Ich bin hier einmal im Jahr, da es nicht weit vom NEC in Birmingham entfernt ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, so nahe der Autobahn, aber es fühlt sich so ruhig und entspannt, wie Sie im Land sind. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Ich war in diesem Hotel viele Male im Laufe der Jahre und nur einmal den Schwimmbad, der die einzige Nebenanlage zu diesem Ort ist, benutzt. Ich würde nicht wieder als nicht die entspannende Hotelerfahrung, die ich erwartet hatte, wie sehr beschäftigt, nutzen. Die Zahlung der öffentlichen Ausgaben über die Hotelbewohner scheint vorrangig zu sein, und das Wechselzimmer war mit den verwendeten Handtüchern hoch auf dem Boden aufgetaucht. Die Mitarbeiter standen um, mit ihren Partnern zu lachen und mussten abbrechen, um zu fragen, wo man Handtücher bekommt, dann musste ein anderes Mitglied der Öffentlichkeit fragen, wie man die Lockeln öffnet. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiterhin verwenden, aber nicht riskieren den Schwimmbad wieder.

So bequem für alles!  Wir hatten einen früheren Eincheck, als wir erwartet hatten. Mit Freunden am Brindley Platz und genossen ein Wochenende mit Freunden. Das Frühstück war großartig, mit vieler Vielfalt, freundliches Personal und Optionen für alle Diät.  Die Parkplätze waren sehr nah und relativ gut wertvoll, da die Lage zu berücksichtigen war. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und das Badezimmer mit White Company Waren gut ausgestattet.  Kein Lärm von Nachbarn, so alles in allem eine wirklich gute Wahl.

Hier ist eine gepolsterte, ausgewogene und günstige Bewertung: Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Britannia Hotel Coventry. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, vor allem direkt neben dem Busbahnhof, so dass es sehr bequem für die Reise in der Stadt. Das Personal des Front Desk war freundlich und erhielt einen großen Service während meines Aufenthalts. Mein Zimmerschlüssel arbeitete ein paar Mal, aber jedes Mal wurde das Problem schnell und effizient gelöst. Ich musste auch nach der Verwendung des älteren Duschesschuhes fragen, und das Personal war freundlich und glücklich, zu helfen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, mit frischen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Es war gut ausgestattet mit Tee- und Kaffeemaschine, Kessel, Haartrockner und Eisen, die alle nützliche Extras waren. Das Bad konnte mit etwas frischem machen, aber es war sauber und alles funktionierte wie erwartet. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, obwohl es einen Desk-Fan neben dem Bett, das half, das Zimmer komfortabel zu halten. Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt. Der freundliche Service, die günstige Lage und gute Zimmerausstattung für einen angenehmen Besuch gemacht, und ich würde glücklich hier wieder bleiben.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

Wir waren für ein paar Nächte in Birmingham und hatten uns vom Hotel leider mehr erhofft. Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig: Der Teppich war voller Flecken, in der Dusche und auf der Bettdecke waren Haare – das war wirklich unangenehm. Auch der Ausblick war alles andere als schön, unser Fenster zeigte direkt auf ein Schotterdach. Insgesamt wirkte vieles besser dargestellt, als es tatsächlich war. Für ein, zwei Nächte und mit kleinem Budget ist es gerade noch okay, aber wer ein bisschen mehr Komfort möchte, sollte lieber ein paar Euro mehr investieren und sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ich würde nicht nochmal wiederkommen.

Ein schönes Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt eine Kaffee- und Teestation im Zimmer. Im Badezimmer fehlen jedoch ein paar Haken für die Handtücher. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden etwas überschwemmt und der Dampf wird nicht richtig abgezogen. Von den Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Da wir spät Abends eingecheckt haben, am nächsten Tag den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und am darauffolgenden Tag sehr früh wieder abgereist sind. Die Mädels an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde am Vortag ein Taxi für 6.00 Uhr morgens organisiert, dass uns zum Flughafen brachte. Ein Kollege aus der anderen Schicht wollte, dass wir uns am Abreisetag 30 Minuten vorher an der Rezeption melden, damit das Taxi gerufen wird. Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt.

We enjoyed are stay , breakfast was included and had a lot of choice and was delicious, also I want to say a massive thank you to Leanne !!!! This lady is such a great person , she really went above and beyond for myself and my Aunti, my Aunti is disabled and had left her crutch on our train from Preston , on arrival we asked if there was anywhere we could buy a replacement but the shop was closed due to it being Sunday , this lady went to her house after her shift and gave us her late husbands walking still to lend for our stay!!  I just want to let this hotel chain know what an amazing and beautiful person they have as an employee.  Thank you once again Leanne .  And we will definitely be back in future .

Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von M42, kostenfreie Parkplätze, leichter Zugang zur Rezeption check in war einfache Aufzüge auf allen Etagen und das Zimmer war perfekt sauber und warm. Selbstservice für Frühstücksbuffet gute Vielfalt für jeden Geschmack. empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel für Freunde und Familie.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, hair left on the towel/flannel in the bathroom, and marks on the table surfaces. I have attached photographs for reference, as I feel these are basic housekeeping standards that should have been checked prior to a guest arriving. I also experienced multiple issues with food and service during my stay. I ordered a charcuterie board, however the Parma ham and other cured meats appeared dried out, discoloured and no longer fresh. Unfortunately, after eating it, I also felt unwell afterwards, which was particularly concerning. Later, when ordering dinner, I asked for a croque monsieur but the staff member repeatedly did not understand the order, despite me explaining it was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I was eventually advised to order a panini instead. Additionally, I ordered truffle fries but was informed they were unavailable. I agreed to normal fries, however what arrived were heavily seasoned thick-cut chips which were completely different from what I expected and unfortunately not enjoyable. Another issue was the iron provided in the room, which had black residue/staining on it and ended up marking my top, which was very frustrating. As I had booked the stay primarily to relax and enjoy a quiet evening in the room with room service, it was disappointing that the overall experience did not feel comfortable or enjoyable. What disappointed me further was that upon check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been satisfactory, despite the multiple issues experienced throughout my visit. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I do not usually complain, however I felt the overall standard of cleanliness, food quality and service fell below expectations. Kind regards, Karolina
