhlich. Zimmer sauber und hatte alles für einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt erforderlich. Frühstück war gut und eine vernünftig preiswerte Bar. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war, dass die Matratze sehr weich war und erscheint überbesetzt. Jedoch wird man hoffentlich einige Renovierungen durchführen ersetzt.

Quite nice. Very clean and good to have parking available. A bit out of the way with some weird one way streets. But a great choice if you have a car.

It was an excellent stay at Scarman for me. The room I stayed in was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a good range of food for breakfast and the selection of food for lunch & dinner was not huge but the food was delicious. I went to the University of Warwick to attend my son's graduation which the venue for the ceremony was within walking distance. To sum up, I am impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice and modern hotel with a large room and comfortable bed. The use of the spa was complimentary with the room and we were very impressed. There is a bar and restaurant onsite and although service at times was slow (but it was busy) the food was delicious and reasonably priced. My only downside was that there was no hairdryer but other than that all that was provided was very good.

Ich habe Hillscourt für 2 Nächte gebucht, um an der Beerdigung meiner Brüder teilzunehmen, leider hatte ich einen Unfall, während ich hier war und musste eine andere Nacht bleiben. Die Pflege, die ich von der Person hatte, war ausgezeichnet, sie konnten nicht mehr für mich tun, auch mit dem Frühstück im Bett! Ich empfehle Ihnen sehr, dass die persönliche Betreuung und Freundlichkeit zweitrangig war und ich werde hier sicher wieder bleiben!

Myself and sis visited our absolute favourite place for a little one night catch up ( we always come here whenever I’m home to visit) Lovely lovely staff ( Hi to Josh, Charlotte, Rachel and the fab teamx) They always warmly welcome us, and we enjoy smashing facilities, great food and drinks and always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und einladend. Service von allen war fantastisch mit allem, was oben und darüber hinaus geht.

Lovely staffs, It felt warm when a staff greeted me in the morning with a bright smile, the room was tidy in the morning when I got back. Room very clean, toilet and bath was clean as well. Had no concerns felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to use. Rooms are big and convenient.

Mattress, duvet and pillow were clean but the wooden bunker itself in which the mattress is kept was shabby. Bathroom was clean. Location is 12 mins walk to town centre and staff was helpful.
