The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

Großer Wert für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des YYC, mit Abschalten von der Hauptstraße BarlowTrail NE. Der Fronteingang ist etwas verwirrend, wenn er von der hinteren Industriezone nähert. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und professionell, übliche Hotelschäden Deposition und Person, die in der Erwartung bleiben. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, obwohl ein bisschen datiert. AC war etwas höher als erwartet, aber konnte durchschlafen. Ich hatte nicht Zeit, die Einrichtungen (Pool und Fitnessraum) zu nutzen.

Fühlte sich wie ein guter 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum zum Hostel. Gute Sicherheitsmaßnahmen. Bar ist ein wenig klein und kein Zimmer zum Frühstück zu bewegen und die Leute schwimmen und es gab mir Angst, das Frühstück zu suchen, da es mit so vielen Menschen überwältigt war. Obwohl es nicht klammern kann, weil es kostenlos ist und kommt mit Ihrer Buchung. Anständige Zimmer aber 2. Nacht in gibt es keine Reinigung I.e Vakuum noch nicht gemacht und es gibt einen toten Fehler am Boden. Freundliche Mitarbeiter am Container. Geräumige Zimmer für Gepäck (6 Bett-Share) und Sie brauchen einen dicken Locker Schlüssel für die Locker. Byo Dusche mat, Slips, Hangers. Große Bettsockes Vorhänge Privatsphäre!

Ein schöner ruhiger Rückzug. Große Lage und Busservice. Sehr komfortable Zimmer und Betten. Saubere und sehr schöne Toiletten, schön freundliches Restaurant großartiges Menü und GD-Preis, großartige Jacuzzi und gutes Gehgebiet.

Nicht schlecht. Das Frühstück ist ein gewöhnliches amerikanisches Frühstück. Zwei Betten sind 1,5 Meter. Gratis Parkplätze

Das Hotel ist gut, wenn Ihr Aufenthaltsziel die Nähe zum Flughafen ist. Sie haben kostenloses Shuttle. kostenloses Frühstück beginnt um 6 Uhr. Es gibt Tim Hortons und der U-Bahn in der Nähe. 

Das Hotel ist in der Stadt gut, bequem zu reisen und gleichzeitig sehr gut mit Blick auf das Hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The airport shuttle picked me up in no time (you have to call the hotel for the shuttle once you land). Check in process was easy and I was ina. room on 4th floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. I absolutely loved the water fountain at 4th floor (it can give cold, room temp and sparkling water) as well as the ice machine. I didn't try the wifi as well as the restaurant (no buffet breakfast, but a menu and also serves lunch and dinner I think) as I used Uber-Eats mostly. Overall, I was a great experience and I will be happy to come again.

Clean, comfortable hotel located near the TCH and offers a perfect place for solo travellers, couples, and families alike to unwind. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options – including a custom omelette station!

Service was fast and accurate for both in-room and at the restaurant. Check-in and check-out was swift. The doorman/valet and bell team are very friendly, gave great advice about where to go around the hotel while the concierge wasn’t there. Bathroom was small, but clean and everything you need is there. Highly recommend.
