No issues with room, comfortable bed. Issue after checkout as the hotel called and left a message asking for money for an adjustment on the booking that I didn't make. I did atrempt to correct my name as it showed up as Newma not Newman, but that's a correction not an adjustment that should cost money when it wasn't my mistake. Also when I checked in it still showed up at the hotel as Newma, so the correction hadn't been made.

Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.

Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

Schön bleiben. Komplimentarer Aufgradiert und Frühstück, da ich ein Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy bin. Räumiges Zimmer. Großes Weihnachtsdeco. Personal beim Einchecken war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er begrüßt mich als Elitemitglied. Frühstück war ok, nicht ausgezeichnet. Nicht viel verbreitet. Insgesamt, ein großer Aufenthalt für Arbeit.

Lovely old fashioned hotel with helpful staff and great food options.

I only needed the room for 1 night, so I wasn't too fussed about the 'Lovely' view out of the window. The room was a bit dated, but quirky, with out of shape walls. The restaurant looked nice, but I didn't stay to eat.

Disappointing Room Size  The hotel room I received didn’t match the specifications promised during booking. Advertised as a 26 sqm King-sized space, the room I walked into was significantly smaller (around 20 sqm) —cramped and difficult to navigate, with barely any space for luggage or comfortable movement. Initially, the service agent insisted all rooms were the same size and claimed I’d been upgraded to a Queen-sized room. They also told me no alternative rooms were available due to full booking. After nearly an hour of late-night discussion with the on-duty manager—around 11pm—I was finally offered a room that was noticeably more spacious and aligned with my expectations. This experience highlights the importance of honest and accurate descriptions in hotel listings. I hope future guests won’t have to deal with the same confusion and inconvenience.

The place is very pleasant! Nice soft and clean beds and lovely restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about the hotel is amazing but the WiFi and network needs working on. Best hotel, Best location, close to the city centres, close to the bus station, close to the train station
