Hotels mit Bar in Alberta, Kanada

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Calgary-Airport for a quick stopover. As a frequent traveler through Alberta, I find this IHG property generally reliable, but my January visit was a mix of classic hospitality and a few seasonal frustrations. The Highlights: Late Night Relaxation: The pool area was buzzing with families and kids throughout the afternoon and early evening. However, I headed down about an hour before closing and it was a total shift in atmosphere. I managed to have a peaceful, quiet session in the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long drive. Comfortable Rooms: As expected from this brand, the bedding was crisp and the room was well-insulated against the Calgary wind. Convenience: The proximity to the airport and easy access to Deerfoot Trail remains a major selling point for this location. The Drawbacks: Elevator Maintenance: It was a bit unfortunate that during my stay, one of the elevators was down for modernization maintenance. This led to some noticeable wait times in the lobby, especially during the morning checkout rush when everyone had luggage. Winter Parking Issues: This was my biggest hurdle. Given the intense cold during these Calgary nights, I was relieved to see outdoor stalls with plug-ins. However, I discovered the plug-ins were not powered, meaning my vehicle's block heater wasn't working overnight. Starting a cold-soaked engine the next morning was a struggle; I’d really love to see these activated for guests during the winter peak. Summary: Despite the elevator delay and the parking power issue, the staff were friendly and the amenities were clean. It’s a solid 4-star experience, though a few ”winter readiness” improvements would make it a 5.

Der Service war schnell und genau für das Innenzimmer und im Restaurant. Ein- und Auschecken war schnell. Das Türmeister/Valet und Klopfteam sind sehr freundlich, gab gute Ratschläge zu dem Ort, um das Hotel zu gehen, während der Concierge nicht da war. Das Badezimmer war klein, aber sauber und alles, was Sie brauchen, ist da.

Großer Wert für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des YYC, mit Abschalten von der Hauptstraße BarlowTrail NE. Der Fronteingang ist etwas verwirrend, wenn er von der hinteren Industriezone nähert. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und professionell, übliche Hotelschäden Deposition und Person, die in der Erwartung bleiben. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, obwohl ein bisschen datiert. AC war etwas höher als erwartet, aber konnte durchschlafen. Ich hatte nicht Zeit, die Einrichtungen (Pool und Fitnessraum) zu nutzen.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t seem very welcoming. Their expression and tone gave the impression that they were not interested in helping guests. Overall, everything was great. The room was clean, the facilities were nice, and the stay was comfortable.

Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!

Der Halle vom Flughafen kann direkt an das Hotel angeschlossen werden, besonders bequem, Frühstück ist ein gutes Restaurant, Geschmack und Service. In der Innenschicht gibt es auch eine Bibliothek, die wie Flugzeuge und Verarbeitungsarbeiten bequem ist, sehr gut

Das Team war so nett. Und mein Aufenthalt war kurz, aber großartig. Mein Zimmer hatte zunächst keine Lotion, so habe ich den Vordertafel angerufen und sie waren in wenigen Minuten mit 3 kleinen Flaschen auf. Ich habe hier schon einmal geblieben. Es ist sehr bequem (für das Sie bezahlen) und ich würde wieder verweilen,

Das Hotel ist freundlich, das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sauber. Das komplimentäre Frühstück war gut mit untenlosem Kaffee. Mein Zimmer war sauber, aber die Dusche suckte, und die Plattenglas-Duschetüren waren gehärtet und sehr schwer zu bewegen, auch fehlte ein Luftwind. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und der Thermostat auf der Wand hat nichts kontrolliert! ??

Es war ein sehr nettes und gemütliches Hostel. Ich ging allein und benutzte das Zimmer, aber es war größer als ich dachte und die Einrichtungen waren gut. Es gibt auch einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, so ist es sehr komfortabel. ㅎㅎ
