Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gebeten, 10 £ für Parkplätze zu zahlen, was seltsam erscheint. Ich könnte verstehen, wenn Sie nicht ein Gast waren, aber wenn Sie bleiben, verstehe ich nicht, warum Sie zahlen müssen. Die Rezeption war einfach und bequem. Das Zimmer war wie erwartet. Sauber und komfortabel. Ich musste um zusätzliche Teebeutel, Milchzucker als nur ein paar im Zimmer bitten. Gut geschlafen. Kein Lärm. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnete Auswahl und nicht fette.

I stayed at the Arden for the UK Games Expo. Despite being rather pricey, it's very convenient to get to the NEC and Resorts World (10-15 minute walk). The leisure centre staff seemed unprofessional, but the receptionist and restaurant/bar staff seemed nice and friendly enough. Room was nearly spotless, aside from behind the TV that were slightly dusty. Our room didn't have a TV remote but a quick call to reception fixed that, they were very responsive. It was a nice comfortable room. I will say the food for dinner is exceptional and highly recommend it!

Die Gesamterfahrung war gut, ich war ein paar Mal, aber das Zimmer, in dem wir waren war nicht das beste das WLAN war schwach, so dass wir uns mit unseren Telefondaten verbinden mussten und die Duschegarten waren schmutzig notwendig ersetzt.

We had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.

Excellent hotel facilities and friendly staff. Downside was uncomfortable bed settee for our 12 year old son, hard pillows, windows you couldn’t open fully and automated check in system.

Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Ich lebe lokal, aber weil ich Hausarbeit getan habe und mich behindert, wurde mir empfohlen, dass es für mich nützlich wäre, für ein paar Tage aus dem Haus zu sein. Ich habe Double Tree Hilton gewählt, da sie den besten Preis anbieten. Ich bin so froh, dass ich es getan habe. Das Personal konnte nicht genug für Sie tun, vor allem Wendy, sie ist so eine wunderbare Dame, mein zehnjähriger Sohn sagte mir, wie wunderbar und hilfsbereit Wendy war und das sagt alles.

I’ve been in this hotel for like 4-5 times, i would recommend, It’s quiet, comfy, the rooms are clean…however there’s been times where i asked to change rooms since the heating wasn’t working and cause one room had a slight broken window and this was during January…would’ve froze to death. There’s rooms with a large bed.. and other rooms have like the standard double size bed. I give this like 4/5.

Das war mein dritter Aufenthalt und alles war gut - es gab einen kurzen Stromausfall und der Manager hatte wieder Licht auf ASAP. Nur nach unten war ich ein Zimmer auf der Autobahn Seite Blick dreimal in Folge.
