Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut, hat eine schöne Atmosphäre, gute Lage

Unser Zimmer war inner mit einem dunklen Blick auf die Lobby, so nicht groß. Im Zimmer gab es keine Kühlschrank, Tee oder Kaffee. Das Wasser war nie mehr als Luke warm und die Handtücher müssen erneuert werden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber das Bett und das Bett waren gut. Die Lage war einfach zu Fuß zum St. Lucia Park , & Metro.. Frühstück war ok. Das Rezeptionpersonal war sehr hilfreich

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe am Waffenplatz. Hygiene ist gut, es gibt eine Haarwaschlösser und es ist besser zu bedienen, warmes Wasser ist gut. Die Bühne ist sehr warm. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber hauptsächlich mit den Würfeln. Die Servicepersonal helfen sehr sehr. Es fühlt sich noch sicherer.

my personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick. It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

Das Zimmer und das Hotel waren sehr sauber und das Viertel Providencia war eine großartige Unterkunft. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und es fühlte sich sehr sicher an. Die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und das WiFi war unglaublich. Auch das Bett war super bequem. Im Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage, die alt und riesig und sehr laut war. Ich konnte die halbe Zeit nicht schlafen und das ist nicht das, was Sie von einem Hotel für 150 Dollar pro Nacht erwarten. Ich werde nie wieder zurückkehren.

Staying here for Just a day after arriving from Punta Arenas before we head up to Manchu Picchu . To many homeless staying around the property and after hours , the hotel will need to lock their gates . Regards

Das Zimmer ist nicht schlecht, der Korridor ist etwas dunkel, gehört zu Chiles Sicherheitsbereich. Das einzige schlechte ist, dass das Frühstück nicht in der Woche geändert wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr grundlegende Art.

Es ist gut gelegen mit einem angemessenen Preis, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dank. Nach dem nächsten Besuch in Chile werde ich dieses Hotel noch wählen.
