"Hotel was clean, people were friendly, not to far from tower etc
pictures made hotel room look bigger than it is, it's very small. I paid for bed and breakfast, if I knew what breakfast would be like I would have skipped it.
U get small chopped tomatoes from tin which aren't even hot, would have prefers a real tomato. You get a small bowl of beans which is about a table spoon worth. The fried bread isn't even 1 slice or half a slice it's quarter slice . And 1 hash brown. Toast was cold aswell. Small glass of orange juice and coffee. Out of all that I drank orange and coffee and 1 slice of toast , couldn't eat rest. Others may find it ok but wasn't for me
Tv wasn't working and could only connect to WiFi in reception area.
Staff were lovely though ."

Nnatasha6792Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von West Carlton, in Blackpool. Das Personal konnte nicht mehr helfen, und die Dame auf dem Vordertisch war so freundlich und chattisch. Sie hielten sofort, als sie merkten, dass ich einen Pflaster, Toddler und 2 Taschen hatte und allein war - sogar ändern unser Zimmer, um die Dinge einfacher zu machen. Liebe Leute!
Nur unten waren die dünnen Wände, was bedeutet, dass wir jedes Wort des 4am Arguments im Zimmer neben der Tür hören konnten!!

GGastnutzeromg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

GGastnutzerWir haben mehrere Male im Imperial geblieben, diese Zeit haben wir auf eine Doppelbettsuite mit Meerblick zu einem Preis von £160 auf einen zwei Übernachtungen. Leider erfüllte die Suite (Churchill Suite) nicht die Erwartungen. In sehr dringender Notwendigkeit von Reparatur und Dekoration, Fenster im Loungebereich mit Silikon mit großen Lücken und lassen Sie sich kalt in. Vermutlich können Sie öffnen, aber alle Silikon zusammen. Die Quadratdusche leckte vom Trage und Abfall auf den Boden. Wir entfernten die Abfallkappe, um zu sehen, ob das half, leider erschien gerade eine unglaubliche schwarze Pistole in der Abfallkappe, die nicht lange gereinigt war. Hat nicht die Drachen im Schlafzimmer verwendet, nicht sauber. Die allgemeine Reinigung wird aufgrund des verfallenen Zustands der Suite insgesamt, einschließlich der Ausstattung und Ausstattung, schwierig zu erreichen sein. Ich denke, Herr Churchill, der in vielen Bildformen auf den Wänden der Suite wohnt, wäre am meisten beunruhigt über die Bedingungen, selbst die Fensterdräder hatten fehlende Ausstattung, was es schwierig macht, Gärten zu schließen. PP40ULWThe hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations.
On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep.
Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds.
Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed.
