Reasonably priced hotel with all the basics and friendly service. One girl changing the rooms when we were leaving saw me struggling with my luggage and hurried to carry it to the main door for me which I really appreciated. The room was clean and adequate but our stay was somewhat spoiled when we discovered that the shower was stuck on extremely hot..too hot to use temperature so we had to content ourselves with washing at the wash basin which we didn't appreciate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Blackpool and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and nothing was too much trouble. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with lovely views and easy access to the seafront and local attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the service was efficient throughout. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Blackpool.

We checked in slightly early, reception staff were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Lodge 248, the location was perfect , right beside the water and close enough to the Watersport centre . The lodge was immaculate , the beds were huge and comfortable , the showers were super powerful, the terrace was good to sit outside and watch all the action on the Lake. We only stayed for one night as we were travelling home , however we will definitely return again for a few nights to relax and chill out. We were a family of 5, non complaints at all.

First experience at the Imperial Hotel, was an overnight stay travelling onwards thereafter. Gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and informative and accommodating for our 4 legged travelling companions. Lifts available, we was on 3rd floor with sea view and a great view it was. Would recommend and will stay again. Thanks

Wunderbarer Standort; Guter Service bei Eincheckung oder Gepäcklagerung; Aber der Haushalter klopfte um 10 Uhr an die Tür. Aufgrund der schlechten Sound-Isolierung konnten wir die Klangen deutlich hören, wenn der Haushalter andere Zimmer oder andere Gäste außerhalb unseres Zimmers sauber gemacht hat. Nicht geeignet für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf

Hotel direkt außerhalb der Bahnhof, aber immer noch modern, sauber, stinkt wirklich gut. Front Desk staff war groß, Zimmer mit großer Größe und komfortabel. Sehr schönes Bett, gemütliche, gute Einrichtungen, einschließlich einer Nespresso-Maschine im Zimmer. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Großer Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen!

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück. Und wunderschönes Personal. Die einzige Seite und die einzige Fehler, die ich mit dem Hotel habe, ist die Parkplätze. Ich habe für einen gebuchten Platz bezahlt, da ich 24 Zugriff auf mein Auto benötigen. Aber die Räume sind absolut zu eng !!! Wenn Sie aufparken, ist es ein Kampf, die Tür offen zu bekommen weit genug, um herauszukommen! Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, was es für eine Person von einem größeren Bau ist !! Das wäre einfach zu reparieren, wenn das Hotel 2 Räume wegnehmen und die übrigen Bays größeren !!! Bitte schauen Sie sich das an!!!! Neben dem. Ich werde zurück sein.

The Carlton has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are amazing, very helpful and eager to please. The room was comfortable but the TV was faulty. There was no kettle in the room which was easily remedied. There was no mat for inside the shower which made the shower very slippy especially for the elderly who are unstable. Breakfast was good, the staff made sure we well spoilt. We were very annoyed at the £5 parking fee which included Blue Badge holders. We very rarely pay to park. Our son who visited did not have to pay for parking which is ludicrous. We have already payed to stay there!! The bar prices were very over the top, £6.35 for a bottle of beer. This does not encourage us to spend money there. We are ordinary pensioners. That’s far too much!! It’s greedy.
