GGuest UserIch war auf einer Geschäftsreise nach Belo Horizonte und mein Kunde empfahl dieses Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. Das Hotelzimmer ist schön und komfortabel. Das Personal ist alle freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vernünftig gut. Ich empfehle den Geschäftsreisenden, dieses Hotel zu betrachten, wenn die Reiseziele nicht sehr weit von diesem Hotel entfernt sind.

GGastnutzerThe room was clean, showed wear in a number of areas. In particular, the bathroom faucet yielded minimal water. It was sufficient to take care of the basics but noticeably lacking in pressure. Beds were comfortable but after ordering a double bed they were actually two twins pushed together. The restaurant and the breakfast were very good. There is another option close by, nearly equivalent but at least 20% less cost.

MMARCIA ANGELOI really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

GGastnutzerHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

JJoeBurgVery good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa.
Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views.
The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes.
The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴

GGastnutzerMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

GGastnutzerJá fiquei outras vezes nesse hotel e, dessa vez não gostei da experiência. Como tem muita rotatividade, a qualidade está caindo. Os travesseiros estavam fedendo suor, as toalhas não estavam macias, o colchão já tinha perdido a mola e, tanto o vaso sanitário quanto a pia do banheiro estavam meio entupidos. Também não tinha controle de ar condicionado no quarto. Apesar disso, a equipe é muito gentil e prestativa. Infelizmente, mesmo com excelente localização e bom preço, não acho que justifica ficar hospedada lá novamente.

EEnrique MiceliAmazing place, this hotel is really good. They have a restaurant there with good prices. Food quality was good and they have a shuttle service that is quiet convenient to move in town and to the bus station.

AAysel_fIch mag dieses Hotel im Allgemeinen. Es war ziemlich gut Hotel mit erstaunlicher Frühstück. Lage war auch gut. In der Nähe war ein Drogengeschäft, ein Supermarkt, ein wenig Einkaufszentrum und gute Restaurants.
