ive stayed at the imperial hotel lots of times.its convenient for what you expect and the rooms are comfortable .beds fairly comfortable too.plenty of hot water for baths showers.good location by tramway. about a 20 min walk to north pier.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again.

Hotel was clean, people were friendly, not to far from tower etc pictures made hotel room look bigger than it is, it's very small. I paid for bed and breakfast, if I knew what breakfast would be like I would have skipped it. U get small chopped tomatoes from tin which aren't even hot, would have prefers a real tomato. You get a small bowl of beans which is about a table spoon worth. The fried bread isn't even 1 slice or half a slice it's quarter slice . And 1 hash brown. Toast was cold aswell. Small glass of orange juice and coffee. Out of all that I drank orange and coffee and 1 slice of toast , couldn't eat rest. Others may find it ok but wasn't for me Tv wasn't working and could only connect to WiFi in reception area. Staff were lovely though .

Great pub to stay at. Comfortable rooms great shower/bath. Good offering excellent and innovative don't miss specials board. Breakfast was good value choose the £15 option better vfm. We are both coeliac and this inn has a great GF menu. Staff are great very friendly and helpful. Recommemded.

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, da es neben der Universität war, die ich besuchen wollte. Das Hotel war sauber, geräumig und freundliches Personal. Eine besondere Erwähnung an Carolyn, die besonders hilfreich war und mir nützliche Informationen über die Stadt gab, die ich vor 26 Jahren besuchte!

Es ist ein wenig von der Blackpool North Station entfernt, aber die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Es ist kein super luxuriöses Hotel, aber es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug. Das Henson Hotel ist nur ein wenig von der Station und der Innenstadt entfernt, so dass es eine gute Idee ist, ein Taxi zu nehmen, wenn Sie eine große Taxi-Taxi haben. Es gibt Busse und Trams, die laufen, so dass es auch nachts gut ist.

Wenn es um den Spaß Strandpark kommt, ist das Hotel noch bequem, aber etwas von der Schwarzen Pool-Zimmer entfernt, was zu zusätzlichen Transportkosten führen wird. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer reserviert. 1 Zimmer war mit Eltern. Das Zimmer, das gegeben wurde, war ein fairer Spaziergang und war ziemlich weit vom Rezeptionbereich ohne Hilfe nur verbale Richtungen. Es wäre schön gewesen, etwas Hilfe von der Mitarbeiter. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, war der Tauchschlauch blockiert, so ich die Rezeption, um es zu beheben, passierte nicht! Fragete Rezeption-Personal und er lügte und er sagte, er hatte es durch Wartung beheben, wenn niemand sogar zu sehen kam! This is not the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Wir lehnten uns auf das Bad, um unsere Zähne zu schütteln und wäschen uns die Hände nachdem wir das Toilette verwendet hatten, mussten wir das Bad verwenden. Ich bin nicht sicher, dass ich überall lesen kann, aber um die Schwimmeinrichtungen zu nutzen, müssen die Erwachsenen £10 Gebühren zahlen.

I can and do recommend this hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 17 nights. My room was on the ground floor and was very comfortable, there is not one thing that I can complain about. I got to know the staff, who were absolutely magnificent. They could have done nothing more to make me feel very welcome and at home. From the reception, bar, dining room, kitchen and housekeeping staff, they made me feel like I came home every evening when I got back to the hotel. They went out of their way for me. Thank you to Varun, Aniken, Jake, Vix and the rest of the staff. I can’t recommend Garner Samlesbury Hotel enough!!!
