Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von West Carlton, in Blackpool. Das Personal konnte nicht mehr helfen, und die Dame auf dem Vordertisch war so freundlich und chattisch. Sie hielten sofort, als sie merkten, dass ich einen Pflaster, Toddler und 2 Taschen hatte und allein war - sogar ändern unser Zimmer, um die Dinge einfacher zu machen. Liebe Leute! Nur unten waren die dünnen Wände, was bedeutet, dass wir jedes Wort des 4am Arguments im Zimmer neben der Tür hören konnten!!

Das Badezimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt und hatte keine Toilettenrolle oder Handtücher in. Fernseher arbeitete nicht auf dem WiFi oder den normalen Fernsehkanalen. Es scheint, es gab eine Lähmung und Stücke von Beton waren unter dem Fensterleck los. Die positiven waren die Meerblick und Turmblick aus dem Zimmer und die Kraft in der Dusche war groß. Das Zimmer hatte auch einen Fan, ein Eisen und ein Tisch, sicher und Haartrockner. Die Hotels waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz war gut für 7 £ und Sie konnten bis Mitternacht am Tag der Abreise parken. Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen datiert und brauchte einen Aufzug, aber es war ok für eine Basis für 1 Nacht.

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

Der Teamservice war ausgezeichnet, große Kommunikation, wenn es nötig war. Das Zimmer war sauber wie der Rest des Hotels. Nur gering negativ war die Größe des Essensbereichs, wurde schnell beschäftigt, aber Glück kamen wir frühstücken.

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

The Norbrek Castle must have been lavish and upmarket in it's day but sadly looks sad and depressed now. However, we knew this when we booked and opted for it because of it's good points, the location is good with bus and tram stops outside, there is plenty of parking with an assured chance of finding a space if you take the car out and return, the room was as clean as it is possible to clean an old property with clean bedding and towels, the breakfast is basic but again satisfactory and the staff helpful and friendly. We did not, on this occasion use the pool or any of the entertainment facilities. All in all an ok choice for a couple of nights as somewhere simply to sleep

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Abendessen im Palm Court Restaurant. Sehr angenehm Personal. Abendvergnügen jede Nacht. Große Lage mit Bahnhof direkt draußen. Sehr guter Preis für Geld für Meerblick Oberzimmer. Billigere Standardzimmer brauchen Aufmerksamkeit in Bezug auf Einrichtungen und Reinigung, aber immer noch gut für den Preis. Interessante historische Hotel.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - sehr zentral und bequem. Es dauert nicht mehr als 5–10 Minuten, um irgendwo im Stadtzentrum zu erreichen, und der Bahnhof ist auch in einer einfachen Spazierweiterung, was machte, um sehr einfach zu kommen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und geräumig. Es war ursprünglich für drei Gäste eingerichtet, aber ich blieb dort allein, so hatte ich genug Platz. Das Zimmer hatte eine Kehle mit Tee und Kaffee, was ein schöner Kontakt war. Es gab einen Fan und einen Heizungsapparat - was besonders nützlich war, seit ich Ende Februar geblieben bin. Es half sicherlich, das Zimmer warm und komfortabel zu halten. Das Zimmer war im dritten Stock, nahe dem Aufzug, was sehr bequem war. Die Aussicht vom Fenster war nicht besonders beeindruckend, aber für mich war es nicht wichtig - ich brauchte einfach einen komfortablen Schlafplatz. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war, dass kein Shampoo geliefert wurde. Ich erwähnte das für die Empfangsaufnahme bei der Checkout, da ich anstelle der flüssigen Seife benutzt werden musste. Neben diesem kleinen Detail ging alles reibungslos und ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben.

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed.
